My service professional in Delano was Frank, I believe. He asked if I would like to use my Chevy/GMC points on my phone and he got me right in. When my car was fully serviced including oil change, tire rotation and a replacement bulb in the overhead middle of the car, I paid less than $10. for everything. I was floored and so appreciative of Frank!

The buying process was so easy. Danny was super helpful. He answered all the questions I had. Norma at finance made the process of signing the contract smooth. She knows what she s is doing. I would definitely recommend both Norma and Danny.

I wish everything went the way it should have when originally purchasing my car, but things don t always go as planned. Edgar and Frankie did their best to make it appear they cared and were doing all they could for me to make up for a situation less than ideal. In the end a few things were offered to me and and they did seem to do their best to understand and fix the issue. It was much appreciated. As a consumer it s difficult to know if what is being said is the whole truth, but I want to believe the best in the people trying to help me. I know this is and overly long review, but a lot happened. Either way. Thank you Edgar and Frankie for hopefully doing everything they could to right the situation.

My husband and I were on a road trip in my 2021 Buick Envison when my back window fell down. We pulled over and tried to get the inside of the door open and weren't able to. So we pulled into this dealership not long before they were closing. Luckily enough the extremely kind and helpful staff were able to temporarily zip tie up my window so we were able to continue on our road trip. We were so grateful for them! So major shout out to the folks working at this dealership. Thank you!

Worked with Rafael on purchasing a car from Fresno. He was totally straight and upfront. Was able to work out the deal and the details on line. No games, no funny business. Was completely straight forward and honest. No pressure, he was just helpful in answering questions and making the deal happen. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Well worth the drive.

Myself and buddy Jose went to Delano Chevy and so glad we did.Jay Ramos IS THE MAN TO SEE! Dude hooked me up with a great deal on a 2018 Chevy Colorado and was friendly, patient and easy to work with from the get go. Had family and friends buy and recommend me to Delano Chevy and so glad. The whole staff was great and the process very stress free. All in all I highly recommend Delano Chevy and Jay Ramos along with Zulema. THEY WILL TREAT U LIKE FAMILY! Zulema was great as well and really did an amazing job for her new position as well and was fun to work with ( broken high heel and all lol) All in all my experience was 5/5 stars and highly recommended team Delano Chevy, especially Jay and Zulema!

Ripoffs I toke my car there they want to give me $15k upside down while Bakersfield motor city give me the right deal a 4k upside and removed it complete to newer truck 2024 gmc lot better price then them am glad I didn t do business with them and went to Bakersfield the finance manager is there to rip you up with the prices be aware

I was experiencing issues with my car and I took it to the dealership. Frank Rios, the service representative, immediately took care of me and kept me updated on the vehicle s progress. Ultimately, the car was fixed and I was extremely happy with the service. Next time you stop by for service at Delano Buick GMC and Chevrolet, ask for the best in the business, Frank Rios. I came in for the detail the was not done when purchased do to purchasing vehicle late on a Sunday and to have floor mats and cargo liner installed because they were missing when car was purchased. First of all the detail job was done terrible they did not even clean wheels or remove water spots from grill and other places. Next they didn t remove the sticker from the outside of the window. They also didn t even vacuum under the floor mats. Next when the installed the floor mats they didn t even remove the floor mats I placed in there they just tossed the new ones on top of them. Finally when they installed the cargo liner they didn t even attach it to the back of the seats. These are the type of things that will deter me from buying or suggesting anyone from buying a vehicle from Delano chevy. I probably wouldn t even want to take the vehicle to get service at Delano Chevy because if this is an example of how the service department works I don t want any part of it.

Frank Rios made what most dread, taking their vehicle for unexpected maintenance, an easy pain free process. Frank kept me updated, and went above and beyond my expectations. From the time I dropped my car off, to getting into my rental ,was 32 minutes. Frank not only saved my peace of mind, but most importantly my time. Thank you again Frank Rios!

We'll I was very disappointed with this car lot. I have bought two brand-new Chevy's from the Chevy dealer in Fresno. So I trusted this dealer and that's were I was wrong. The car had a bad battery a bad hub and bad brakes that they won't fix and not to say what else is wrong with the car. I'm recommending you to go somewhere else. Save your money and time .

Had a great experience working with Daisy via email and texts. She was always very responsive and helpful and even sent lots of photos of the car when it arrived. The dealer markup on top of MSRP was better than other dealerships so we drove 250 miles to pickup the car.Danny met us there and was super nice and helpful. There were no tricks and games - everything went very smoothly on the day and we drove away happy new Bolt owners.

The dealership was very appealing to the eyes, but the best thing about the dealership is the employees. From the young lady who answers the phone so professionally, to the marketing staff, and finally to the professional sales and finance staff all were happy and knew their importance to the team. great customer service and very happy with my new 2017 camaro. the only bad thing its service department. i will defenetly wont go their to get my car service again. my first oil change took the car to bakersfield chevy and once agian delano chevy messed up on my car wrong lug nuts lock on my veichle and the bd thing they never gave me the lock to removed them so the dealer in Bakersfield couldnt rotate my tires.
