I had an accident and called in with my insurance. My insurance gave me options. At first, I wasn't sure about this location because it was a new building. But, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, a service advisor, Richard, was very helpful with explaining what needs to be done. I got quoted on a VISUAL because I arrived late. New bumper, splitters, paint was quoted. The next day, Richard gave me a call saying that he ordered the parts and to bring in my car when it arrives. A week later, I dropped off my vehicle. A couple days later, Richard called again saying he done a full inspection and said that I have quite a few damaged parts that couldn't be seen because it was covered. A few days later I finally got the car back. Good service. I'd recommend this new shop in town.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

First impressions are very important, and I was not impressed, the receptionist made me feel like we were a burden to them to even be there. Not friendly, I said I have an appt at 8 to drop my dads car off, she asked is it here yet, I said no, I didn t receive a response, she just continued doing that she was doing, I asked if they do estimates, and she said for cash customers they do it online, she assumed I didn t have insurance, which I do, didn t even bother to ask if I was going through insurance. Based on my initial experience I decided to leave and go to my regular shop, Express Body Works just on the other side of the train tracks, They re friendly, fast, welcoming, they don t just stop the conversation and continue doing what they were doing, that was very rude of the receptionist. The rumors I had heard around town are true, I came in expecting low customer service, and sure enough you fulfilled that, you were fantastic at it quite honestly, I was going to give this place a chance but all that was ruined as soon as I went in the door.

My Kia Stinger went in for a paint job & it took only about a week which was more than great! Not only was my car looking like new but the staff was amazing. I was updated about my vehicle every two days by my service advisor. I have been to other locations and I have never been as satisfied as I was with them. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Delano.

I got into an accident and got to choose my repair shop through my insurance, it s always so skeptical picking a shop wether it s car service or repairs for a car and who to trust. Seen reviews for Caliber collision Delano were the best. So I went with them and from start to finish my experience as a customer was outstanding. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. The whole staff at Caliber Collision in Delano CA were all A1 customer service always kind never rude. You can tell they care about their customers. Nothing was ever rushed and I was updated if anything new came up about the car and parts needed for the repairs. Car was clean and drove off like nothing ever happened on the day I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Delano CA from locals or nearing surrounding areas. I hope to never get in an accident ever again but if the unfortunate ever happened later down the line, I d without a doubt go here again. The Caliber Collision in Delano was the shortest wait for my car to get in from an accident that is contracted with insurance, so I went out of my way to bring my car there. Wow! What amazing people and service! They are professional and very helpful. Their restroom was clean, and coffee and water is available for customers. Just a great experience the whole time!!!

This was honestly the best service I ve got from any body shop I ve been to. I made an appointment to get my rear end fixed and they did an amazing job and got my car back in my hands quickly. Monica in the front is very nice, and my estimator Lynda is also very nice. I got my got car back cleaned, vacuumed and washed and it looked like I just got it from a dealership. I had the best experience at Caliber Collision! I'm from Bakersfield and took it to Delano to have Jorge Leiva personally work on my car since he does the best job! He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service! I'm so happy with my car, it looks brand new! Jorge did a great job taking care of me as well, his customer service is the best! I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. It was worth taking it to Delano, I highly recommend having Jorge fix your vehicle!!!!

My truck was brought here for repair after someone drilled a hole and on my gas tank to steal it. They did an inspection of damages and quickly got back to me. The got to work on it and a few days later I had my truck back in my driveway. They literally started ashes, fill the tank and delivered my truck to my driveway. This is the best service I ve ever received. I will now go no where else but here for all my future needs.

Very professional place. Always had a smile when greeted. Constantly updating me with text messages. Props to the painter he did an awesome job matching the paint. I love how they washed and vacuumed my car at delivery. Rich and his team at Caliber-Delano are wonderful! Even though I live in Bakersfield and work in Delano, I would use them again in an instant. They worked with my funky schedule, they contacted the rental company for pick up and drop off for me, and called or texted every step of the way to keep me updated on my repairs. Everyone was friendly and repairs were timely. They dealt with the other party s insurance for me so I didn t have to submit anything or worry about the payment. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Delano there customer service is outstanding. I was always kept up to date on the process of my car. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone whether it be a new cosmetic look or insurance job on your car or SUV. They use top quality materials and parts when restoring your vehicle to original condition. Richard Sanchez the estimator is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the needs to your vehicle. Their repair crew is great and I have never complained of the outcome of any of my vehicles. My work truck was broken into, and my insurance co. gave me to options in Delano. I'm glad I chose Caliber Collision, they worked with me, so I was able to continue working in my truck while they ordered the parts and had the door cylinders and ignition re-keyed before I had to bring my truck in, then they only had it for about 1/2 a day then back to work. Great service and kept me updated every step of the way.

My Truck was vandalized and my insurance let me decide where I wanted repairs to be made. I wasn't pleased with the service from previous auto shops. I'm glad I chose Caliber Collision especially with Juan he went beyond my expectations giving me daily status updates. The ladies in the office were very professional and helped me when completing my final paper work.I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Great things about this business! Very professional. Richey assited me with great customer experience. He stayed in contact with updates of my vehicle.
