Customer service was great. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely return to Bills whenever I need my vehicle looked at.

So sad that mechanics take advantage of women. My mom took her car to have her AC checked on her statement they put she said the AC was leaking and compressor wasn t working. My mom did not say that she doesn t not know anything about car mechanics they charged her $99 to fix the compressor and added Freon. Worked for 2 days she went back they told her the compressor needed to be replaced cost her $721 worked for a few days she went back upset they ll now it s going to be $300 to repair thermostat. My mom is not made of money and all they re doing is playing guessing games with her AC and their guessing games are costing her.

I went here with my dad today, the service is great. There s just one problem, the customer lounge is warm. It s too hot in there. But, great service. Repaired the car fast!

Stopped in for a fast oil change during a trip. Fast service is right! Caught em on a slow day and was in and out in no time. Ca99 travelers, this place is great! Recommended!

This place for me has been great. Ideally you need to be here when they open to try to be first in line. Their work is good and they stand behind it. Masks and distancing is all there...hand sanitizer available...garage doors always open for free air flow. Compared to other places I have been...they are fast, informative and friendly. It looks from the front much smaller than what it is.....don't be fooled. I have been going here for over 10 years...no surprises...no return trips!!

Never have had a problem here. Staff could be a bit friendlier but hey if they get the job done and done correctly that s no issue.Melvin is knowledgeable and a professional. Trustworthy man, honest, At least I m my experience.Every time I take my cars in he does an awesome job and no issues afterwords.Great example of a great mechanic.

Made a APPOINTMENT with this place, dropped my car off for diagnostics and just called two days later and the guy very rudely tells me he does not have to take to look at it. Never even attempted too! This is a car to get me to work! A phone call would have been very much appreciated!

Lady at the front counter was very unfriendly. Just ignored me like I wasn't there. Mechanics that walked by me both said hello. One even said it in Spanish. Owner was polite also said hello and acknowledged I was there. When they were done working on my car I went to the front counter just to be ignored again . Finally paid my bill and left . Worst front desk service in a long time.

I gave five stars just because I've been treated good by the smog tech on the back of the shop. For more than 10 years I've had the smog checks for all my cars and most of my relatives are referred to this place. I haven't had any mechanicals repairs by the shop but I've heard good service and good people.

Great service we took a truck for smog it didn't pass he didn't charge and let us know it won't pass it was something little got it fix took it back pass like a charm I like the fact he let you know it wasn't going to pass at no charge they're no body like him any more every one charges no matter what

Went in for AC service, got the leak test and passed per statement on paper work no leaks when testing the AC.. 3 weeks later car overheats and turns out there was a leak and now it s costing 900$ in repairs because I was using the AC with a leak thinking it was fine since a professional checked it.. would only recommend them for small jobs like oil changes and smog..Service: A/C installation & repair

We just drove in to get our '08 Tahoe diagnosed and repaired, the service was GREAT and speedy. We expected the fix to be pricey but it all turned out well. Great job everyone at Bill's Chevron! Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer of Bill's and my car issues always get fixed. I don't see my car for a month (lol) but I never have to go back to the shop for the same car issue. i HAVE TAKEN BOTH MY CARS TO BILLS FAST LUBE. THEY GIVE FAST AND FAIR SERVICE. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THERE SERVICE. THEY ARE HONEST AND FAST.

Actually im not happy with there service to my car, they replaced my clutch spent 340$ labor and then 8 months after my clutch had a problem they told me the bearing they charge me another 300$ and then after 2 weeks i have another problem with my clutch, i went there and let him hear what my clutch and he told they will look and there going to charge me what its cost, i decided not to fix my car because its a waisting money, if you have problem with clutch bring it to different shop....

Our windshield wipers quit on our way home after a 5000 miles trip and rain was here. Alvin had us in and fixed and on our way in less than hour. He was a God send in every way including the price. Any auto problems on 99, stop at Bills.

Not a good job they took one hour ten minutes for a smog didn't pass two weeks later i took it to quality smog it passed just look at theline at chevron nobody's in line like before this place went down hill since theychanged owners it's a shame it was a good trust worthy place
