I had a great experience. Great customer service from the office and staff. Mr. Jose Rivas is a great listener and so nice. He welcome me to the shop. It s great to feel welcomed and to be able to trust the staff with your vehicle. Mr. Jose Rivas fix my vehicle which drives much better than before. The only problem is still a small jerk when I ease off the gas or go up the hill. I m unsure if I should take it back to the shop. It s a minor issue not major though. My first visit was the oil change and my second visit was the Evap system/check engine light.I went to a few different body shops and another shop was supposed to fix my car but they never answered their phone. Also I search and went to different shops for a price estimate in hopes to get my car fix before finding Ortiz Auto Repair. I m glad I was able to trust this shop for my vehicle needs. The most important thing that made me choose this shop was feeling welcome, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices for customers. There is a charge for debt card s except for cash. It s best to have cash if you want to save money. It s not the shop fault though. This is now my new favorite shop for my car repairs and needs. Other than that I do look forward to see what reasonable tires they offer that could fit my vehicle. I definitely recommend this shop. They also have a waiting area where you can relax and eat if you want. Bring a jacket, it can get cold. I am happy with the services and work done to my vehicle. I will definitely return. :)

These guys are NOT honest dealers. Called to ask for a quote on a simple straightforward job of replacing both headlight bulbs on our vehicle. (We have changed them out ourselves before so know how much the parts cost but just wanted a shop to do the work for convenience this time).The guy on the phone tried to give me the run around saying he couldn t quote me unless I brought the vehicle in so they could see what kind of bulbs were needed I had already told him make, model and other specs of our vehicle so he could look it up to price the parts plus estimated labor time. I had to press him again to simply look up the vehicle type on his computer to find the parts - this is true of every single part on a vehicle!He finally does and says each headlight bulb would be $25! We know from experience changing them out ourselves that each bulb is only $10-12. So these guys are clearly trying to inflate parts prices in addition to charging you for more labor time by making you bring in your vehicle before even giving you a quote so that you can price comparison shop.These guys are dishonest and manipulative. We went instead to Portola Auto Repair because when we called them for a quote, they immediately looked up the part over the phone and even offered to try to squeeze us in after hours because we couldn t make it until after work hours.So don t get fleeced by Ortiz Auto Repair! Go to Portola instead.

These guys are great! They fixed my car up good and even gave me a great price. They also mentioned to me when I picked it up that my brakes were wore down so they replaced them for free without me even asking!! Great service.

These guys do an amazing job at an extremely fair priced. I live locally and this was taken over by Jose and re-opened as Ortiz Auto Repair. What originally started as a simple oil change, now became electrical, transmission, headlight unit replacement, and seat cover replacement. They have taken excellent care of my 2009 Tahoe. Honest, fair, and great communication. Highly recommend.

I visited this workshop for the first time a short time ago. Very kind and responsible people. They did several jobs on my car and everything was very well done and above all I think they are very reasonable prices. Go with them. I recommend them. You won't regret it.
