This spot has served the community for years. They do a pretty good job. Order online and pick it up when it's ready is the way to go

My car battery was having issues, so I drove to the O'Reilly closest to me in San Francisco, but they were unable to diagnose the battery issue and were also unwilling to install it even if I purchased one with them. Another O'Reilly was able to figure out the battery was bad, but also said they couldn't do installations that would take more than 2 minutes.I decided to give this location a try, and Christian was extremely helpful. He was able to confirm the battery issue and also install the battery I purchased from this location. I had an extremely stressful day trying to both buy the battery and get it installed, so I'm extremely relieved and happy with the service I got at this O'Reilly location!

They were so helpful. My check engine light came on. They ran a diagnostic and helped me too off my oil. I'm clueless about cars. They felt like friends. They saved the day. Will always visit there.

I went this morning, i misplaced my receipt for my engine air filter& cabin filter on October 31st 2020, the nice man at front counter look up my sonic 2013 and found and printed receipt for me. Thank you sir Marlon .

I had to get a new battery for my car. Timothy was great. Handled my car with great care and got me a new battery and a good price. Thank you timothy. My car is running like new again now.

Convenient location as well as well stocked products and helpful staff. Seems like the lady who manages this location does a good job too. I was able to get the parts shipped in store the same day i ordered and payed for them. Very happy with how they treated me as well, i had called AutoZ*** and was not impressed at how rude and rushed they were with me, this location of O"Reilly's was the best one out of the others i called and checked with. Easy parking as well which makes all the difference to me, being able to park and not having to walk blocks is amazing. Solid store and would definitely recommend

Customer service is quite terrible here. We obviously rely on the knowledge of the staff, yet it seems like I was bothering a worker here by even thinking to ask a question. I understand there was a line, but I felt hurried making sure to not waste his time. Not a good feeling.

I am a big fan of O'Reilly as a store. I try to only use them whenever possible. Unfortunately this particular store didn't have the best customer service. The guy behind the counter seemed upset that I was asking him questiquestions and making him do the job that he gets paid to do. Hopefully management can possibly do some training or something to help their employees deal customers better.

Parking is ok. Staff is helpful. Sometime slow custumer service. Prices are good. Usually have things in stock or will order it for quick pick with in a day or 2. Or they'll locate at a near by store for pickup. They even lent be a couple tools to change a part in the parking lot. Nice staff.

We had a bulb or three burn out in our headlights and came here to find the replacements. My partner and I obviously had no idea what we were talking about (I came in with my phone and pictures and gestured wildly) so the guy behind the counter came out and looked at the light. Turns out we only needed one bulb! He even installed it for us and showed us how to do it ourselves, no charge! We thought we would be paying around $60 all said and done, but we only paid $19 for the bulb and a replacement.

Guys were so helpful to install the battery in my car ...I bought the earlier battery two years back in June-2018 from Geary Street, SF Location and it was getting bad just a month Ago.. I got it replaced under 03.Years warranty..Thank You O RIELY Auto Parts.. I am a customer Since I bought my first car in May-2018.. Since then I buy all stuff for my car from you guys...

Nice folks, fast service, very helpful went the extra mile to obtain an auto part when the part was sent; not their error I was listening when he repeated the part# three times; they offered to pickup and deliver the part for me that's service.

Marlon is great he went out of the way to order a lockable gas cap for my new USED PET-MOBILE from vandals and gas siphoners. Great guy great individual services. Other guys not sure.

i brought my damaged battery hoping to get a second replacement, bec. It was still under warranty. I talked to the female sales person, and she said they won't be able to give me another replacement bec. I already had one replacement before. few days after i went to the store where i originally purchased the battery and they said i can still have a second replacement!

Busy location with helpful staff. Used there auto diagnostics code reader and found check engine problem. However, code reader did not detect my 1999 RX 300 Lexus's more exotic problem of a blown 'BRAKELIGHT FAILURE MODULE' ( not the switch or fuse ) that cause the brake lights to brighten!!
