Ive always installed radios myself I enjoy it. First time I had a problem with a more complex system. Went over to these guys they took a little time to explain what they thought was wrong, how to do it, how to fix it, several alternatives. Even looked over my wiring to make sure it was correct. They didn t have to do that. Most busy shops would have told me to make an appointment or charged me for this. Nice dudes and they really know what they re doing. Next time I m gonna have them do the install!

I have visited this store prior to my install, and was satisfied with customer service. Before I had an extra amp integrated in a stock vehicles head unit, I noticed lower reviews from some apparent KARENS out there after dissecting their reviews. For a business to be here this long, you must be doing something right! The owner is a very sweet gentleman and their installer is Very detailed with his work. All in all, I seemed to have rated 5 stars for a good reason.

Excellent quality work and customer service. They upgraded the entire sound system on my Jeep Cherokee with good advice and recommendations along the speaker and sound system selection process to fit my needs. Excellent clean installation. 6 months later (today), I just showed up without calling ahead or any appointment because I had a problem: my front doors speakers had stopped working... I had a feeling I may be at fault having accidentally pulled a wire below the seat, but wasn't sure. They took me in on the spot and showed me the disconnected wire (indeed my bad), and fixed it in minutes, without asking for a dime. I couldn't ask for better customer and warranty service than that! So not only do they do good work throughout, they also happily help you down the road if any issue arise.

Second time coming to motor music to have a stereo system and speakers installed this time. I also had an viper alarm system and back up camera as well. Overall, I would say they did an excellent job very professional about the way they handled business. The boss was really cool. He worked with me on a lot of things gave me an awesome deal. I had a small issue with my Head unit not playing video And they helped me figure it out with No problem days later 10 out of 10 if you re in the area and looking for a good stereo, system install and alarm with great customer service an competitive pricing.

It was all good they took me in right away which was great. I paid $150 for a dash cam to be hooked up to my fuse box to power up even when the car is parked. I provided all the hardware and explained what needed to get done and they didn't do it correctly. That was the point of paying so much money... not to just get the cables tucked in. Their solution was to return the money and uninstall whatever mess they made. What about my time wasted? What about sorry sir, we will see what we can do... anyways this was a waste of time all over the place. Avoid this place!!! Go with bigger and more professional guys. Avoid!!!

Was a pleasure doing business with the gentleman at Motor Music. Had a spare tire subwoofer installed. They quoted me competitively, about in the middle in comparison to nearby audio installers. I brought my own items in for the install, bought off Amazon. And they were able to see me same day, which was awesome! Smooth installation without any upselling. They only recommended better cables then the ones I had purchased on Amazon and they were spot on. Would absolutely come again

These guys were great. I had my radio/cd player ripped out by thieves. Bought a new one and shopped around at a number of mechanics in SF to get it installed. None wanted to do it. Motor Music hooked it up in an hour for a very reasonable price. The owner and his staff were super cool. Mos def reccomend!

Willy at the front desk took care of me. When he didn't have a answer, we went and spoke directly to the installer,Junior,who directed us the route to take to have full controll with a E.Q. and Crossover built into the D.S.P. , so all the frequencies can sound the cleanest. I will post again when I pick up ride in a few days. But for now, the service was very prompt, and the owner even talked tech with me about adding a Capacitor just to make sure I don't strain the Audis battery or charging system!!! Where's the Gammit!!

These guys are absolutely awesome! Super knowledgeable about the products. I had recently purchased a new car and wanted someone to really take care with my installation. They recommended the right products at a great price, and had my installation of a new amp and subs in under an hour! Talk to Hussein, he will not steer you wrong.

Seriously this is the place to come! I came in for a quote after visiting several places and I kept it real with Willy, told him what I had and what I wanted to get done for what I had. Willy ended up not only saving me a lil cash but he even upgraded the wiring kit to the one I was looking at for a better price to fit my budget! Man.. when I tell you these guys will work with you to make sure you are happy.. They deliver quality and amazing customer service!

I just bought a brand new car. Literally still waiting for the plates in the mail. Wanted JL 100%. This place does very very clean work!!! Best and cleanest installation. You would never know it had a system unless u open the trunk. No visible wires and also no damage or scratches inside or out on my brand new vehicle due to sloppy installation. Super friendly and hooked it up with the 12 for the price of the 10 . Seriously don t know what problems others may have had in the reviews but my experience here with a bran new vehicle was absolutely stellar!!!!

Great shop doing car audio and accessories. Friendly staff, conscientious about quality, and a clean shop. I had front speakers installed and they did it quickly and with stock fit and finish. The speakers were oversized so they had to make some custom brackets, which went well. All in all a great experience.

They do great detailed instillation. And, good & fast trouble shooting, if your have those kind of problem with whatever kind of system your running in your vehicle or motorcycles, as well! This place does it all, and you can't go wrong with prices, too!

I love this place. Peter and hussain and the installers are all great. I had my stereo, viper alarm system and my beat installed and they took care of me very well. I will only go to motor music. I highly recommend these guys. If I could gove more stars I would!

Stereo install was done okay. This is during covid so keep that in mind. My Android auto would cut in and out due to a loose USB cable I think. There are other issues I'd rather communicate with them directly. I like them a lot but this wasn't a pleasant experience.

I am very unhappy with the outcome of my installation. I have taken my car back because of problems with my installation over three-times and I am still having an error come up on my radio. Now that I have spent all this money I am ready to take my car somewhere else to have the problem they created fixed. More money to fix the problem they created that I shouldn t have to spend SMH

I installed a subwoofer and a new deck. Was very pleased with the service and with the price. Work was done very fast. Overall pleased and would recommend this place.

I don't know bout this place lol but the filipino guy that's working the front desk suckers you into buying their stuff lmao j/k . . anyways this is the best place ever and the only place i would go for my car audio why do you think i gave it a five star rating ! But on a serious note they are very good and know what they are talking about so go in and check it out you won't be disappointed !

Be weary of prices. They give you a decent price for a unit but installation will be more than the unit. For me, it was about four hundred for the unit and over six hundred for the installation.

Went in looking for car radio after autozone recommend. Sell the same radio in autozone but $100 more. Stay away
