Fair enough maintenance shop for me. I drive from San Francisco to get my car aligned and oil changed. I purchased a 3 year alignment plan, so it s been worth it for me. Not always the most reliable with appointment times, but you can count on dropping off your car in the AM and picking it up by the PM. They re communicative and transparent. Everyone I ve interacted with has been a kind soul. Check the website for deals and promos.

I had a flat, and the manager made me feel comfortable by explaining why the tire was not fixable and they did not have my tire in stock. The manager, being a female, overheard me having a hard time calling other places- and assisted me in finding a tire and price matched me. The service is excellent, and they care about their customers. If you are a female, have no male assistance, and worry about being taken advantage of- come to Daily City- Goodyear Tire. They will take care of you.

Came here to get a wheel alignment. Not only did they complete the work sooner than expected but the level of customer service was awesome! I m not an old timer but this reminded me of how service used to be. Felicia is the Manager and she has customer service down!!! Highly recommended

Great customer service Felicia took care of me with my Uber vehicle inspection. These guys were cheaper than the other locations. I drove all the way out here from San Francisco. Pretty genuine people and I love it!

I was trying to save myself time by getting tires at Goodyear instead of Costco, due to the overcrowding at Costco when you need a tire rotation. They said my tires did not need to be rotated, and they did find a nail which they took out and repaired. They finished my car and took it off the rack, but I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. Then the checkout time took another 5 to 10 minutes and I had to go to the restroom really bad. I don t think I saved much time! And at Costco at least I can shop the store and use the bathroom while I m waiting. They should think about having another person if I take them that long to do all the front desk work.And the steering wheel was sticky covered with black grease. Took 5 wipes to get it all off. Car smelled like cigarettes and the fragrance used to cover up cigarettes. They should open the window when they re driving it.

Excellent service friendly staff went the day after thanksgiving not to busy oil change in and out in an hour limited parking so park around the corner also they noticed my tires were bad will be back again to address that issue.

Customer service is not that great. We were in line and suddenly other customers by pass us and the staff did not even bother to let them know that she was supposed to be helping us first. My boyfriend came up to other staff to bring his concern but the lady who we assumed has a higher position told him that those people were just picking up their car , we could have understand that but hopefully next time she could have explained it better with a polite tone of voice, she was never apologetic and my boyfriend felt embarrassed. On the other hand , the asian mechanic who did the service to our car was nice and helpful.

Staff treated me with respect which is hard to find at an auto shop when you're a woman and everyone assumes you know nothing about cars. Pricing is very reasonable.

Came in Saturday around 11am or so and had a Great experience ladies at the front desk were very helpful , the gentlemen greeted me with how is your day today and how can we help you let me know they had WiFi and coffee while I waited !!! I love that !!! I also look forward to coming back in and getting services if needed / turn around time was quick , no hidden fees ! Friendly customer service ! Staff you all are doing an amazing job thank you again !

I was trying to do the inspection that Uber required with those guys but they didn t pass the inspection they told me 2 of the tires need to be changed so A guy was trying with me to change new tires from their stores so I didn t listen to him because I know the tires still good so I went to jiffy lube at same time same day and I did the inspection with jiffy lube and everything was good the inspection was pass.

I came to this Goodyear Auto Service because I had a good experience in another chain store.In the first year, I asked for oil change service plus the free car care check service. When I went home after the service, I realized I did not get the car care check result. I was thinking no news was good news, and did not follow up (big mistake).In the second year, I booked online specially to make sure I checked the option of the free car care service. When I went to the store, the guy asked me what service I wanted to do. I said I already booked online. He ignored me and continued to ask me what service I wanted. I said oil change service plus the free car care check service. He printed out the service sheet and asked me to sign. I specially went through and said I needed the free car care check service too. He seemed to ignore my words. I pulled out the pen and wrote down on the sheet: free car care check service, and asked him to print a new one.I then asked them whether they did it? But they did not give me an answer. They said they did not keep the record. Now I realized that in the first year, although I asked for the car care check service, they didn t do it.So as a customer, you need to be very careful to make sure they write down the car check service. Fortunately there were no injuries or accidents due to potential problems that might not be identified because they did not do the car care check service for the first time.After the car care check service, they said one tire needed to be changed because the tire tread depth was low. On the report, the original number was scratched with a new low number.My 4 tires were 1-2 years old, and from my own inspection, I didn t find that tire had a specially low tread depth. So I didn't change the tire.In the third year, I went to another car service store. Their car care check report said the 4 tires were still in good condition with enough tire tread depth.Other than that, other perspectives of services in the store were good. The waiting room was clean; the staff were professional except the above mentioned.They were friendly when you asked for tire inflation.If the store feels that the free car check service does not make profit or lose money, please ask for a charge, rather than secretly drop off the important service, which might result in a very dangerous situation.

Made me waste 3 day and never order my tires. I needed 4 tires and I call them to verify if they had tires for my car. They told me they needed to order them and gave me a date to drop the car. When I came to drop the car I call before to check if they had the tires and the lady on the phone told me yes. I arrived at the location and they told me they never made the order so they had to order it again. Such a waste of time.

Scheduled a brake fluid exchange 3/4, dropped it off early. An hour before they close they said the machine to do this service was broken and I would need to pick it up and reschedule.I rescheduled for 3/11 at their recommendation because it would take a few days to repair the machine but they assured me they would be able to do it. I had to cancel before my appointment as I wouldn't be able to make it.Called 3/18 (today) now that I'm available to schedule the service and the rep said they never had the machine repaired. But they asked me to reschedule and assured me it can be done next week (again)

It took them 4,5 hours for the oil change, they said it'll be done in a couple of hours, I had to wait another 2 hours until they finish it. I don't mind waiting as long as I would be notified properly. ( Not in this case) and I see by previous reviews they do that all the time. Plus I felt like they tried to scam me twice with the price and the inspection report at the time of check out. BE CAREFUL anyone, double-check the charging price before giving out your car for service. The inspection report wasn't completed either, they tried to give me a blank report on folded paper. I'm glad I open and again pointed this out to them, the same as I did with the price they were about to charge me. Prices online don't match the real ones. The overall feeling from my experience with them is that they don't care. After such ridiculous customer service, I don't even know if the service itself has been done properly. I won't be back. Big lack of customer service. Just be honest with your customers, is it that difficult?

These people are awesome. They squeezed me in 45 minutes before closing and fixed my tire. Highly recommend! And the manager gave a homeless man bus fare when he came in and asked. If you live in Daly City/SF give them a visit!!

I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy waiting and frequent visits.This all started in January, I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I was told there were no appointments, but to arrive an hour before they open on Saturday to ensure it gets done that day. No one asked what tires I needed or any questions so I did this(which is insane, but I enjoy going to Tahoe and they were getting pounded with snow). Upon waiting 50 minutes to even speak with anyone I was informed they do not have any tires that fit my car, and that they only had one type that they could get in within a week. So I asked them to order them, and made an appointment for 5 days following this initial visit.I also needed an oil change this day, this took 3 hours total....I called 2 days later to ensure the tires would be there, I was assured they would be.When arriving to my scheduled appointment 5 days later, the tires were not there and no one had even ordered them. At this point a very nice employee promised they would be there tomorrow and I agreed.I arrived the next day and the tires were finally there! This took 7 hours.After all of this, within 4 days I realized one of the tires had a slow leak. So I made an appointment for 11am, I arrived at 10:40am, I was told it would take 45minutes to an hour. After 1 hour has past they finally took my car back. In total taking 2.5 hours of my time.....

Terrible service. Had an appointment 2 days ahead online and when I got there the guy told me the Tyre is not there so I asked him when can I fix it and he said he don t know. I was busy once he called me back after 4 hrs, so I had to come back the next day. Also had a $50 off for $150+ service, when I showed the text code the guy looked at it and say nth and charged me the full amount anyways.

I had a nail in my tire that caused it to leak air. I called this shop to schedule a repair, the staff name Lofa told me it is walk-in only and the wait time is 2 hours. When I arrived at 10 o clock which was 30 minutes after the phone call, Lofa told me it would be ready by 3 pm. So I took an Uber back home and waited for them to call me. At 3 pm, I called them for a status update. Lofa said it won t be ready until tomorrow. I told her I needed to ship the car the next day morning, and she said she would see if there was anything she could do and call me in a few minutes, which she never did. I called her again after 30 minutes, and she said there was nothing she could do and asked me to pick up my car.In conclusion, this staff Lofa is very dishonest and irresponsible. She single-handedly wasted so much of my time and the Uber money. I was beyond frustrated. So if you don t mind leaving your vehicle at this location indefinitely, you can give them a try.

Usually getting your car serviced is a hassle and it is something many of us dread. But working with this specific Goodyear I had a easy and seamless experience. Luba the store manager was able to determine what service was needed and also made sure the service was completed in a timely manner which I was surprised because when I was waiting in line, the phones were constantly ringing and many people were waiting in line to get there car serviced. I will be taking my vehicles here in the future for any oil change or any related service.

Show up for my appointment and they say they can't work on my car for an hour and a half. Why even take appointments if you aren't going to honor them?

They understood exactly what i needed, and asked for, and did an accurate and good job on my car, i will definitely return to this location, brian was a big help thank you.months later follow up, return per instructions to get a patch done on my tire, but since I'm not spending any new money they've had me waiting 3 hour for a simple tire patch.

I've been going to this place for 7+ years, but not anymore after today. I booked an appointment for alignment service only to be greeted by the rude guy working there today. In a rude and condescending tone, the guy told me there was no way it could be worked on today as they were overbooked. He could have told me politely instead of an incredulous manner as he seemed to think I was trying to do a walk-in. It also would've been nice if he'd called me like this place had done in the past when they overbooked. I went straight home to book an alignment service with another shop down the street from this place.

Quick and easy. Went in for 2 new tires thanks to a flat. Ordered the tires online the night before, they had them in stock (woot!) and sent in the appointment request. I called this morning to confirm the appointment and they hadn't received the request yet (system seemed to be malfunctioning), but they were able to take care of me around my requested time. Note- the online scheduler doesn't actually take into account what the shop's able to schedule, so definitely call for appointments! The online system is an appointment request, not an actual appointment scheduler.Another note, the parking lot is tiny. Exceptionally so. Not really uncommon for the area, but we did have to park on the side street right next to the lot instead of IN the lot. Not a big deal, but pay attention to how full the lot is before pulling in or you'll have to maneuver a bit.Thankfully when I went in, the order information had come in. The woman at the desk was helpful and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with precise answers that I really appreciated. She said her name several times and I've already forgotten it (sorry!)We had to wait a little while so we walked around a bit, but about an hour later I got a call saying they were finished and they were able to repair the tire free of charge, so I could call to cancel the order I had placed online. The tire repairs are for the life of the tire, so we should be set there as long as we don't run over any more nails.I just called to cancel the tire order and receive my refund, they said it'll be 3-5 days.Overall, a positive experience out of a miserable situation that could have been made much worse by a terrible tire place and instead left me feeling good about the day. They do what they can for the customer and try to expedite the experience as much as possible. If I DO ever need my tires replaced, this is where I'm going and I will gladly recommend it to all of my friends, as well.Thanks for everything! You've just made a lifelong customer out of me.

Not only did they take my car in as an emergency flat tire, on a very busy day, but because they could not fix the tire until the next day, they did not charge me anything, out of courtesy. Now that s Great Customer service. They won my loyalty! Thanks Luba Benuto.

Rude front of house customer service staff. I ve been going to good year for many years in Florida. I guess they don t know that customers come first, here in California. The lady at the front was abrupt, rude and condescending. If you have parking lot issues - don t ask me to move my car just to come back inside in 3 minutes to make an appointment. Shouldn t it be customer first? Your guys inside can t wait 3 min to back out a car while I make an appointment? Sadly, no appointment was made on my behalf.
