I will give them 5 stars for the excellent work on my car. Yes my car insurance said the estimate would take 3-4 days. Yes it took longer at 12 days. I believe 360 Auto did the best they could and the body work looks brand new. Yes I could complain about something but I wont. I got my car back fixed and the cost was what I was expecting. Thanks Gino and team.

PLEASE run far from this auto shop! I usually never write negative reviews but I was left in awe at how this place ran their business.First of all the front desk lady, Lilly was not helpful, nor was she personable at all. When we dropped off our vehicle, she gave us zero info about how to proceed and acted as if we have done this process several times before.So originally Daniel told us that the work would be finished in a week. A week goes by, NO call with any update. So we give a call and was told it would be ready by the end of the week. Again, ZERO updates from them so we give them another call and was told that the following week it would be ready and they would call us. At this point we were in contact with Gino, the shop owner or manager, who said to contact him for any future issues. Ok, fine. They finally call us to tell us that our car was ready. To our dismay, our car came back with LOOSE parts and a paint job that looked like it had too much clear coat and was allowed to dry with it dripping down.I was amazed that they would have let us take it home this way if I had not demanded that they fix it. Where was Gino? Now at this point, Caesar was handling our situation. So we let them keep it for another 2 days so they can order a replacement part. Two days goes by, we receive a call from Lilly saying it's ready. Awesome. 5 minutes after, Caesar calls and says the part is no good and will need to keep it over the weekend. Come Monday, no call or update from Caesar or ANYONE at the shop. So we call and ask ourself if it is done. When picking up, Gino was present and seemed to ignore us. When confronted about the lack of communication especially with him when he said he would handle us directly, his response was "I have 5 other shops."We do eventually receive our car back a MONTH later.I've never felt so disrespected as a customer in my whole life. I did not expect them to bend over backwards for us at all, but at least have empathy that we are paying for a rental car out of our own pocket and have the decency to at least reach out for any kind of update. Please check the google reviews for a more accurate representation of this shop.

Very little communication with fixing my car. I had to call them continually to get updates. Never called back when they said they would. They are overwhelmed. Once you speak with them they are nice but there's no resolution. They lost my trunk floor and it's been over 60 days of me constantly texting and calling them but they still have not replaced the part. It's been very frustrating and disappointing. Still waiting for them to make it right.

This is my third review for another car that was rear-ended. And of course, it is another 5-star rating simply because they did an excellent job on the car, and awesome customer service.Thank you again Gino and staff. Auto 360 is STILL the best!!!

Mannnn...I hate being the guy that leaves negative reviews online. I even tried to resolve the issues that came up directly with Gino. He told that the manager was going to give me a call today, but they haven't kept their word once since I've started dealing with them.I came to drop my car off at Auto360 on Monday, October 13th but the receptionist was late that day so I had to leave without dropping off my car. Gino called me a short time later and offered $100 to retain my business, so I dropped my car off the following day. On October 15th I was given an estimate for repairs and a four day timeline for the work to be completed.I rented a car thinking it would be the four work days needed for repairs plus the weekend that they would be closed. Nobody at Auto360 called me once at any point over the next two weeks to give me an update. When I called after two weeks of expecting to have a repaired car, they told me that my car wasn't finished and they didn't know when it would be. To be clear, they didn't think it was important enough to tell a customer that the four day timeline that they gave would be more than four weeks. To add insult to injury, in order to get my car back from them without a working driver side headlight, I had to pay them my deductible. So I incurred significant rental car expenses for nothing and, over a month later, have a car that still has a broken headlight and missing parts of the front end. Part delays are out of everyone's control, but lack of communication, honest business practices, and respect for paying customers is on them. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! You'll see their yard is completely disorganized and their business is not equipped to provide consistent, quality service to everyone they see. Or you can roll the dice...maybe they'll get it done in four days, lol.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience ever! They took more than 30 days to fix my vehicles fender and returned it with the axel still bent! There were items stolen from my vehicle and the Uber driver who dropped me off to pick up my vehicle said he had the exact same experience! Do not take your vehicle here. Auto 360 are scam artist who pay for good reviews . You have been warned..

UPDATED REVIEW 7/23/23: If it wasn't for Caesar I would have never gotten any resolution on my car. He got the additional repairs done IN ONE HOUR. It's too bad it took almost 3 weeks to get it done but he promised it would get done in an hour and he came through, so I definitely give him 5 stars, but still leave my overall rating at 4 stars because I had to go through this nonsense in the first place.Original review:Auto 360 did a great job of repairing my car BUT in the process my windshield wiper plug (?) was broken (and I haven't been able to use my windshield wipers going on 18 days) AND a small plastic panel is missing, probably because it was never replaced back properly. I reported these issues to them 1-2 days after I picked up my car and only one person got back to me but NOTHING has been resolved! I must've called 4-5 times since then trying to get someone to call me back to get this resolved and there has been NO FOLLOW-UP. Now if I have to bring in my car to them to repair it I am sure they will need 2 weeks to do it and I will to get another car rental $$$. So frustrated and disappointed at their follow-up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

my wife got into a car accident and we are new to the Bay Area. a friend recommended auto360 to us, and that was the first shop we called. Gino and the manager are both very kind and trustworthy. Naomi at the front desk was delightful and provided exceptional service. our civic was repaired well and we are so happy to have it back in great condition. We had our Jeep towed here via AAA. Long story short it had to sit there for 6 months while we sourced the part. We called Auto 360 regularly to keep good faith and I even asked at one point if they wanted us to pay storage fees.They didn't really call us, we called them, and ultimately we had to source the part, which is a hard part to find. When I came to pick up the Jeep, some staff were a little rude, made comments that didn't need to be made and were standoffish. They were mad because the car was there so long. However, through the process their communication wasn't great because that issue never came up on the phone. We don't need the attitude, and they should have communicated better.If it wasn't for Naomi, I don't know where we'd be. She pushed it to their attention and communicated directly with me, making sure the work got done once I deliver the part. Much appreciation for Naomi - thank you!Overall I think Auto 360 is good/Ok. They did hold on to our car for almost 6 months, they eventually fixed it, they're pretty busy so it's understandable. Just the communication was below average. We always pay and honor our agreements so we want to be treated right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible customer service and communication they will lie to your face and even once services are finished they aren't up to par, was told 3-4 days for bumper replacement which turned into 3weeks.Not to mention once I received my vehichle for the "replacement bumper" turned out to be chipped, car pieces not put back together properly. Representatives have poor attitude and no communication within each other. Seemed as if reps didn't know what to do or what was going on. My car got broken in and came here to get it repaired. There was a bit of delay on the parts but Gino and Cesar provided an excellent service and went above and beyond. They even gave my car a clean wash and fixed a broken light and offered flexibility with pick up timing. 5/5 for service! I recommend the shop

Fine auto work but customer service was horrible. They had our car for three weeks without a single update and would not answer the phone for us or our insurance company. Eventually we got a text saying the car was ready. When we went to pick up the car, we agreed to a $500 insurance copay but they did not ask for a card so we assumed they had our card already on file or billed to insurance as they had for everything else. We later received a text message from an unknown number saying we needed to call the shop to give a credit card. We tried calling the shop multiple times to give the number with no response, and then I received a threatening text less than 24 hours after picking up the car from an unknown number saying they were calling the police and filing criminal charges because we took our car without paying. They still would not answer the main line so I called this unknown number and paid that way again, less than 24 hours after we picked up the car. What a horrible way to deal with customers. Good luck if you have to work with them.

Though the office can feel hectic at times, my car was done professionally and ahead of schedule, which was a huge savior since I didn t have to rent. Oh, and it was also thoroughly cleaned. Just a great job all around.

So bad. I will absolutely not be going back here and I highly recommend finding a different auto repair shop. I can t even speak to their ability to fix a car, but their professionalism was frustratingly and almost laughably bad.My car was towed here by AAA after I had trouble getting it to start (AAA jumped the battery but still towed it to get the issue diagnosed). I called Auto 360 immediately to give them a heads up that my car was being dropped off and was told that they would let me know what the issue is. My car wound up being there for 2 weeks. Over that period, I called them 6 times to check in on it and was told every time that I would get a call back - I did not receive a single call from them the entire time. Twice, I told them how many times I d called and that I hadn t heard back and they reassured me that this time I would definitely hear back. At various times, I was told they were currently looking at it or they think it s the fuel pump which were clearly lies. After over 10 days, I finally called and told them I would not accept a call back and needed to talk to a mechanic who finally admitted that no one had looked at it until then but it seemed like nothing was wrong.Eventually, I gave up waiting to hear back from them and went to pick up the car. I was charged for them to run diagnostics (eyeroll) and left with no confidence that my car would run properly in the near term.

Best experience I had at an auto repair shop to date. They were extremely professional and were realistic about the timeline when I should be expecting my car back. I was worried that they wouldn t be able to match the special pearl white paint Lexus uses on their cars but they exceeded my expectations. They blended all the panels beautifully and it truly looks brand new, I can t tell which side of my car was damaged. I m hoping I don t need to see them anytime soon but when if I ever do I ll contact them first. I took my car in after a collision in hopes of restoring it back to its original condition. In terms of the repairs, everything was great, minus a few new scuff marks. The reason I am ranking two stars is not for the quality of service, but for the honesty/transparency of the servie. There was little to-no communication from the shop itself. I dropped the car off since I was originally told the repair would only take a week. After a week passed, I heard nothing from the shop so I contacted them myself, and they said it would be ready the following week. The following week came, and again no contact, so I called them again and they told me the same thing. Eventually a whole month passed until my car was finally ready. I don't know why they didn't tell me it would take a month in the first place, but it is extremely inconvenient when you make plans to drive somewhere once you get your car back and then cancel said plans due to lack of honest communication.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

Repaired the wrong side mirror of my car, so my car blink spot system is not working, they said will order the new one for me, it s been 2 months I called many times they said will call me back but never call me back and no follow up, still waiting the reply until now

0 stars. Geico used their services after my car was hit while parked on the street over night. If I went into detail, I d need several posts to explain everything. In short: terrible customer service, liars and terrible paint/body repairs. Wasted so much of my time and still owe me money for a rental I had to take because I needed to bring my car back to them to fix what they broke after having my car for 2 months. My car was involved in a freeway accident. The entire back end had to be replaced, rewired, and reassembled. From beginning to end, Gino made sure I was informed and served with exceptional care. He is knowledgeable about customers rights, insurance procedures, and works hard to maintain communication at the most professional level.The facilities are clean, the staff helpful and hardworking, and the efficiency (considering how much damage they had to repair to my car) was impressive.Based on the quality of care I received after having my poor car wrecked and then rebuilt by Gino s amazing team, I trust their process and will return for any repair work I may need done. Even though I live in a San Mateo, I would come back to this place because they earned my loyalty and trust! Well done guys! Can t thank you enough.

Someone vandalize my car. I called my insurance provider to file a claim. They recommended the Auto 360 for repair. I drop my car on Monday morning at 8:00 AM for repairs. They called the enterprise car rental to pick me up to rent a car. They sent a repair estimation quote to my insurance provider. The repair was done on time within days. They follow up after the car repair completed. I went on Friday morning in my rental car and handover to them. They have taken care of my car rental drop-off to Enterprise. I was surprised because they repaired my car like a brand new car. Their customer service was awesome. Next time, I will go to Auto 36o again and I will recommend this place if you need auto repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While we are happy with overall service and attention to detail, the lack of communication between the shop and Geico cost us ~$530 loss. Our car was in an accident and Gino made sure the repair was done with OEM parts. However, the repair took longer than usual and the extra time was not informed to Geico (while we constantly talked and made sure the info is passed on from the shop to Geico). In the end, we were overcharged for the rental, and this is leaving us with a loss.Make sure you have all the communication done on time and verified with your insurance company. Depending on the shop to get this done will cost you and the shop does not take any liability. After talking to Gino >20 times, he is now ignoring my calls and never returns them. My vehicle was towed here due to an accident. At first, the shop was super helpful calling insurance for me trying to help my situation along. After the ruling of the case, that's when the communication issues started.I called the shop and asked what my options were for my car, he said to tow it and dispose (pay the shop a $450 fee) or find a buyer to purchase the vehicle. I found a potential buyer and called the shop on 6/29 to ask what would be a good time to come in to show the car, Gino couldn't give me a time and said he would give me a call back. I did not receive a call and tried calling several times where my phone call went to voicemail. I called on 7/3 to let them know I would be bringing a buyer in on Wednesday, 7/5. Gino told me that's fine and that he was not going to charge me any storage fees despite the car being there for over a month. I get to the shop, my buyer is ready to purchase, and the person working tells me I need to pay a $450 storage fee. It was surprising being told initially I would not be charged any storage fees so when they retracted from the statement, I was absolutely dismayed. I understand they are a business but the gentleman working, Sami, was unwilling to meet me halfway to reconcile the miscommunication; Gino was unavailable on vacation.It is obvious they wanted some money one way or another. Four hundred and fifty dollars is not a large amount for an auto body shop relative to someone who works hard to make ends meet here in the bay area. As a business, it shows poor quality, dishonestly, and respect for their customers. To willingly lose a customer for life as well as all my referrals over $450 is shocking.A business that does not stand up to their word is a huge trust concern especially for a body shop- a business that services a serious safety concern. Please be weary when doing business with them. Record your phone call if you are quoted no fees. Also, their storage fees are posted only at the shop's location which is outside the main lobby. They do not have a website either.I am posting this so that no other customer gets treated the same. It is sad that after all I went through, an accident, dealing with insurance, and finally losing my car, that the auto body shop ends up seeing an opportunity and taking advantage of me.

Came here after a fender bender in the girlfriends car. I was recommended this place by a Nissan dealership in the area. Prior to arriving here I had received 2 separate quotes on my repairs. When I showed up Gino the Manager was as straight up as possible. We did not want to use insurance so he worked with us knowing that we didn't want to spend too much. From the Get he didn't try to offer us the regular lies and shenanigans that you get from other car detailing places. All in all he did the work for 1,650 when other places where quoting me an absurd 4000 dollars! Car rental companies also bring their cars here to get fixed so you know it's good! Another great thing is that Gino always answered the phone. And the one time that he didn't he made sure to get back to me ASAP. All in all Great honest place that isn't looking to suck the money out of your pockets.

Gino and his team provides very fair assessments to you as the customer. I found them honest in their opinions and patient with their time. I am not particularly well versed in car terminology or repair terminology and Gino took the time to sit down and explain my opinions to me.

Have to many cars. They can talk the talk to get you there but don't keep there word about helping you out with things you didn't even all for. Geno nice guys but to much on his plate its all about the big money California dream . Doesn't matter who you run over to get what he wants. Don't have anything to give customers but a plastic card no pen, calendar (honest cup ) touch up paint nothing.
