My husband got into an accident and I was driving my baby around with a hideous dent and finally insurance referred me to this shop. They did an excellent job my baby girl looks just like how she did when I first got her. At first I was upset about how long it took for my car to be ready but my husband reassured me that it s common amongst body shops. My only reason for a 4 star review is because when I requested a quote on a small dent I got from someone who hit my car and left, they quoted me $1200, which I felt was a lot for something so small. But overall I had a good experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and patient with me. Also, just wanted to publicly apologize for being so mad at them for taking so long. But definitely worth it. I appreciate that they wanted the job to be done perfectly. And it was.

They don't care about you at all. Stalling lies no follow up. If your AAA customer avoid them I will file a complaint with AAA about how they treated us.Front desk lady/body shop is horrible. Been waiting 4 months for a simple trim piece after break in. They were AAA authorized shop and we wanted to get everything done in one place. The lady kept pushing me to get stuff done myself elsewhere and won't do anything for us. I called so many times and she said shell update us but never follows up. Basically left us with a unusable car for 5 months because they refuse to follow up. Took to proline they took the car right away and got to work asap.

This is the best Body / Mechanic shop in San Francisco. To my opinion. They open super early in the morning. They can get your car in very fast. ( I had a guy who needed 3 weeks before I was able to put my car in his garage. I had another situation when the guy took my car in right away but then need it about 3-4 more weeks to get the job done ). And I am saying that because I drive for a living. And these people get the car in get it done for less than a week. And everything is done to perfection. And I checked many other places about prices. Just my opinion. If you need the car to be done fast, if you have a newer than 2010 car and if you are ok with your finances or insurance go there. On the other hand. If your car is older and you just want to patch it up go find some local small body shop. I personally was very happy with them. Hope that helps.

When I was parked at work, someone hit my car and broke my window. Randy helped me get the dent fixed and passenger window replaced. He also got it taken care of in a few days. Really awesome shopServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
