Been coming in for regular service/ maintenance for a few years now and the crew they have here is great. They do a really good job of explaining any issues and get work done very efficiently. Oil changes are usually done in less than an hour so they do work pretty fast.

There was a bad oil filter put on our car and it's spilled the oil all over the bottom of our car and when we took it back with no questions asked the oil filter was replaced the bottom cover was removed and all the oil was cleaned up and they give us a 10% discount on our next visit although I still think it should have been 50% off the next visit but they were very nice and friendly to my spouse. Very nice manager and staff that works here

I came on a Friday afternoon and no cars were in queue. I was welcomed in by a cool and funny employee who took my information. He helped me use an available coupon and told me my oil change would be done in 15min. He also asked if I wanted anything else checked and I declined. I'm glad that he didn't try to sell me anything as some other locations do. The car was done in 15min as he stated. Love the service I received and will be back again next time!

I had my oil changed this afternoon. Been to this place twice now, staff are friendly and quick. They are very systematic here, hopefully they maintain this. I think the one who serviced my car is Pinoy, my wife is a Filipina so there you go! Keep it up!

I was getting stressed because I needed oil change but did not have time to stop by honda center, and I happened to drive by here and thought maybe I could get it done here. There was no wait, the employees here were SUPER nice and serviced my car really fast. This is my first car and I have no knowledge of car maintenance but I will be coming back here because I know they will take care of it for me!

I had an unfortunate of encounter just now. I was first told it was okay to sit in my car during the service, then a second serviceman came out and said, no, not at this location, when I expressed, I have always sat in my car at every Jiffy Lube.. I am moving and have circumstances in the vehicle that I don t want to blame anyone else for if something happens, they wouldn t service my car if I didn t get out of it so I left. This set back my drive to Northern California as I now look for another location.

Friendly, fast service... even on a Saturday afternoon!Tech who greeted me was personable and helpful while he directed me to the waiting room. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. There were three cars ahead of me and I was still in and out in about 30-45 minutes at noon on a Saturday. They even go so far as to show you their work as they complete it (clean air filter before they install it, dipstick showing fresh oil to the full level).

Got my oil and filter changed this morning and technician told memy coolant is low need to top offFluid for extra &9 box, so i saidYes! Got my receipt and go homeUnfortunately when I checked my coolant still low and i got chargeExtra , I called them they said sorryWe forgot. Great service! Had and oil change, transmission fluid change and air filter replacement all done within an hour. About 4 employees were working on my truck like a pit crew!! Definitely getting my routine work done here again.

Sean is the man. Showed up 20 min before closing and Sean had me out with new oil, oil filter, engine filter, and cabin filter - all in just 15 min. He ran the show all by himself from greeting, driving, charging my card, and showing me the new parts before installation. Did I mention that he did this all with a great attitude? He s earned my business. Will be looking for Sean again for the other 3 cars I own.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have only gone here twice and both times were absolutely amazing! I was well taken care of and offered coffee, tea or water. In addition to that they checked everything they could and topped off all fluids and tire levels, cleaning my windows and vacuumed my car inside, even though I only went in for a simple oil change.I love that they show you everything; filters,Oil level and coloring of the old and fresh oil.Truly wonderful costumer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!!!Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

Went for oil change on August 18. Oil change and inspection was completed in about 15 minutes. The technician noted the condition of tires as checked and ok. I wanted tire rotation as well but the technician advised they don't do those close to closing time. I scheduled an appt with Costco in Cypress on August 29 for tire rotation. When I went for my appointment I was advised my tires were worn our and down to wires and thread on the inward side. They told me to stop driving the car immediately for safety reasons and get new tires ASAP. On August 29 I called Jiffy Lube and spoke to a manager, who told me they don't check tires but tire pressure. I said my paperwork states "condition" of tires thread and it was flagged as "checked and ok" for every single tire. He said he wasn't the one who did the oil change and inspection so he doesn't know what happened, but offered for me to come back so he can top off my windshield fluid for free. Needless to say I will not be going for windshield fluid or any service.Folks, they don't check anything. I am doubting he even put full synthetic oil in the car, which is what I paid for.Service: Oil change

Came in to get a quick oil change after working 14 hours. The staff was super chill, the service was quick. The customer service was on point. Lobby was clean and had a decent TV to watch. So that was a bonus

Drove up, asked how much for a synthetic oil change. Man said, "$99.95". I said, "So with tax, it is $107". He said yes. They drove my car into place, began work, man then calls me in and says total is $118. I said "for what? Don't be changing prices on me from what you quoted." He tells me "because of sales tax". I said, "sales tax is 8% so this makes it the $107 I said". He then tells me there is a higher price on the synthetic oil filter. Complete liars and dishonest. Won't be ever going back.Service: Oil change

Took my car here 2 times and had 2 very different experiences.During my first experience, I was impressed by the friendly customer service, their attention to detail, and knowledgeable staff that easily explained to me work that was going to be done which gave me confidence to allow other recommended services to be done besides the basic oil change I initially came there for.My second and most recent visit however, didn t go so well. I still received friendly customer service and the staff was very understanding about me choosing not to perform certain recommended services. My initial gripe, upon leaving was the delivery of my car. Maybe I m being too picky but I thought that they wash your windows and vacuum the inside of the car with every service. That didn t happen this time but it actually didn t bother me. What bothered me was when I received my car the first thing I noticed was technicians filthy hand prints all over my light colored door handle. It left a bad impression and I immediately took my car to get washed. But there s more.Today at work as I m walking back to my car I noticed the plastic engine mud pan is dangling from under the car. Turns out that they didn t secure it properly and luckily I noticed because it could ve been real bad if something were to snag and tear it off. I took it back and they fixed the issue...NO PROBLEM. They were great about it and apologized for what happened.I still recommend going there because the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable but I ll say that they could use some improvement and maybe should talk to some of there technicians about doing a better job of paying attention to the little things when working on people s cars. We trust that things we can t see are done and done right. 4 stars and I hope 5 next time I go there!

Service was fine fairly quick. The problem was I supplied my own oil and filter and it still cost 44.00 dollars for 5 minutes of work. If I wasn't disabled, I'd still be changing my own oil

Excellent and quick service. Giovanni let me know what was going on under the Hood of my car. I had an oil change and two filters replaced. Giovanni was very kind and gave me a discount on all parts. The crew went above and beyond in service. Will definitely come back.

Very fast and efficient! Oil change and tire rotation took no more than 20 minutes, even after 2 people ahead of me. However , if you are worried about price you can find a better deal out there.

The JIFFY Lube off of 4942 Lincoln Ave, Cypress are very Professional and attentive to your car . They check and top off your Fluids , and did my Synthetic Oil change quickly; they check your tire pressure as Well. Jiffy Lube also has a $20.00 off Coupon that helps ,I recommend this JIFFY Lube

I went for a simple oil change. The service is fast. There was no pressure tactics. Savuth has great customer service skills! I did need a few other things. Savuth and the other gentlemen kept me well informed and the prices were good. An overall great experience.
