Namat is great I highly recommend this place very honest and will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend coming here. I was so stressed about my car and how to get home after going to one shop before being told he didn t want to fix it I came here and they are so nice and very honest and caring will go out of their way to help you highly recommend

Our car was experiencing an oil leak in the middle of a road trip, and it was proving illusive to diagnose. It took a fair amount of work, but Cypress managed to find it and fix it, and they managed to do it significantly under the original quoted amount.I'm seriously surprised, we rolled in with some advice from our home mechanic (who specialized in our brand of car), they listened, answered questions, and were very patient with us as we took time to talk through our options and make decisions. I don't typically expect mechanics to be that gracious to folks who roll in saying thing like "Hey my home mechanic says you should..." I cannot imagine how annoying that must be.Nevertheless, they treated us very well and we're happy with the repairs. The car made it all the way back home (a 1,100 mile trip) without any problems.

Like all other reviews, Namat and his team are very honest and hardworking mechanics. Never did he over-sell me on anything that wasn t needed, and always fixes the issue at a reasonable price.Would recommend anyone looking to getting their car fixed here.

Went in because I had a P0420 engine code and thought I needed a new catalytic converter to pass smog. They cleaned the O2 sensor and the next day when they smogged the car it passed. Easy to deal with on the phone and they finished the work quickly.Service: Auto emissions testingService: Auto emissions testing

Great honest mechanic, fast work too.Went in for an oil change and transmission service and he didn't try to upsell or lie about anything. Told me I went in too early for the transmission and that my car model could get proper service at the dealer instead of doing the work prematurely for me and taking the cash.Will be going back since service was so good. Highly recommend.

I probably shouldn't post this because then they will get more busy. This is the place to go to get your automotive repair done correctly at a reasonable price. They explain the issue and show you the parts and what needs to be done. Excellent!

I went to a big name tire place and they told me I would need $4k of work. My co worker told me she always brings her car here for a honest opinion. Let me tell you my car didn't need what the other place said. Cypress Auto is honest and priced fairly. I am going here from now on.

Honesty, Trustworthiness and Reliability is what this business possesses, rare qualities that almost every other automotive shop strongly lacks. I have been frequenting this shop for over 25+ years and they have never disappointed or failed me instead they have saved me enormous sums of money and headache. The owner Namath is always spot with the vehicle diagnosis and honest and forthright with advice and recommendations. He has undoubtedly gained my confidence and trust and most importantly my lifetime Auto Repair Service business.

Honest guy. My father told me about how he takes his driving instructor vehicles there. So, now I go. Prices are great and he's super nice and honest. HIGHLY recommend him. I won't be going anywhere else.

I called them asking for an estimate for some electrical problems I was having with my car. Unfortunately, they didn't provide the services I was looking for, but they were able to give me recommendations and were very informative. I appreciate the time the man took on the phone to help me. Will definitely consider using them if I have another problem with my car relating to the services they provide!

The value is good and work is excellent. Very few places have both low cost and high quality in regards to car repair. They do not sell an extra work outside your initial request; unless, of course a confirmed safety issue. At the end of the day we are the customer.

Im looking to have them install a new engine in my 05 Ford F150 here soon, I was impressed with the shop c lean very busy thats a good sign , The gentleman I was talking with was very Knowledgeable and I was impressed with how they will go about installing my new motor not just installing it bread making sure everything is done right in is new as that is what I was thinking also a like that that we are under same page and I am going to go with them in installing it. It's a Triple AAA certified mechanic shop so that has to mean something too, I'm looking forward to having them work on my truck as I am restoring it and being able to have an older truck run like new again.

Great service..my 2019 soul Kia battery went bad no warranty on the battery by Kia..so I buy a Delco battery a great price and more cheaper the Kia Cerritos.

THIS IS MY NEW GO TO MECHANIC IN CYPRESS,CA! THE FIRST TIME I CALLED NAMAT ANSWERED. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME TO DIAGNOSE MY CAR. HE IS AN OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL. I BELIEVE HE IS THE OWNER. HE IS SO KIND, GETS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND FIXES THE ISSUES. HE'S ALSO OUTSIDE HELPING HIS MECHANICS. THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW HE'S A REAL ONE. THEY FIXED MY CAR!! I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP 100%!!

These guys are very good, it's hard to find honest mechanics, the owner helped me twice and didn't charge me for it, inspected my vehicle and gave me advice on how to fix the problem

I went here because AAA had a car inspection for free I thought this place was going to go ahead and tell me all the things wrong with my car but when they test drove my car and finished the inspection they said there's nothing to fix that you have a well-maintained car and have a very good mechanic.
