Tire center replaced all 4 tires and damaged/gouged all 4 rims on my vehicle. I filed a claim immediately and they denied doing the damage. The tires are great and the people are helpful and nice, but extremely DISHONEST. 3 PEOPLE LOOKED AT IT, TOOK PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE, BUT MADE NO COMMENTS. The 3rd party claims department told me to go through my own insurance. I will be contacting corporate and the news stations and perhaps small claims. This is completely ridiculous. I have been a member since Price Club. If anyone else has had issues, please post your comments. It is hard to see the damage in the pictures, but you can see and feel the damage in person. The last picture shows the close up and you can see the damage.

We got a set of 4 Michelin tires in the morning. One of them was flat by the afternoon. We had to tow our car here, but they wanted us to pay for the towing.. Just go to a professional tire center folks.

On Aug 20th, Hurricane Hilary closed to California, around 17:20, and an employee stood up near Air Compressors. He was V.He would help another customer, so he was waiting for a customer. Still, he had a spare time, so I asked him about an air lamp turned on very often, and it was possible to repair a tire. He asked me to put air or not. So I replied I would. After my reply, he started to operate an Air Compressors. I talked him that I could do it by myself. However, he told me that I could wait in my car. I felt thank to him, so I use my Umbrella to him. That my action was very good for me. He checked up Tires one by one, and then he diagnosed about each Tire. The fourth one was Bad. It didn't have enough grooves.Tomorrow, on the 21st, I will be here to change two tires there.During that time, I will make a share that I can write his real name or not.

Tire shop stops working at 7:45 even though they close at 8:30, also said to change 1 tire would take an hour, super unprofessional

Caught a nail in my tire. Flat flat flat. 5+year old Michelins with only 26k miles. Had to buy 4 new ones. I would never go on a Saturday but it happened Friday so I had no choice. In at 9:15 out at 12:15. Super pleasant and efficient tire experts. Always happy with the service at Costco

I ordered my tires through Costco website and arrived the next day at my local Costco. I had to setup appointment through another website and the next available appointment was 10 days away. I couldn't wait that long so I did a walk-in instead. Car was ready in about 4 hours. Tire Center staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly couldn't have been easier. Bought the tires online (great sale), scheduled appointment, dropped the car off, and done. They were very busy, but I shopped during that time, and they called me exactly when they said it would be done. Courtney and Ike at the desk were friendly and helpful. I'm really impressed. Will definitely be back.

I went to Costco Tire Center Cypress around 0950 and was attended by front desk person Jonathan. I told him my tire had a strong leaking air at passenger rear area around 1 am and luckily I was able to reached home without accident. I just want to ask do I need yo replaced 4 tires with that kind of leak. The answer was you have to wait 2 hrs and we will let you know. Others wait the whole day he said but because I have a long line in this counter you have to wait because you never told me you want to replace the 4 tire? I thought you only wanted a repair. I told him that is why I m here because I need to know. Rudely he said I have a long line and you need to wait for 2 hrs for that answer. So I went home and paid Uber at 10:30 am . And around 11:15 am they called me to say we have to change the 4 wheels and the tire was non-repairable. So I told him ok will do it, oh but the Michelin tire that is on sale is not available. You can have it in the next 4 days. So I went back to the shop and spoke to Supervisor Steve. I explained myself and my complaint. Your customer care failed this time because of the mishandling of customer/ client needs. You can t just throw me away without a tire . You should know our need and told us initially that the Michelin discounted tire are not available in your shop and other options. That is why we came to your place in the first place it because we need a tire. And we need our vehicle to run and be on our feet again. He (Steve) apologized, handle the care by getting other tires and gave me a $15 voucher card for my Uber. In 20 minutes, the car is running already. I appreciate you standing out for a great customer care and working your way beyond.Thanks Supervisor Steve and the employee who work on my car. You help my day greatly.But help Jonathan to know what customers care means for Costco . I assume your huge company is also working on your numbers with regards to customer care.

I have so far only used their Nitrogen fill station which is right next to the tire center. The Nitrogen fill station display say its members only but anyone can use this since the machine doesn t need you to swipe Costco membership card to operate.

Just a data point. If you replace the TPMS during a new tire change, you ll pay for the tire and TPMS sensor installation separately. No point waiting to change the TPMS at next tire change to save in installation cost. Just surprised as every other tire places in California just include it in their price. :( so expect to pay about $150 for installation labor if you need tires and TPMS

A lug nut got stripped while changing my tires, afew months ago. Because my car had over 100,000 miles they were not responsible, I have no problem with that. My issue is how unprofessionally they told it was not there problem and to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I would be cautious when leaving a car with Costco tire center. They are only responsible for the new parts they put on your car not the ones they need to remove to put those new parts on. Oddly enough I left this review when it happened and for some reason it has been removed from google.

Online purchase was easy. Bought 4 BF Goodrich tires with the $110 discount. First time buying tires online and was anxious about them not fitting properly. Luckily, tires fit and the shipping/delivery was on time. What I didn't know was that Costco doesn't finalize the transaction until the item ships, which took a week! Other than that..thank you Costco!! Money well spent.

Good price, but wasn t worth two of my wheels being scratched. The front desk guys were super nice, but I can see why they put the installer in the back where he can t talk to many people. He was the stereotypical garage mechanic, pretty rude.

Good deal all around. Wait wasn't bad for a Monday, had my car back in 3hrs without an appointment or 8am drop off. $150 off of the top for (4) 16" Bridgestones rated for 80k miles came to $614 out the door.

My TPMS warning came on because a tire was losing air. Took it to Costco and they found a nail in it.They couldn't repair so they replaced the tire under warranty with minimum out of pocket expense. Great service,courteous staff. Buy your tires from Costco!!

Got my tires changed for my Camry 2009 SE. I m a little confused on why they replaced all the lug nuts, which charged extra. Still a good service.

I will do the detail review later but overall very very bad experience because of the rude guy who attended the call and was present on the front office. I don't think he deserves to work in Costco especially because I believe lot of families lot of old people come here and Costco carries its reputation to help people and be courteous. So I don't understand why this guy was there he should be immediately removed or put him in a place where he can work but no interaction with the customer. I'm still in Costco I'll take his picture and I'm going to put it later with his name.

Good product but they don't tell you that they don't install batteries anymore. You have to bring the old battery back to get your 15 dollar core fee which is inconvenient. Walmart offers similar Quality Batteries and the price of the battery includes the installation. You don't waste time buying a battery going and finding someone to install it and paying for that separately and then taking the old battery back to get your $15 core fee back.

I'm very thankful that the crew here took my vehicle in so close to closing. My tire had a nail in it and we were visiting cousins. Most places were closed. We went to one location and they didn't even want to talk to us because it was so close to closing time! Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!! My family and I was able to make it home safely to Hesperia thanks to you!!

Note: if you're here before warehouse hours, you enter through the emergency exit (next to the car bays).As of this review, I've been here twice. Once during peak hours, once during a slow Monday morning.On my last visit I came to replace two tires. Devon helped me and he was absolutely helpful. He didn't just spit esoteric terms to me, as some technicians are wont to do; he gave me information that was useful and if I didn't understand something, he was able to explain it in an easy-to-understand way.FYI: this store only carries Michelin and Bridgestone tires. So if you got something else, double-check with them to compare similarities.Also, before you come here looking for batteries you might want to call - they're not guaranteed to have your battery in stock.

Turns out both of our cars needed tires within a few months of each other! The manager at the Cypress location - Gary Reid - was absolutely amazing when it came to answering questions quickly & accurately!!

Love Costco anyway, and the process of buying tires and getting them installed is very easy. Prices are super competitive as well.

Good service at desk but long, long wait to see clerk, then get tires installed/rotated, unless you make reservation or show up on a slow day.

They open at 7:00AM on Saturdays and I arrive at 6:45 to be first in line. To the person complaining about no appointments - get off your rear and get the 1st-4th "appointment" by arriving early.

I got punch, flat tire. I tried to come here at 1:45 pm and they asked me to go home and make an appointment. Really bad service ever. I should come to other tire center to save my time and don t have to run with the flat tire
