Absolutely wonderful auto shop! I have been going here for years and never had an issue. The treat me and my car with respect and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of my car. The staff are always helpful and very professional! They know the value of good costumer service and the value of their work matches - never have I been worried about overcharging or further costs problems! Any problem with your car, please go here! They are very knowledgeable and can get all service problems resolved within a reasonable time frame. Very clean waiting room and restroom!

Got an oil change and checkup over the Holidays. Service was quick, the place was clean and today, people were nice and professional. Cost about as cheap as I could find for a standard service. Will definitely be using this place again in the future.

This is the best auto service center I've been to. Great people, amazing prices and superb service.They did an oil change, tire rotation and auto inspection in less than 45 minutes.The staff is very friendly, the waiting room is spacious and they took very good precautions when it comes to covid-19.

Had an oil and filter change yesterday at A1 Automotive with a Groupon coupon. I was impressed by the high level of service provided, which also included a free rotation of tires and brake check. Robert Nicolao at the desk was very professional and humorous. While I was waiting, I was working over their free wifi and I found their washroom spick-and-span. The service was completed in the time frame that Robert had promised. Bravo, A1 Automotive. I would come back again in the future, and I would recommend my friends coming here.

A1 did everything as promised with my wheel alignment- scheduled my appointment, worked on my car as scheduled, finished in the time expected, gave me documentation of the alignment results and honored the discount coupon.

We have all our our Transits and company vehicles serviced here and they are always prompt and provide fantastic customer service! Everyone is so friendly especially Nelson and Vincent! They also have really great prices. I highly recommend them for your Automotive needs!

I came in for an oil change and they notified me of the many issues my vehicle had (which were true). They told me how much it would cost to fix each issue, which was from what I know was an average industry-standard price, I declined and he said, "ok, no problem." He provided me with additional advice for free and I felt no pressure at all during the entire experience. Super friendly staff.

I initially gave a one star review because I believed that the shop tampered with a tire patch which I had received recently to try and scam me for a $25 tire patch service. A few hours after posting my review I received a call from the store. The person tried to reason with me and promised me that they would never do something like this. A big part of me wants to believe him however I find the probability of receiving another hole in my tire in the span of 25 miles of driving a bit slim when I have only ever had one tire issue in the last 20k miles. At any rate, I appreciate the store s concern about customer satisfaction. Moving forward I strongly urge anyone with a similar issue to reach out to the shop right away as I am sure the owner will be willing to work out the issue. I will say that I am impressed with how important customer service and customer satisfaction is to this store.

I really trust these guys with my car. We've been there three times for separate car issues and we appreciate their care and attention to detail. They try their best to give you the best price they can.They even gave us a really nice car wash each time,vacuumed the carpet, and waxed our tires? So nice! I highly recommend Nelson and the gang. Plus there's always free coffee and a really nice waiting area.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Nelson! You can just tell he has a heart of hold, seriously good people! He was very generous, attentive and helpful! Not pushy whatsoever. He applied the Groupon and offered to give me one for the oil too when I inquired. He was real with me about the state of my tires and my oil. He offered to top off my fluids for free if I wanted to. Best prices and service! I will definitely be coming back!Wow! They even sent me a thank you card! How sweet!

My husband took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation. He was very impressed by how knowledgeable the mechanics were and how fast and efficient they were, not to mention very friendly!Very reasonable prices!My husband was so impressed, that he took his 1928 Ford Roadster in to have the brakes flushed and bled. My husband doesn't let anybody work on his Roadster.I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

My family and I take our car here when we need to. They have very good customer service. Very courteous to the customers. If you give referrals from somebody who has sent you, make sure that you have them write down the name of the person who sent you there, because they will give you a discount on things like oil changes, if you have referred customers to them and they're supposed to mark it down. I did run into a problem in this area just recently, where I sent my sister in and she told them that I had sent her and told them my name. Apparently the worker did not put that fact down on my account. So when I came in for my oil change, they were going to charge me full price which is $50. But after explaining what happened and asking if whoever is writing things down about referrals to be a little more careful in the future cuz it wasn't fair to me oh, he did give me a $10 off my oil change. Which I appreciated, as I have sent several family members to this location. They do great work, I feel there a fair price, cuz if you can find it cheaper, you'll probably get what you pay for. I really like this place and will continue to come here for all my service needs on my vehicles!

I have been coming here for a few years now and there is a reason why. I always get great service, the excellent quality of work is done by skilled professionals and I'm never made to feel I'm asking too many questions. The team at the front desk is awesome and I hear that they've recently opened a new location in Cypress. They are well deserving of any and all the good coming their way!Thank you A1 Automotive!!!

I manage the fleet of vehicles for my company. A1 has been handling the maintenance on my trucks for years. Their service is on point. Not too pushy and more importantly, you can trust them. Which is huge for a auto mechanic shop. ***Look no further, this is the spot!***I run a small fleet of service vans and let me tell you I ve used over a handful of other places to service our fleet. We all want a good deal, great work and at the end of the day just an honest place of business that at least does what they say they do. I found myself having to settle many of times for at least 1 of the 3 with probably the last one being the most important. Everything would be going good, so you think and as soon as you let your guard down, BAM! they do something that puts them right there with the rest. So I pretty much gave up on it and figured that s just what it is. That was till I came across Vincent, Nelson and their team at A1 Automotive. These guys are great and not just the majority of the time, it s every time. These guys get my vans in and out and most of the time I don t even have an appointment not knowing in advance myself when things are going to happen or be needed. No more settling for this guy, this will be the only place I take my Fleet and even as of recent my personal vehicles. Just wanted to say we appreciate your services and keep up the good work. Thanks!

Went and got my car oil change recently and I always go there but for some reason they said they never worked on my car but cut to the story short they found something wrong with my car again now it's a rough estimate he say about $475 everytime I go there to get a simple oil change they find something wrong with my car I went and got a second opinion and there is nothing wrong with my car and I brought in a coupon for oil change and tire rotation my tires were not rotated how I know this is because I marked my tires so this place is sketchy I would say customer service is also not greatService: Auto maintenance

Brian has been my mechanic for over 15 years. He is the most honest mechanic and always does great work. He services all of my kids cars, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

Been coming here for many years now and I'm lucky to have them. A+ service, great experienced mechanic, and despite how slammed they are due to Loyal customers I still get the attention my car and I need every time I go there even if it's just for an oil change. Go see Nelson, he rocks!

These guys are great! They care about your experience above all else!I had my car towed to their shop from another shop that i was having a bad experience with. These guy were super honest with me right from the beginning and soo helpful. They are friendly and curtious. It was a huge turn around from the previous shop i was at.After having a pretty good idea of what was wrong with my car i felt it wasn't worth it to fix it and made the decision to buy a new car. We called first think in the morning after the holiday weekend to let them know they didn't need to proceed with my car. Turns how they had already run a diagnotic. When i arrived at the shop to get my keys i had full intention on paying for the diagnosis seeing that they took the time to take my car apart and put it back together. THEY WAVED THE FEE! They didn't have to do that, but they did. Im extremely appreciative of their kindess and generosity. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and they do such great work.I would definitely recommend A1 to anymore who's looking for a good, reliable, honest, trustworthy mechanic.

I've been coming to A-1 Automotive for a few years now and always receive excellent service. Nelson and his team know their stuff and their prices are more than fair. The friends I've referred to A-1 say the same. Highest recommendation!

Wouldn't have left 1 star if i didn't have to. To post a review. Took my truck to have my a/c checked out because it wasn't blowing cold air. They said i need a whole new system. Estimate, parts a labor $850. Couldn't afford that. So I left. My friend who's a mechanic was in town, some time after. Had him check it. One of the valves in the line was leaking. Also A/c motor wont turn on if it has no freon. Which it didn't. The Part was $12 bucks. Bought some Freon. . all good. cost me $30. Im sure they new .That their professionals.

I have taken my car there, my ex husbands truck and both my sons trucks there. Had great service, friendly manager Nelson was very helpful and explained everything to me and worked with me on price. I sent my neighbor Michele there she was more than pleased as well. As was my younger sister in her auto repair

Went here with my girl friend for an oil change and they came back with a list of things that needed to be replaced on her car that totaled just about $1400. Only came here because it was the place that could take us last minute before a trip. Normally we take the car to the dealership and before this place they said the car was fine. Even went back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong with the car. Won't be coming back here even for an oil change.
