This guy is nothing short of amazing, we broke a window on our fire dozer on the Smith River Complex on a Saturday and Alan came in and took care of us on his day off. This is the kind of man that you need to do business with!

Allen, the older guy with the long beard is very rude and unprofessional I was appalled how he treated my staff, I don't care if your the only glass company in town, we will never use you again! I will gladly use a glass company from out of town, if your the owner shame on you, if he is an employee I would terminate him. I would give a minus 5 star if I could.

Purchased some modern glass from the samples to be cut for kitchen cabinet windows that were perfect. I felt then price to hang a window was really high. Made a call recently but got no response to a request for advice, a how to.

Brought in an aluminum screen that just needed the corner to be tightened up, and there wasn't a thing in the world wrong with it. Reception said they wouldn't need to replace the screen, but when I picked it up I was presented with a fiber glass screen which isn't nearly as durable. Owner then barked that aluminum was too much work, and bends. The lesson to be learned from this place is always get a work order in writing before having anything done with them regardless how small the task is.

Horrible job, took screws out it dash and never put any back, just put them in the glove box. Also charged almost $100 over the quote and made me and my dad take it home WITH NO WINDSHIELD IN IT to deal with the small amount of rust the chrome.

Honest, quick and friendly. My girlfriend and I were hiking in the redwoods and someone smashed our passenger window. Everyone from the front to the back helped to make the best of a bad situation. If you need auto glass work in Crescent City, I highly recommend them.

We had a windshield replaced not only was the job done poorly the employees damaged our hood taking out the windshield and scratched the dashboard. Two months later the seal around the windshield comes loose when we are driving. Very disappointed in the work and the employees who lied stating the hood was damaged when we brought it in for the windshield to be replaced. Never going to the business again. Very poor customer services and relations.

Had to get my windshield replaced and I'm glad I went to Crescent City Glass! Great job and they even cleaned the front inside area of my car. Very happy!
