I was quickly able to make an appointment for the next day. When I came in, I was promptly greeted and my battery was checked as I d requested. The waiting area is sparsely appropriated but I didn t need it very long. Overall, a very positive experience.

Do not go here they do not take ownership of mistakes. Took my car in for an oil change and headlight replacement. They took my tires off to look at break pads (which I did not ask for) and when putting them back on they sheared off a lug nut. Took it back for them to fix they did not take ownership and claimed it was there before. No one told me during the initial appointment that it was missing.

Customer service was very good - very friendly and professional. The took care of my tune-up and transmission fluid change efficiently and kept me updated on the progress. They included a vehicle safety inspection and then called me and sent a text message as well. overall the five star rating was well earned.

My tire replacement experience was efficient and satisfactory. I made an appointment online and arrived early. The chosen tire met my expectations, and the installation was completed quickly. My personal check for correct tire pressure confirmed the quality of the service. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I went to get my car checked before a long road trip. The experience was excellent and they catered to my requests very well. A thorough inspection was done and everyone was very helpful. I was assisted by Ross who was very friendly. Overall good place for car services.

As usual I had a good experience dealing with the staff at Pep Boys. I ended up needing tires. The person that helped me gave me all the information I needed and gave me time to make my decision. When it came time to pay the person that checked me out gave me time to check my emails to find the coupons that applied to my service. I will definitely use Pep Boys again.

I went in for a battery change out and an oil change $499 later. They charged me $121.80 for battery removal in labor...what a joke!!! Daniel was the service manager. I have been going here for years and never was a problem. Daniel told me that it was because my battery is below my seat and that is why they charged me $121.80. That is ridiculous, I could replace it myself in 3 minutes.I called Pep Boys corporate before going on social media a month ago and also did an email claim for someone to call me. Crickets from the company! I will never go there again and I recommend all of you take note. What a scam!

I ve gone to this Pep Boys for years. I m always taken back when they refuse to repair a tire and only want to upsell you. Well young kid with the glasses, triple A had no issues repairing the tire.

They have an employee named Fernando he s very helpful ,He s very polite I took her car to get front brakes after they inspected the car. They said she needed a thermostat, a water pump and a serpentine belt what she did not need. So less than $300 brake job went to $1300 she would I ve been duped into getting all of that extra stuff that wasn t necessary. It s a good thing I went with her.

I took my car in yesterday morning with a list of things that needed attention. The car was ready last night (same day) and I picked it up this morning. They honored their quote, fixed everything as agreed, reconnected something (fixing it) for free and it is drives so well, I had to write the review.Thank you to the staff and techs at Pep Boys!

I had an emergency tire situation. I just had my tires align at another shop. They told me the front driver side tire had a bump on the tire.So I went to see Dan at PepBoys and he located me some at a reasonable price. They made a special trip to pick them up in order to have have my car back same day. Dan was attentive and very accommodating with my request. Bryan and Vin also were terrific in the garage orchestrating all heavy lifting. Thank you

I thought this latest visit would take at least two hours, but it ended up being only an hour. They did both engine and cabin air filter replacements, and a few other repairs. In other words, this experience was better than the last one. Thanks for all of your help, Bryan and Matthew!

Wouldn't go there again. However, if you must go here, then I'd strongly suggest that you ask for Daniel, as he's literally the only person who can get anything done there. Unfortunately, there's only one Daniel there.

Not entirely happy. Pricing seems outrageous. I needed 2 ignition coils. I was charged $192.99 each . Price for OEM version is $44.50 each. Aftermarket price $12.85 each.Labor to install 6 new spark plugs $284.40. I also requested an oil change. Advisor called to sell me an "OIL FLUSH" because the oil which was changed 3000 miles previously was "THICK WITH SLUDGE" He Also tried to sell me a thermostat and thermostat housing. I had installed a new one myself 5000 miles previous to this service.Also tried to sell me a thottle body and injector cleaning, this too I did myself 5000 miles previously. He also tried to sell me new gas cap and vapor can vent solenoid claiming it was deffective causing a check engine light to be on. I fueled the car the day before and neglected to tighten the fuel cap. I re-attached the cap and it takes about 4-6 time of starting the car and the light re-sets. The total on the attempted upsell and not necessary items is $1,019.07. I really don't undestand why Pep Boys or any business would support this style of practice. Business is not that complicated. Charge a fair and reasonble price render service with honesty and integrity. This will ensure you will have more business than you can acheive by choosing to deceive and take advantage of your customers.

UPDATE: DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS. A month ago, they replaced leaking hoses for my powering steering and now the powering steering is having so many problems. I took this to my old mechanic who is very far away from where I currently live and was told that the hoses were cheap quality so I will need to replace them again. A complete waste of time and money.Initial Review:Took nearly 2 hours just to get a cost estimate for a simple hose replacement and cooling system flush even though I was told it would take only 20 minutes. No communication about the delay. When I followed up about the cost estimate, no one seemed to know what service I requested when I dropped off so I had to go over everything a 2nd time. The associate I met when I dropped off was really rude and told me that while Pep Boys could replace the hose, if it continued to malfunction "it's not our problem."

I arrived for an UBER inspection on my vehicle. Saturday around Noon. I had no appointment, and they told me, I would have to wait 20mins. 15 mins later they texted me to tell me my vehicle was ready. Wow, I didn't expect them to look at it for another 20mins. Super-efficient, and I got the documentation I needed to UBER.Thanks Pep Boys.

I asked for an oil change, rotate tires, and look at an issue with front passenger side brakes that I had recently replaced. It was making a lot of noise and grinding when braking. I get the van back and only the oil change was done. When confronted I was told that the brakes have a lot of life left are you kidding me!? And then tried to lie to me that the tires were rotated. I was outside the whole time. Vehicle never left my line of sight. It was not done. I looked at the rep hoping they realized their mistake/lack of work and bring it back in to do the work I m willing to pay for. I just got a blank stare back at me. I said fine I ll go else where. Oh and I asked for a quote on a strut replacement too. Nothing. Like I m trying to give you business here and all you wanted to do was an easy oil change. Come on guys. Do better.

Pros- Tire patch repair job was great- Drop off/pick up was easy- Paperwork was easy to read and helpful- Cost was reasonable & competitive- All personnel were courteousCons- Online reservations were DE-PRIORITIZED- Not provided with a time estimate even when asked- I was not informed that my car would be ready until the next morning after car drop-off, even with 11am online reservation made from previous day- Notification that car is ready for pickup was sent via text 30 minutes after I called and found out that the car was ready & email notification was sent an hour later

THANKS GUYS! I went To firestone tires on 17th street, they made up some nonsense about air compressor going out, so I came here LAST MINUTE and James and Brian helped me out! Had a nail stuck in my tire. The guys were able to fix it despite being so close to closing hours. These guys are a fine example of good customer service and willingness to work!

Service was quick, guys were chill and fun to talk to. Brought my own oil and filter quiches saved me about $5. Keep in mind I needed 7 quarts of full synthetic. There s an autozone literally right next door so that s handy too.

Wow! I went here to get a tire replaced after a road hazard puncture. What a great bunch of people, quick, efficient, and they used a torque wrench to finish the wheel install. I ll continue to use pep boys. Thank you Tucker, Juan, & Omar!

They delay you as much as they could if you gonna put ur car for service here expect to not have the car for the whole day. Management seems to have problems as well( imagine waiting so long and hearing them). So you've been warned
