I got into quite a major car crash at the end of January and G&D Auto Collision helped me out tremendously. When I was initially asking around for quotes from other body shops in the area, no one was willing to repair my vehicle due to the extensive damage. The shops that were willing to work on the car would be charging upwards of $11,500, but G&D repaired my vehicle at a final price of $8,400, over 2 grand less than the other body shops that were willing to work on my car. They took their time with the repairs to ensure the best quality possible, and it shows. Since I had to pay out-of-pocket for the repairs, they were willing to work with me to ensure that the price was kept low without sacrificing rebuild quality, and I can t thank them enough for that. They replaced the alternator, headlights, and front body panels just to name a few of their tremendous services. When I received the car, I noticed that the alternator was not performing as well as it should have, but they replaced it free of charge! Additionally, the mechanic also noticed the air filter housing was missing so they replaced that as well and didn t charge me any labor cost for the installation! I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone that s in a tough situation, their care for their clients really shows in their excellent customer service and rebuild quality.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Took a 2023 bmw x4 to get some scratches fixed. I originally sent some photos and was pleased to get an estimate sent to me quickly. Pricing was so much better than Caliber. Not only was the repair incredible, they stayed within the estimate, had the car done in the time they originally gave me but they also were really accommodating for drop off and pick up. I d love to say we won t be back, but if we need a body shop, we ll be back.

AMAZING!!!! Georgeta and Angela are super sweet, and took the best care of my care and me. They got my car fixed in 2 weeks, the entire passenger side needed to be repaired and replaced. Angela is the best. She is the matriarch and runs this family operated business. I got the work i needed at a reasonable rate and in the time expected. Getting body shop repairs you know will usually take 1-2 weeks so i dropped the car when i knew i would be out of town. I got new front and rear bumper, side panels and touch up paint for the fading on my roof and trunk (unfortunately this fading is common on the 2010 honda civic models). There was a few spots i noticed when i picked up my car and they fixed them right away. Angela even gave me a referral for someone to ship my car since i am moving to kentucky in the next month. I definately recommend this place.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and gets you through the process quickly and efficiently. As Hertz was 'running late', I was even given a ride to the car rental agency.

I got into (what I thought was) a small fender bender where the side of my car hit some snow. Turns out the damage was far worse than what I was expecting. Angela was the first person I met upon arriving at G+D-right off the batt she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her passion for her business was both obvious and inspiring. Not only could I wait to drop my car off at the shop until parts arrived, but while my car was being fixed she loaned me one of her cars to use. This was beyond amazing since my insurance does not cover rental cars. I ended up having some insurance problems with coverage of the car repairs and Angela was more than happy to help me get them fixed. She called my insurance multiple times to make sure it was handled and always prominently called me to make sure I was in the loop as well. When I picked up my car she took off $100 from my deductible just as a Christmas present, and offered to help me and/or refer me to anyone else regarding problems with my car. This place was so awesome! I had the best experience, and highly recommend it to everyone.

I was overjoyed with my experience working with G&D! I came to work with G&D as I had some roof damage on a vehicle that I had just recently purchased and I was extremely frustrated and concerned with how difficult the fix looked like it would be. I brought the car to Angela who assessed it and said that she would be able to get the job done and fix my roof. She gave me a very fair and honest quote on the extent of the damages and the difficulty of fixing it. It took a bit of time which made me confident that they took their time to make sure the job was done right. I just picked up my car last week and it looks brand new! I am extremely happy with the service and definitely be bringing my car to G&D for any body work I need done in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We got into a fender bender while trying to get home from our family vacation. Our quarter panel was bent in such a way that it was scraping the tire when we hit bumps. There was no way our tire would survive our trip home to Phoenix.Desperate, we stopped at G&D and asked if they could help us just bend it back into place just enough to make it home. They went above and beyond. They dropped what they were doing and immediately fixed it in under an hour. Though I asked them to 'hack it into place' they instead made it look pretty nice. It is clear they care about the quality of their work. The most impressive part was that they they didn't charge me an arm and a leg during a moment of desperation. Incredibly fair price. Great work. G & D are simply the best. I brought in my 2000 Chevy S10 pickup whose driver s door would not properly close. Air rushed in around the top of the door and made driving unpleasant and very loud. G&D fixed it quickly and on time. The old truck is now very quiet.Angela and Georgette know how to run a tight ship! I give them my highest recommendation.Service: Body & Trim

These people treated me great. Got my car fixed for significantly less than another Tesla body shop. Car was charged up and cleaned up when I got it back! Couldn't be happier with the service.

I just wanted to reiterate what a great company Angela runs at G&D auto collision. They really stand by their work and exhibit wonderful customer service. Angela takes pride in her relationships with her customers and always does her best to take care of them.Recently the paint began coming off of my car so I took it into G&D to have it touched up. As usual they did a wonderful job and only took 2 days to complete. I definitely recommend bringing your car here.

I'm so appreciative of Angela & her family at G & D Auto Collision,I just had to write an update to my previous review.My vehicle repairs came out just like new.Because of unexpected difficulties on my part, It took me way longer to pick up & pay for my vehicle, like 8 months to be exact.My insurance had lapsed which left me with a few thousand dollars to pay for the repairs.Angela the caring person that she is, knew this & gave me a considerable discount.Even though they didn't have the room, Angela stored my vehicle to help me out while I was able to get back on my feet.On top that, she didn't charge me a storage fee either.I can't thank Angela enough for going out of her way to help me.So thank you again Angela, you're the best!To anyone reading this review & thinking about bringing your vehicle to G & D Collision,They are awesome, great prices & excellent work.If you're a past customer, leave these guys a nice review, they deserve it!Thanks again Angela :)

Georgette and the G&D auto team are top notch! Customer service was flawless from start to finish. The repairs on my car have it looking like new after getting in an accident and it was done quickly. Even months after the repairs, Georgette has been there to help me while dealing with insurance. Outside of her job, but she was happy to do it and provided A++ service!!Service: Body & Trim

Dropped off my WRX to have the hood repaired and painted after a friend damaged it, and it came back looking better than ever! Body work is immaculate and paint look immaculate, as well as the having my car back within the same week it was dropped off! Angela & co. helped me out by providing excellent customer service while maintaining a reasonable price for all the work done. 10/10 would recommend

Came here about a year ago because someone smashed into the back of my car. Angela was a big help and gave extremely fair pricing that was lower than anyone else in town. They got the job done quickly and it was perfect. They also communicated with me throughout the entire process. I ve recommended this place to a lot of people!

G & D Auto Collision was a pleasure to work with.It's a family run business.Originally I was going to go to a Toyota Dealership.But I was referred there by a family member whom works at KIA/Hyundai.I'm so glad I took his advice & went to G & D Auto Collision.Angela the owner is extremely friendly & willing to work with your needs.I was backing out of a drop off zone & hit a concrete pylon in my 2015 Toyota Tundra. The pylon went through my wheel well & caused extensive damage to my truck.I had to pay for these repairs out of pocket because my insurance had lapsed.Angela's pricing was about $1,800 less than my other estimates.Angela also has a great hook up for getting you a rental car as well for about $20/day. Which helps since most insurance companies only give you about $15-$35/day towards rental cars on average.She looked for every way to save me money without compromising the integrity of the repairs.I've had plenty of experience with body shops in the past & I can strongly recommend G & D Auto Collision.Thanks Angela for working with me on price & your excellent customer service!

The impact of the collision left serious damage to my bumper, trunk, and the top side frames of my car. G&D helped to make a good experience out of a really bad situation. I was debating between buying a new car or trying to fix my beloved Mazda. Angela from G&D really walked me through the process and gave me the reassurance I needed to peacefully make the decision of fixing up my car. She s super knowledgeable and took the time to explain my insurance questions. The prices are very fair and I highly recommend this place!PS: I kept my Mazda and she is still going strong :)

I brought my Jeep wrangler in for a repair from an auto collision. I brought it in February 26th,2021. Their response to me was, "We will call you when it's done". After weeks of not hearing from them, I had to call multiple times to get updates from them and estimated completion dates. Multiple times did they give me a false or realistic completion date that was failed to be met and pushed back. It got to points where I had to start showing up to see progress. Almost 7 weeks later it is finally finished and the cosmetics looked amazing. They did really great body work. However this company failed to give back a car that was even safe to drive. Immediately after driving off, the brakes were seizing up and the car was drifting to one side. Immediately i knew this was an alignment issue which we had paid for but never got because they said they "aligned the front, not the back". They told me for weeks it was a bent axle when in reality a simple visual inspection, which they told me they did, could have found a "special bolt" missing from a stabilizer link. So we paid for mechanic work and an alignment and never got. Great body work though, but horrible costumer communication, business ethics of charging someone for an alignment and failing to correct the issue, and not even test drive or confirm the vehicle is safe.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Went to get some cosmetic bumper work done on my vehicle. The price quoted was the same as the finished price. The bumpers have excellent color match and impossible to tell the difference from the rest of the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with the overall experience.

I have been using Angela who owns G&D Collision repair for 20 years! The purpose of this review is to acknowledge Angela for the outstanding quality and personal attention she gives everyone and their cars. Angela is very respected by me and the people I have referred to her. That s right if you use her you will be glad you did and REFER HER. It is not always easy dealing with the public but Angela has the Intelligence and ability to solve compound problems therefore producing satisfied and loyal customers. It makes you appreciate her and that you were smart enough to choose G&D Collision. Angela has.worked long and hard hours for her outstanding reputation and deserves every bit of it. What a great woman.I think after 20 years of using Angela I am qualified to judge. I give Angela a 5 star rating and consider her FAMILY. Thank God for the team at G & D Collision for making the trauma of automobile collision reversible.

G&D Auto Collision is an amazing family owned body shop and they will treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Georgette and Angela took care of everything for me and gave me peace of mind that everything will be ok. They ordered a rental car, they talked to the insurance and made sure they repaired everything. They are very transparent and gave me a breakdown of all the repairs needed and everything that the insurance will cover. They are very thorough with the repairs and the paint job was perfect. They are proactive and keep you up to date with each step of the process. I definitely recommend G&D for anyone that needs a body shop or their car repaired.

We just moved to area and needed a body shop to repair our bumper so we relied on the internet and reviews to find a good one. What we found was not just a 'good' shop but a 'GREAT' shop! In the reviews everyone spoke of Angela as being wonderful, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and she is ALL OF THAT but what you didn't see a lot of is the quality of work that the guys behind the scenes do as well. The bumper looks like new! We are very very impressed with G&D's professionalism and workmanship from the beginning of the process to the end and we HIGHLY recommend them.T. Wood

I've been coming here for close to three years. I was new to the area and was apprehensive on looking for a new body shop. After reading the positive reviews I decided to go with G & D and I'm glad I did. Angela is on point with her customer service and repairs. Timely, accurate and transparent she doesn't waste your time and is appreciative of your patronage. I don't normally leave reviews but Angela goes above and beyond every single time.
