I m so pleased with Fix Auto Body Shop.Fast and quality work with the team there. Jennifer and Armando were so helpful. They really work with any situation I was in. I will definitely be back here if I have any issues with body work with my car. Check out the Before and After Pictures. TOP NOTCH work.

Professional, courteous, friendly and expedient. This place really takes care of your car and you! They give you a piece of mind by getting your rental car for you and giving you twice weekly updates on your vehicle. I am more than happy with the job they did on my car! They even washed my car!Jennifer and Armando were fantastic!I highly recommend this shop!Thank you very much Fix Auto, Costa Mesa!

My car had severe damages from a sandwich car collision and I needed an estimate. Called up Fix Auto Costa Mesa and Juan Castaneda picked up the phone. Extremely professional, helpful, and communicative from the phone to the in person estimate reservation the next day! Juan was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the damages to the car and what it would take to repair them. He was quick and efficient with sending the estimate the same day and I would definitely recommend Juan and his team at Fix Auto Costa Mesa!

I got rear ended and insurance sent me here to get my car fixed. They did a great job on the repairs and had my car fully cleaned inside and out before returning it to me.Juan was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process, updating me via phone calls and emails regularly. Jennifer at the front desk was very kind and helped me retrieve a parking permit I needed from inside the car in the middle of the repairs. I really appreciated both of them being so pleasant to deal with.

The service was absolutely fantastic! The time to fix my car was less than what they had originally anticipated, which is always a benefit. The staff was amazing and friendly, and had great recommendations on rental car services in the area. They were even able to accommodate other services that I needed and were very knowledgeable about other shops in the area that could help with other maintenance. I will recommend this shop to anyone in need.

Fix Auto-Costa Mesa is the best car repair shop I have ever used. Dave Triplett was my service rep and he deserves a 10 star rating for his efficiency, knowledge, and helpfulness. I received daily updates on my car and the repairs were done 5 days earlier than promised. I highly recommend Fix Auto!

10 Star Worthy Service!!! No one likes to have to deal with a body shop, but these guys couldn't be nicer and more accommodating! They were reasonable, did excellent work, and I got my car back sooner than expected. And as a bonus... they washed my car before I collected it. Overall experience was excellent. And of course, the fix/repair that was performed on our CRV was perfect.The initial assessment was quick but thorough, explained what's to be done and possible options that i can go through.On the actual repair, they were pretty spot on the estimated time when i dropped off the car and got status updates (albeit from automated system) on the progress.Pick up was great once the repair was done. I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. And had I known that they've got partnership with Enterprise - on-site pick up/drop off. I would have rented with them.

Great communciation, Juan was constantly giving me updates about the status of my car. I was never in the dark about anything during the whole vehicle fixing process. Jennifer was a wonderful front office manager, helping complete all my paperwork. Can not recommend them enough!

Dave and Jennifer were very helpful and did a great job. My car looks brand new. They got the repair done faster than promised which saved me money on my rental car. If I ever need body repair I will definitely go back to them

Appointment was at 0830 and although it "opens" at 0800 don't bother coming in early since the receptionist won't appear until 0830. Thereafter, regardless of what order you arrive in, returning customers are favored/processed first. Additionally, the electronic appointment reminder (that informed me of a cancellation/no show fee) arrived five minutes after my appointment started. Not helpful.The front desk woman wasn't helping this business' reputation on this day.NOT a great first impression.Once Alison came on board things improved. Efficiently handled with an approximate fifteen minute inspection/interaction and we were on our way. Within 4 days we received the estimate, let them know we wanted to proceed but needed insurance to okay and this place to give us an appointment slot. Was able to bring car in within a week. Alison remained consistently awesome. Super appreciated they provide Uber, if needed, to get home.Weeks later... allegedly they called us repeatedly to say car was ready. They had two phone numbers and we received only one email from Ashley. The front office is consistently less than impressive with every experience. The repair was well done.

Don t bother with this place. Customer service is truly lacking.I got my car fixed here it was a slow process and was not fixed properly so I had to come back and wait again while they fixed their mistakes. I got a full tank of gas coupon from the company as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Today when I was trying to redeem it, I was told the company has been bought and they will not honor it now. They offered me a car wash instead. They don t do good work the first time or fulfill their promises.

They are nice, but they are taking their sweet time. I left my car over a week ago for a simple bumper fix, and I only got 1 update from some guy that told me they are "programming" my car and it should be done quickly.Days go by and nothing... I view my car on my phone, and can see my car parked in the same spot for days!!Now I am getting alerts on my phone about engine problems!!!If it is too complicated to fix, they should let me take my car to another mechanic who can get the job done.Service: Body & Trim

Great work. I got rear ended and they messed up my bumper and trunk but fix auto made it brand new again. Can t even tell it had body work done. They called twice a week every week to give me an update and my car was done exactly when they said it would be. Definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with the entire team. So professional and very nice! They provided great follow up and communication as to where they were in the process of part delivery to where they were with the work effort. Real Pro's here. They'll fix and paint your car. I mean the paint matches the rest of the car and they also add a good coat of clear. Turn around wasn't that bad. Yeah, I recommend it.

Super fast turn around time! I took my car over to them after having a piece of debris fly up and break the headlight and dent the hood on my car and they gave me an estimate that was also sent to my insurance. They needed to order the headlight and said they'd call me when it came in.Yesterday they told me the parts were ready so I dropped it off at lunch. Today, they called me and told me the car was ready to be picked up! The headlight was fixed and the hood repainted in just 24 hours! You can't even tell there was every any damage. I'm sure this was a much smaller repair than they are used to, but the service and speed was incredible.They even washed my car for me before I picked it up.I'll never go anywhere else!

Update 9/1/2023 in response to Fix Auto Costa Mesa s ReplyI don t see the point of putting the work back on me to call again when my initial 2 emails and 3 calls didn t receive a follow-up. There s nothing to be done at this point. This business made it clear to me by the lack of action and communication over the span of a month that I should take my business elsewhere, so I have. I hope this follow-up/communication issue is addressed so future customers don t go through the same thing.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------8/23/2023: I'm honestly beyond frustrated right now by the zero communication from this business. I have been trying to get someone to contact me with the estimate for my car for 4 weeks. And it s not a lack of trying on my end.I went in for an appointment to get an estimate on Wed., 7/26/2023; the person who helped me was the general manager, Armando. It was a quick and easy appointment; the initial estimate and timeline seemed reasonable, and Armando told me a quote would be emailed to me by the end of the day (FYI, I would pay out of pocket for the work).I hadn't heard anything by the end of business day Friday, 7/28, but it was no big deal, so I emailed Armando to follow up.I never received any response to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up message through the business' website the following Thursday (8/3) still nothing. So, I called Wednesday (8/9); the front office staff was friendly and said they would forward my message, and I should receive an email with the quote or a phone call.Nothing. I decided to do one final round of trying to contact someone. I emailed Armando and Alison (the supervisor on the website) on Tuesday morning (8/15). Nothing. So, I called in late Friday morning (8/18) and spoke to Roxanna at the front. I explained I had been trying to get in touch with someone and hadn t heard anything. They were friendly and apologetic, and they took down my number and email and said someone would contact me by email or phone.As of Wed., 8/23, at 1 p.m., still nothing. Our family mechanic recommended this place because the prices were reasonable and they did good work, but seeing as I could never get any follow-up from someone, I can t speak to that.
