Highly recommend this place for your automotive needs! Victor was courteous and professional not to mention very reasonably priced compared to the Bentley dealership. They got me in right away and finished the job in a timely manner. If you need service on a European vehicle this is the place to go!

This shop is special..Victor and his team are honest and kind and they do an excellent job. I took my daughter's Range Rover Evoque in after an accident I was in that damaged the front passenger bumper, fender, as well as some damage on the side. I didn't have rental car coverage for this car so the family let me drive Victor's wife's car while she and Victor were on vacation. Who does that??! I also took oour son's Audi in for a water hose leak, and he added water - no charge - until the following day when EIS had an opening. Another time, we showed up for an oil change and they didn't have a slot until the next day so Victor topped off the oil for free.We get great communication, and above and beyond service and this place is our go-to now.

I have the worst extended warranty company ever! Before I've come to MERCEDES AND IMPORT SERVICE two other shops refuse to work with them because they were "very difficult to deal with". Victor has spent endless hours communicating with extended warranty claims department.Amasing, but after a very short time I was able to get my car back properly repaired and ready to roll!Thank you guys for all your help!

These idiots just quoted me $350 for an oil change for a BMW 530i 2021! Theives!! Crevier just wrapped up my oil change for 179!

Whenever you go to a new autoservice it's a pretty high-stake gamble where the stake is your car. I end up bringing my car here by accident. Didn't regret about it for a single minute!What do you get here- undivided attention to your problem. (I can't recall when mechanic listen to me so carefully and understand what exactly I want to do to my vehicle ).- service above and beyond (During repairs of my car they always choose to complete important for me but not such a cost-effective for them service.)- make - sense warranty. During repairs we've install a part that was DOA. They not only didn't charge me a single penny for the same job done twice but handle all manufacturer's replacement process in a very timely manner.Highly recommend this place!

I wouldn t hesitate to return or recommend this shop, great service and price! My A/C went out during the hottest times of the year and Victor, Specifically, accommodated my car into his schedule and got me fixed up fast and with a great price. The owner is fantastic and honest. I found this shop when I lived in Santa Ana, I have now moved a bit farther but will always take my car back to him. My car was running great when he was doing the services. Unfortunately out of convenience I started taking it elsewhere and very quickly noticed a major difference. Now I need them to figure out why it s not running as it should and was honestly a little embarrassed to come crawling back. But he s so kind and understood. Lesson learned! I will never leave my car elsewhere!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have a 2003 Honda Civic (manual transmission) with only 130,000 miles. I try to take as best care of my car as possible, and I'm so happy I found Victor! He's always been honest with me about what work needs to be done, and extremely accommodating. Most recently I had my clutch and brakes replaced. Victor gave me a good timeline on how long it would take for the job to be completed, showed me the parts that he was ordering, and even saved my old parts to show me how worn out they were. I knew I needed them replaced, but seeing the visual damage is always a good way to validate your choice.In my experience, Victor appreciates his clients and wants to make sure they keep coming back. He'll stand by his work, and always be honest with you. I'd recommend anyone to come to European Import Service if they need car services competed.

They are honest. It's such a rare thing to come across now and days. They had every opportunity to make a nice chunck of cash off me... But the owner is an extremely decent man and didn't over charge me at all. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. Had me up and going back to work within hours. Couldn't ask for more! This is the only place I go for my Mercedes maintenance! Victor is super knowledgeable , helpful, and a kind honest man. My car battery died and he was able to order me a new one that night and had it available and installed the next day. He's also done my routine maintenance for the past few couple years and replaced my brakes as well. I will be coming back for my next service ... here and only here!

Brought my bmw 428i 2014 for repair. The car had an alternator issue and rear brake. Victor was really helpful and friendly. The prices were fair and the service was great, would definitely come back and recommend.

What do I value when I take my car in for a service or general repairs.- Fair and transparent & best case good price- Approval call if unexpected costs show up while it's in the shop- Ideally some sort of dedication for the job/car- A good gut feeling when I see the person in chargeWhat did I get when I went to European Import Service:I drove there on a Thursday evening (around 6pm ish) and asked if he could service my BMW 328. I had some minor additional things I asked about and Victor was spot on with his answers. He was almost embarrassed when he said "Patrick I fear that I may not be able to get all that done today though" - remember it was around 6pm and I would have expected laughs from any other shop if I had expected them to start working on my car now, instead I received a very humble "I'm not sure if I can get all that done today" - I obviously had no expectations to get it done right away anyway. We agreed that I would show up on the following Monday. He then asked me where I live and I told him it was in the area, he then quickly offered me to not waste money on an Uber/Lyft but to take his bike back home and ride it back when the car is done (I did not take that offer but just the fact that he offered it is outstanding). When I got into the car to leave, he indicated to wait and get out again and give him 5 quick mins. I was a bit confused, put the car in parking and stepped out. 30 secs later, he came with cleaning supply and a tiny container with the color code of my car. I had a tiny scratch on the bottom of my front bumper and he said "I can't let you leave like that". He cleaned it real quick, put a little bit of paint there (it may sound a bit unprofessional in this context but the location of the spot and the mark itself allowed a quick repair like this) and told me that he just had that bit of paint left from a previous job and I of course don't have to pay for that. #dedicationI dropped the car of on Monday, throughout the day (I told him it wasn't urgent at all), I received a call from him that our estimate could increase if he would exchange some filters that looked dirty but would also still make it for a while if I would not want to exchange them for (the amount was ~$50 and yet he felt the need to call me and get that approval) #approvalWhen I picked up the car later that day, he suggested to also do some other work (based on the millage) but it was not needed right away. He understood that I was going to schedule the additional work right away but he said it wasn't needed yet and to just come back in couple of weeks. He could have made quite some more money with me the next week or day but decided to be honest telling me that it wasn't needed right away #good gut feeling with the person in charge.He charged me a very fair and good price for the service he provided. It was all listed on a bill with prices for each line item. #transparent pricingI have never felt that good with a mechanics and he will definitely be the person in charge of my BMW for all other services and repairs in the future. I cannot recommend Victor enough!Well done Victor - keep up the excellent, honest and great service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Did a very good job on my 1980 Mercedes-Benz diesel 300D went in there and told exactly what was wrong with the car the car will not shut off keep running ( runaway diesel )? He knew exactly what to do got the job done and was a very responsible prices. Before I went to his competitors they wanted to charge me $150 an hour to troubleshoot the problem? When it's obvious when you turn key ignition off diesel keeps running ? Owner of European imports explains the procedure about fixing the car and is very knowledgeable never Tried bullshiting me once regarding on repairing my car? I would highly recommend you to bring your Mercedes to European Imports for service.

Victor and his team are very experienced mechanics. You won't find a better group of people in LA for European cars. Victor took my car in on a same day notice and was able to diagnose the problems with my engine on my audi s4 and give me a more than fair price, all within a reasonable timeframe.

Brian was my guy for 20 years and did a wonderful job on all my cars.Had an immediate problem with new guy, Manny, got charged for original Toyota OEM parts and they used aftermarket replacements.Still trying to become a happy camper, Alex owner said he would fix this.I will write another review depending on outcome.
