I expect more from a Bentley dealership. Whilst I did receive a loaner car. It was not from the lot. It was from a local enterprise which was fairly inconvenient and only came with 1/4 tank of gas.In addition to that there was a shortage personnel (im sympathetic, but still inconvenient) and my car was in the shop for a week because they didn t have anyone to troubleshoot the engine light on error. In the end, however, it was covered under warranty and so I am pleased that there was nothing else wrong with the car!i Understand that they are working in the Porsche dealership while their dealership is being rebuilt, but it is simply too small of a space with too many cars, and possibly two few mechanics/technicians.Bentley can and should do better.

I always service my Bentayga w/Bentley Newport Beach. Scott, my service tech advisor, always gets my SUV in & out quickly w/a nice wash. My vehicle runs great thanks to them. I highly recommend their service & sales departments.

Great dealership and service. I bought my Bentley from them and was completely satisfied in every way. Dennis from service is a class act and knowledgeable and highly trustworthy. They were out of loaners, but he went out of his way to get me a premium car from enterprise when they serviced my vehicle. Very much appreciated

Sad to say but generally I ve had some poor experiences when buying a new car basically a process that I d be happy to avoid. But dealing with Chris Comet at Newport Beach Bentley gave me a whole new perspective. This is my first Bentley and Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful, enthusiastic, approachable and down to earth in other words the ideal sale person. Chis made what is usually a chore into something special, enjoyable and memorable. Keep up the great work.

The repair and service took la little longer than expected however once completed everything was done very professionally and thoroughly. The car was returned very clean and properly serviced.

So disappointed, I just got my Bentley 2021, at least when they deliver the car do good job on details but the way I got the car was stains all over the place, never even washedand top of that the car was delivered with no temp tag and I have to wait who knows how long to be licensed, so the car will be parked on my driveway until it s licensed however I m paying the insurance and the car note while it s parked

This was the most surreal car shopping/buying experience of my life. I didn't know customer service existed in any retail forum at this level. Tommy O'Rourke, my dream salesman and now-life coach, took my first, and hopefully not last, exotic car buying experience from personally gratifying to absolutely astounding all the while being careful to keep me informed of the steps involved, timing, paperwork, and dealership commitment to making sure this was the right car for me.

I was impressed with the way Dennis Codd kept me informed on rhe progress of my service. I was also impressed with the video of my car's status.I would have rated the service at 5 stars except for two things. I went to the Newport Beach facility only to find that the dealership had recently moved to temporary quarters in Costa Mesa. I should have been told this. Secondly, the prices for service are exorbitant!

What an amazing experience working with guys like Dennis Codd, I have never been disappointed with their attention and details, even though i live far away and there are other dealers of Bentley near my home but i prefer to work with Newport and their team for every Bentley i have purchased

Very professional work. I sent my car for an annual maintenance. They updated all necessary hardwares and softwares, and resolved all open recalls. They also cleaned the car thoroughly. The car looked like brand new when returned.

Dennis was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable on my first visit to service my Bentley. The mechanic was very thorough and kept the car until he was satisfied my problems were solved. I was provided with a very nice loaner car. Every aspect of my visit was positive

Newport Automotive Ty oil care of my Bentley repairs efficiently, fairly and even paid for my car renral while they had the car in their shop. Dennis , the service advisor was pleasant and efficient.

Dennis at Bentley service is incredible. He has taken great care of me and my Bentley for 16 years. Dennis makes visiting the service department a lovely experience. I haven't met the service people working on my car, but they always fix it right the first trip, which I appreciate.

I have been happy in the past with Bentley NB but this time I was not thrilled. I set up an appointment so I d have a loaner. I had to wait a few days. But on the day, the car was not available. Then my car was also not fixed because of a part delivery that did not arrive. If I had my loaner this would have been easy. Each day for 2 or 3 days, I was pushed into another day. In the end, I had to wait 5 days including a weekend before I got my car back.

I can t say enough great things about their service department, Dennis and the staff. When you hear that this place treats you like family, that isn t an understatement. Dennis made sure my Supersports was in excellent hands. Not only did he and his staff efficiently get to the bottom of the small nuance I was having but they did it in such a timely manner that it wasn t a major inconvenience for me by any means. Calls were made when promised and the original quote was spot on. While having a look around I noticed that the sales team had a no pressure approach and were extremely informative. Definitely go see Dennis and his stellar team at Bentley Newport Beach.

Required extensive work to repair seatbelt sensors. There was a part delay that left the car s interior disassembled and unusable for several weeks (not the fault of the agency). Repairs satisfactorily made.We called a day ahead of picking up the car. After having the car for three weeks and having a-days notice before arriving, the car was not ready. It hadn t been cleaned so we waited until they did a quick wash down on the outside.

Don't bring your car here. Brought my car here for 2 months while away. Scott the service manager literally did nothing to my car that needed repairs and was under warranty, when I tried to complain to his boss Teri, she said she did not have time to hear my complaint. Worst service I've ever received, i thought if I brought my car to the dealer there would be exceptional service. Instead it was a waste of 2 months with zero productivity. Do yourself a favor, don't bring your car here.

I brought my car for a tune up and I can t say enough great things about Dennis in the service dept and the entire experience was top notch . Dennis was so caring and kind , it s rare these days to have this level of customer service.

Bentley of Newport Beach provides excellent factory service on its premier line of automobiles. The online scheduling system is easy to use, even for those who are less tech savvy. Upon arrival you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm banter. The service concierge checks you in, and insures your needs are taken care of. Thanks for being as predictable as the brand.

I had been considering trading in my Bentley Continental GT for the Bentley Bentayga SUV. I had looked at a few different places, but never felt comfortable with the car choices or the sales rep. Since we are in the middle of COVID, most dealers were requiring an appointment and the expectation by the sales reps I had encountered before was "If you made an appointment, you had better buy!" Chris Comet at Bentley Newport Beach was the exact opposite.Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push, but he did give what you could tell were his honest opinions - pro and con. I truly have never had a better experience buying a car, and I've bought quite a few over the years. Even the no haggle pricing from Auto Nation was a pleasure. I used to love the negotiation game, but now, I like the "here's the price - period" policy.I would truly recommend Chris Comet and Newport Beach Bentley to anyone who wants a professional, easy to talk to person who will just shoot straight with you! Thanks Chris!

Extremely disappointed with the conduct of Newport Bentley's service dept. Due to a key issue, I could not start my Bentley and contacted them to get it fixed. They came out and IMPROPERLY towed my AWD Bentley Flying Spur to the dealership, which resulted in over $12k in damages (steering column and air suspension damage) and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or cover the cost of repairs. First they argued with me that it was impossible that they towed my vehicle with straps (lifting up rear end), and after confirming with tow truck co that it WAS NOT transported on a flatbed as required, they then insisted that it was the the only way to tow my vehicle because they couldn't put it into neutral. Their tow truck driver should have taken the time to properly disengage the air suspension as well as manually put my vehicle into neutral and steering lock so it could be pulled onto a flatbed truck and transported safely. Furthermore, they refused to give me a loaner vehicle for the 5 months they had my vehicle due to the damages they caused. I finally had to go through my insurance to get the expenses covered, but it still cost me $2500 deductible, over 5 months loss of use of my vehicle while I still had to make payments and pay insurance on, diminished value of my vehicle, and most of all the countless hours spent dealing with this. The way the service manager handled this shocked me, as I expected Bentley to have high standards of customer service offered with their vehicles. They were rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional. They needed to take responsibility for an error they made and refused to. They discriminated against me because I sometimes go into the dealership with my work truck with the back loaded up with construction stuff and I am probably labeled as an "undesirable" customer. I've worked hard to get my Bentley and it was humiliating the way they treated me when all they needed to do was accept responsibility and cover the cost of repairs for damages they caused to my vehicle. At least a loaner vehicle during this would have been reasonable, but they refused to give me one. There is no way to justify their conduct.
