I recently had the opportunity to work with David Derebenskiy, the service advisor at Fletcher Jones, and I can't praise him enough for his exceptional service. When we encountered an issue with our Audi, David was there to guide us through the troubleshooting process with his vast knowledge of cars. Not only was he warm and friendly, making the entire experience more pleasant, but he also demonstrated incredible efficiency in his work. Thanks to David's expertise, our car spent the minimal amount of time in the shop, and the problem was resolved much quicker than we anticipated. He really gets the job done and does so with a smile. David's approach to customer service is a rare find in the industry, and I'm genuinely impressed by his dedication. I would highly recommend David Derebenskiy to anyone needing service at Fletcher Jones. His professionalism and efficiency are simply unmatched. Hopefully, I won t have many problems with my car, but should any arise, I will definitely be requesting him as our service manager. It's reassuring to have such a reliable and skilled individual to turn to.

I have been taking my cars to different Audi service centers over the past 6 years and I am glad that I tried Fletcher Jones this time around .What a great costumer service! I was very impressed how professional and ethical all the staffs are. Every single person I met was amazing and they took care of my car in the best possible way.I would like to thank Andrey for his hard work and prompt responses .I would definitely take my car back anytime I need a service .

Hayden Denman our service advisor provided such a high level of service we were literally peaches. We have purchased luxury vehicles for the past twenty years and we have never had service so good. Hayden is the most professional and kind person we have ever met and definitely needs to be recognized. We will be customers for life at Fletcher Jones becuase of professionals like Hayden Denman. Thank you so much for employing such high level people we can t wait to make our next vehicle acquisition from Fletcher Jones Audi. We will also be posting this review to google and Yelp as all too often people receive sub par service and when a vendor provides exactly what the preach the public needs to know about it.

Took my son s Audi RS3 in for service, received a loaner car from them with a refundable $250 security deposit.After spending $2,400.00 on service they charged my card an additional $500 rental car fee!Indigo and other reputable dealers do not charge even a security deposit on loaner cars let alone bill you for one.Will never go to Fletcher Jones again including for purchase of a new vehicle which I ve bought two brand new Mercedes from them in the past!

I had an appointment for my 30k service at 7:40, was back in Aliso by 8:05 with my loaner. Can you do much better? After my service was done, one of the salesmen helped me re-link my car with my phone and made sure to take his time so that I could do it myself later if needed. The service team is friendly, they value my time, and I feel like my car is a priority at Audi Fletcher Jones. They are high tech and have features to view repair estimates, check the status, or pay an invoice online or via text. Definitely a 5 Star operation!

I normally don t write negative reviews but this has happened multiple times so I feel it s necessary. This service center has some of the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. For a luxury dealership, customer service should be top notch but instead it s sub par at best. Every time I call to schedule an appointment I get put on hold for 10 mins and sent to voicemail. Whether I ask for a call back, leave a message, or request a call online, no one calls back for days. Even the text service is unanswered. It s absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, some (not all) of the service staff is just not friendly and seems like they d rather be anywhere else but work. The service times they quote aren t even close to accurate (no service there will take less than 4-5 hours trust me), and half the time I need to reach out myself for an update. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the valet guys are awesome and the free car washes are a perk. I will be taking my service business to another Audi dealership that s for sure.

This was my first time at Audi Fletcher Jones and I have to say I was very impressed! The new building is beautiful. My service agent Henry was very nice knowledgeable, and accommodating. My engine light came on and said I needed immediate attention and they were able to get me in the next morning and give me a loaner car. Henry is the best service advisor we could have asked for. Our experience is always beyond the car. He takes the time to get to know you as a client, values the relationship and puts customer satisfaction above all else. Paul, Jose, Matt and everyone else down to the porters make up one incredible team. Always willing to jump in and help if someone is unavailable. I was impressed by the care the service rep, David, gave to me. He went out of his way to get the insurance info needed, and in addition, made copies of the policy statement for me.When I returned the loaner car, he called me by name. Very impressive. I'd give him 10 stars.

30k check plus tires. Jose was Exceptionally professional and helpful and kept in touch with me regularly to give me updates. He made sure that I left with a loaner car even though the stock was running low. Car need to be kept overnight to get the tires. Also worked out a price match on the tires. Appointment was easily made. Jim, service consultant, was very punctual. The checkin process was all electronic. When the vehicle service was complete, I got a text notification. Signed out and ready to go. The dealer provided a short video clip of the multi-point inspection of the vehicle. Excellent work.

Excellent experience. Frank (service department) took care of everything an oil change quickly. While they did not have a loaner vehicle for me (I did not request one initially due to plans but plans changed), he offered to take care of an Uber for me to my residence and back. Great service and great people.

David was great! The oil change took about 2 hours and there was a nice lobby area I could work while I waited. Once my car was close to being done David came and found me, went through the inspection that took place on my car and answered any question I had. They also took my car through the car wash before brining it back to me. It was great!Service: Oil change

I ve been bringing my cars to Audi for service for many years and am always met with courtesy and professionalism. Jose Magana has also been my service advisor for many years, in several different locations. He is consistently friendly, polite, conscientious and thorough in explaining service needs. Professional, really smart, great communication about what needed to get done as well as recommendations after knowing I m driving to CO, as well as quick communication when it was completed and ready to be picked up. My go to place for my vehicle maintenance needs. I drive 70 miles (there are dealerships near me as well) to visit them and that should explain how good they are. Jose Magana is always courteous, takes the time to explain the issue, discusses the remedy and once the work is done he goes over the bill to explain the charges. No push selling. He gives me the choices, answers my questions and lets me take the decision. Jose goes above and beyond every time. Drop off and pickup scheduling is super easy as well. Amenities are comprehensive and always clean. That's what I expect from a premium dealership and constantly receive it.Service: Tires

I really like how they provide Uber pick-up and drop-off for free of charge. I really like how the payment process was easy and quick and how they're flexible to rescheduling last minute and lots of things can be done over the phone/ app. Great service. My car needed the break rotor change and right away the change upgrade the driving experience significantly. Pricing certainly is higher than other places but I think the service and convenience made the trip worth it.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I brought my wife's new 2021 Audi in for repair of a license plate bracket problem and also for an emissions system recall. In both cases I found the service level to be exceptional. I was greeted almost immediately upon arrival and the people there were extremely friendly and courteous. All repairs were completed on time and as promised and I felt they went above and beyond my expectations to make my visit as easy and comfortable as possible.
