CUSTOMER SERVICE - a forgotten art. I changed my own oil but couldn't get the housing back on correctly, so I came to the only open shop on a Sunday. Theresa and Eric were there and helped me immediately. Eric was very careful driving my manual and tightened my housing down no problem. After I asked Theresa how much I owed her and she said nothing since it was such a small fix. Point being, the first time I went to this shop they immediately and professionally helped me and didn't charge me a dime. I will be coming here for all my car's needs from now on, since I know the shop's large caliber of character. Look no further than this great shop.

We were on a family vacation heading home on a Sunday morning and our tire blew on the 91, we limped into tire choice @9am and they had us on the road, diagnosed another potential issue on an existing tire that we were able to replace and back on road by 10am! Michael the shop manager was incredibly helpful and the tire tech was extremely knowledgeable and extensive on the vehicle inspection before letting us leave. We left feeling very confident our vehicle was road worthy and incredibly grateful for the service we received here. And the cost was very comparable to what we are used to paying!

Great place to go for your tire needs. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, especially Teresa. We were fortunate to find them and will always use them going forward.

It's the second time I've come the first time they couldn't do the lineup because they don't have work staff, today I came to make an alignment and the manager didn't want to attend to me because I made a bad comment last time! Never again i come back!

I was traveling and just on my way home to Arizona on Tuesday September 5 but my back tire had other plans. Me and my wife seen the tire choice sign walked in talked to a nice lady Veronica and asked if they can help me right away because my job needed me back. I was told no problem Eric will help you right now. We were on the road in about 20minsWe need a business like Tire Choice in Arizona Thank so much for dropping everything just to help us to get back on the road

Having the talent and skill to do a thing is table stakes. The thing that sets this business apart is the professionalism, customer service and personal touch they provided every time I ve come here . Amazing amazing amazing 5 star experience. AND they do great work. I highly recommend them for any of your tire service needs.

By far the worst experience I've had at a car service provider. Made an appointment online, the day prior I called to verify the tires I ordered were in stock. They were and I decided to take my truck in 1 for early since that was the time a co-worker was able to give me a ride. For there everything was good, so I thought, I figured it would take no more than 45 min per tire so I thought it should be done by 2pm, (dropped it off at 9am). I didn't get a call so I called to ask the status and they said it wasn't ready but it should be done around 3pm. Got there around 3 and not one tire was on yet. They said they had issues with the rear tire not coming off but why not keep pressing on the other tires? Anyways it wasn't until after 4pm that I got my truck. The receptionist wasn't really knowledgeable as she just kept saying the are not done. Usually I don't mind waiting but I purposely took it in early so it would be done by 2 which I had to pick up my kids from the babysitter at 230. I also tried to rent a car but it was too late in the day and it was just too much hassle. Thankfully my babysitter was understanding. I would recommend a different location as the two workers seemed a bit young and didn't seem like they had a sense of urgency.

Although I recommend the tire service part of the company, I probably wouldn t trust them with much else. I was told my battery (which wasn t even 2 months old) needed to be replaced. I asked them if they double checked and were sure, employee said yes. I went back to the place I bought it and it was perfectly fine. Thanks for trying to swindle me out of $200

Mike and James went above and beyond to provide good service when we came in with a flat tire. They are both incredibly kind folks that made the entire process painless. 10/10 would recommend coming here for your tire service needs!

So I woke and prepared to enjoy my day, when I noticed the left rear tire on my car was super flat. It happens to be a day when I really needed to get this tire fixed right away. So I drove over to Tire Choice following a referral from one of my neighbors. As soon as I arrived, the very friendly lady in the office, told me pull my up to the service bay and they would look at it right away. I could tell immediately that this company valued customer service. As soon as I pulled my car up, a very nice man named Marcos noticed me and he came over right away to inspect my tire. He told me that he would work on the problem and resolve it for me. This place is nice and clean and does not have the feel of an tire/auto shop. Marcos was very kind and very informative. He explained what needed to be done. Within 15-20 minutes I was back on the road, ready to enjoy my day. I would highly recommend Tire Choice. They value customers, the prices are great and most of all they made me feel very comfortable. Let s support this business as much as possible. Just like I heard about them from my neighbor, I will continue to pass on good word about Tire Choice!!! Thanks Marcos for fixing my tire and getting me back on the road with confidence and a BIG smile!!

I unexpectedly got a nail in my tire and was desperate to get it fixed in a hurry. Veronica was so gracious and kind to squeeze me in. I highly recommend this place. Great service overall and great customer service.

Anthony was great! But since I had a warranty on my existing tires he went beyond to track down a replacement tire for my vehicle. My only concern was for his health, with his current slip-disk issue he was doing a fantastic job in assisting customers.

Had a nail in the vehicle's left front tire. Called Tire Choice at 5:00 PM PST and spoke to Nick. Even though they were going to close at 6PM PST, Nick did not turn me away. Nick was very friendly and professional. Nick told me to bring the car in and he will immediately get it fixed.Brought the car for inspection at 5:15PM PST. BY 5:50PM PST, they had repaired and patched the tire. Great experience.Thank you Nick! I highly recommend Tire Choice.

Welll i have found my new home ive only been here a year and ive been coming here. For some reason im having trouble with my valve tem and you guys keep taking care of me thank yoy every penny counts the Mgr Lady there is awesome

I chose this shop because of the very high rating from google map search. However, when I called, the female staff sounded unfriendly. When she drove my car to the front of the shop after the repair, I was standing near the door, but she said nothing and just walked into the shop without telling me anything. She could have told me my car was done and ready to go. Later as I talked to her, she started showing smiles and talking friendly and answered my questions the way I could understand. I appreciate she was friendly. Another reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that there was no one at the desk most of the time, and I had to wait until someone comes back to the office. Repair time took longer than they told me. I saw one person was working on two cars. After all, I received answers to my questions and felt comfortable coming back to the shop next time.

The best people ever!I come here for years but the team that works now is the best!For a woman that doesn't know too much about cars, I'm confident that my car is well taken care of and nobody will charge me more than it's right.

I pulled up to tire choice in corona to have my tire pressure checked, the mechanic properly checked all my tires. I told him another shop recommended tires, he looked at then and said they look aged alright. The manager came out and checked as well and said tires had about half life. Come see Nick the manager, he s honest. Highly recommend this place

I walked in expecting to make an appointment, but they were willing and ready to service me right away. Very personable customer service. I drove off feeling safer in my vehicle than when I walked into the store front. Thank you!

Assistant Manager Javier and the Tech (didn't catch his name) were professional, courteous and quick. I walked in to have my tires balanced and rotated. They were friendly and did the work so fast, I decided to come back later the same day with my other car to get an oil change. Great service!

Excellent service at this location. I have been to several other tire locations and they want to charge me outrageous prices! When speaking with the manager, Doug, he was able to quote me on prices that were reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and is professional and kind. I felt that he cared about what my husband and I needed, and that's important to me. I definitely will continue doing buisness here! Thanks for the amazing service!

In a dire need of a tire repair as I live 40 minutes away, I stopped by here due to the great reviews and let me tell you, the reviews were correct, spoke with a very upbeat and knowledgeable mechanic by the name of Javi and he took care of the tire very fast. A complete plug & patch job and the piece was very cheap. I would recommend this place as he was advising me that they do pretty much everything here that your car would need done. Glad I took a chance here and will be coming back for future repairs/maintenance

Excellent Service! I got busted tires and I have no idea how to fix it. Hubby was at work and called their shop to discuss my car problem and they were very helpful. I got there and Tony took great care of me from start to finish. He was patient to explain to me (and to hubby on the phone) my car issues, answer our questions, and bridge our knowledge gap. I highly recommend them even to those car maintenance clueless like me. Asidw from superb customer service, Tony is honest and provides competitive price. I am definitely a new customer and will be there for my car maintenance. My office is nearby and Tony even arrange for the one of his staff to drive me to work. Thank you Tony and Tire Choice Corona!!! You guys are awesome!!!

This is the second time I've been, and they were wonderful both times. The first time they patched a flat and replaced a valve stem and the second time they replaced a valve stem for no charge. I love that they're not pushy, trying to sell me tires. I had to ask how much life my tires still had. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new tires.

I ve always trusted tire choice with adjusting my tire pressure. This last visit I had a nail in my tire and they took care of me. The staff is very friendly and they work in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them.

Came here for a quick patch job and the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Marcos was my technician and he was very quick, friendly and got the job done in time for me to get on with my day. Highly recommend coming in!
