I would like to start by telling you guys that I m a very picky customer and I m very happy that I brought my car to this collision center. I have looked at the reviews and it made me feel comfortable, so I gave them a little ringer and from day one the receptionist made it very easy for me to come in without an appointment then I met Mr. Chalmers and after asking him questions and answering them I felt comfortable Leaving my car here for repairs , he kept me through the loop of any updates and how my vehicle was coming around. I m also very satisfied with the professionalism and the quality here at the collision center. I am very happy and I m already recommending them to my friends and family.

I went into Seidners to get a quote on color matching bumper I bought from Ford. They were professional from start to finish. Carlos is the one I dealt with the whole time and he is amazing! One of the best service advisors I ve ever dealt with. He gave me a quote and it was a great price. So I had them do the job.They sent me photos of the process from start to finish, which is why I chose them. Super professional.The entire process was easy and my bumpers and door handles came out amazing! Can t be any happier!Thanks Carlos you are a true professional!Service: Painting

My vehicle was unfortunately stolen and once recovered there was damage to my vehicle. After taking it to Seidner s in Corona, my vehicle looks brand new. They were able to repair my car well within the projected ETA, provided the best customer service and made me the happiest customer with how beautiful my car looks. Highly recommend them for any repairs.

Consider this place as a place you can trust to make sure your real needs are taken care of. Chalmers is very professional, courteous and insightful. I have taken 2 vehicles to Seidner's and both times customer service and work has been great. Chalmers has been great with communication and always does his best to keep you informed. I would definitely recommend their work to anyone.

Updated - After meeting with the manager Carlos they agreed that emblem should have been part of the repair job. They buffed out the headlights and made it whole again. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I'm so happy with my car and Gerry Macias made my car look new. He communicated always thru emails, text, and phone calls. He made sure we knew the process and status of my car. I got my car back 1 day before promised and it looked and smelled great . They are AAA approved and also approved thru State farm insurance made it all come together giving me piece of mind. Gerry so happy with my car and amazing work done making that happen.

Shout out to Rene, Chalmer, and the rest of the staff at this location. I stopped by and they assessed the damage. The vehicle was still operable so I continued to drive it while the parts they ordered came in. Once everything was ready, they called me back in. A shuttle was provided to pick up a rental replacement. The repair was scheduled to take four weeks. I was notified regularly of the progress of the repairs. The vehicle repairs were completed a week early, and I was given a heads up of a couple days so I would be ready for it. The repairs look great, and they went out of their way to buff out a couple of extra dings they noticed as a courtesy. I couldn't be happier. Recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone was professional and quick to answer all my questions. The workmanship was perfect. You can t tell my car was hit. The car was fixed quickly, especially for the current shipping issues our world is in. All of this at a fair price. Then they tell me the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. WOW!!! Top notch service not cheap but you get what you pay for. I'm in the service industry myself and I learned good isn't cheap and cheap is not good. The manger kept me in the loop all throughout the procces of the repairs. After all yes I will return for any future repairs and will refer my friends and family over. Don t come here if time is of the essence. They will give you the run around if your vehicle isn t top priority. I came in for an insurance claim on my car, Because I was hit from behind. Brought my car in for a paint fracture and scuff marks and it took about 2 weeks for a bumper replacement. Unacceptable! I ve had my bumper replaced on another vehicle within 5 days of dropping it off. Plus things from my car were missing and I didn t have the time or energy to even look into it. So if you don t want stuff jacked or time stolen from you go somewhere else!!Service: Body & Trim

Clean facility and great customer service. Estimator was extremely knowledgeable when accessing the damage to my car.I was updated throughout the whole process. My car was a real mess after a collision, I didn t know where I was going to go (my previous auto body for 10+ years was no more) Mercury sent me to Seidner s and I m so happy they did! They were all around excellent!! Communicative, professional, punctual with updates, the attention to detail and returning me back to a safe vehicle is very much appreciated. They made sure they vehicle met their standard, and Chevy s standard.. I felt safe/trusted my suv again and (I m a picky person) was impressed by the body repair, paint, everything! It was like I got the keys back to a brand new car it looked AWESOME (not to mention the inside too). From the beginning, it was a experience. I contacted Siedner's on Monday morning, dropped my car off on Tuesday at opening and had my car back on Friday! The customer service is excellent, the work appears perfect, and I was able to get my vehicle back before the weekend. Gerry Macias and his team at Corona Seidner's are highly, highly recommended.

Kevin V is a boss, this man is extremely professional and takes care of his customers. I'm sure this attitude and professionalisn goes all the way down to the team. My car looked great, in and out. Not gonna lie, it took around a month to get my vehicle back. My completion date kept getting pushed back which was incredibly frustrating since I had to pay for a rental the whole time.
