I have been a regular customer for the past couple of years and have generally been satisfied with their service. However, today's experience was quite disappointing. When I requested a basic car wash, the attendant became rude after spraying water on my car and parking it. I waited for someone to dry the exterior, as they usually did, but no one showed up for 20 minutes. When I approached them, they ignored me. After an additional 10-minute wait, I spoke to the manager who stated I had to pay $27 for the drying service. I could have done a basic wash for $3.5 at a self-service car wash. After an hour, my car had dirty windows and more spots than before. This was the worst car wash experience I've had. They need to improve their customer service, communicate services clearly, and not demand additional payment after causing issues during the wash. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.

Terrible Service! Took my car in with four perfectly good tires however my car was returned to me with a flat tire for which they took zero ownership over. Very poor management. Not a single apology, not a single explanation, and zero help to even get the spare tire on, instead workers and management mocked me and my bf who drove over to help me. Will NEVER return here again. I get that accidents can happen, but very poor customer service and terrible how I was treated/neglected for something they caused.Per the tire shop that resolved the issue , they broke the tire pressure sensor!

Definitely not coming back to this place. My car got wash and it was left for the sun to dry it. After 15 minutes I asked why was my car just sitting there and the guy said it wasn t finished. I said i can see that but why is the guy taking other cars out of the wash and you guys start right away but my car is just sitting there. He then went to talk to the guy that was taking the cars out and still took another 5 minutes for someone to go and start drying it. He then said their water is spotless and what not but is not just about messing up my paint but my time wasted waiting.

It used to be my favorite place for a few years, but quality and detail has deteriorated.The car was still dirty, new scratches and vacuum jobs were super rushed and missed spots.No longer focus on details. The only focus is to act busy... Quality is way down..Won't be coming here anymore

Pictures are after the first wash and they told me to go again. This place sucks the wash blows soap suds on your vehicle as you pull out from the dryer section. Save time and go to a gas station wash the speedway gas station wash on Lincoln is better.

First it all... the car wash and tint window is separate owner.First time do tint window with Martin and he nail it.he doing excellent job put tint window on my car.

This used to be a nice car wash before it changed ownership about 5 years ago. I don't know who owns it now, but I can tell you one thing, they sure are cheap!! Vacuums don't work out front, they dismantled them, and it's nothing more than a cheap gas station $5 car wash that they are charging $8 for.

They do good car washes however you cannot get cash for a tip? If you want to buy a candy or drink item there's a $0.75 charge?

These guys are super nice, I like doing my own car wash... "going through the machine on my own", because it's cheaper; but they give you towels for use there; so you can dry and clean the inside of your car.Their vacuums thought, don't suck, laterally... they make the noise, but they barely pick up any trash and dust from your car.Other than that, for $6.00 I only wish they had better vacuums :)

This car wash is by far the best in town! Everyone is friendly, courteous, fast service and workers pay attention to detail. Management is great also! Keep up the great work guys, its nice to know we can trust you all with our vehicles. Thank you!!!

I tried out the self wash option, and it was just not that great. Leftover soap on the car after rinse and dry. They loan you microfiber towels for free, so that helps offset the negatives. I had a hard time trying to get the back of the car with their vacuums. I'll probably go here again, though, because it's so close to my house.

I paid for the detail/wax and man was I disappointed. They didn't wipe the wax off completely, they just overloaded my inside with armor all and they broke my Volt emblem.. Wow!!! Please avoid this car wash if you can. If you need your car cleaned you're better off running through a muddy puddle.

I always leave happy and satisfied! I usually get the Ultimate carwash and they do a excellent job. Quick & professional. My car is beautiful when I leave.

Average wash, didnt feel like I got my 25 dollars worth. Water streaks left on the doors and sprayed in fragrant when requested not to. Now my new car smells like cherry

Great service, attention to detail on my vehicle, fast, and courteous. They made my car look the way it did the day I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Sixth Street Carwash for a quick wash or full vehicle detail. They are fantastic!!!

Our car came out extremely clean. They did a fantastic job. I was not impressed with the clerk at the counter popping her pimples, and it did take a while. That is the only reason they did not get an excellent rating.

Save your money! Six dollars just to wash the outside of your car!The vacuums are soooo weak, that I think it would have problems picking up a popcorn kernel!!They tell you you can take as long as you want on the vacuums, well it's going to take you double the time to vacuum your car with such a weak suction!They're philosophy is that they're saving money by keeping it weak, but it takes twice as long, and I won't be back!So they lost a customer for life!

They didn't do what they said they'll do. I asked for scent and didn't put any. Next time I asked again and nothing, I found out they diluted the scent so it can last more for them but the scent doesnt last a day in your car since is diluted.

Went there for oil change.BEST PRICE for that but I had work done that cost$200 but my pary was$6 but they never put the amount for it only$200 and to me that is deceitful and I can't trust them like I did. BE AWARE

This is the crappiest wash I have ever gone through all the tunnel did was spray water. I didn't see any soap or wax on the car I just paid $12 for water. This is the worst carwash I have ever gone to.

Terrible terrible customer service. Charged me twice first to say that they don t have the $14 service, then he goes back to charge me for $8 and they refuse to return the phone call. They wanted me to come back to refund but I don t live close to that place. Never ever going back there

Access is real easy and the waiting area is really big & comfortable, they do a really great job for much less than the other local car washes!

Great place I love this wash I have children and a husky and when they destroy my car I take it here and they clean it up over 1000 I live this wash

$8 wash and vacuum yourself is a great deal. Dry yourself with their towels. Keeps the dirt off and saves money.

Great place to get a regular car wash, any other car wash service is too expensive they also seem to be changing their price every time you go they need to have the price set

I have never seen my car shine so bright so clean on the inside. I live in Moreno Valley and I drive here to get my car cleaned!
