Napa is a great store to shop at they have specialty tools that no other store has and they have buckets for $2.99 with the lids

The gentleman Scott behind the counter really knew his stuff. Helped me out to get an old part for an old car. None of the other auto parts stores had no clue what I had or they never even heard of what I was looking for. Thank you for the great service

NAPA just has better parts first of all. This location adds knowledgeable, friendly experts that are always very helpful. I recently had an electrical issue. Jason walked me through some basic checks and I found the problem. Thanks Jason.If you are looking for a place to buy parts where they actually care about solving your auto issues, not just selling parts, this is your place. Highly recommend!

It's one of the few traditional "Auto Parts ", retailers that know how to address the older classic car needs. This is that store that knows can handle the most challenging requirements for your vehicle needs.

Great people great service. I go here for most of my parts. Chris and Rick are good knowledgeable guys and know how to help you. If Napa doesn't have it they can point you in the right direction.

Very helpful needed some new fasteners the gentlemen helped me by going to my car and seeing the ones I was needing. He made sure they were the right ones. Up and above what I was expecting. Thank you very much

Second best Napa in the inland empire they absolutely have everything you need without a doubt and the staff the guys that work here know if they re doing they know what you re looking for which is rare nowadays

I'm a southern girl from a small town in Tennessee where everyone knows your name and treats you like family. I got that same treatment from Scott Hildreth at Genuine Auto Parts. He delivered excellent customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain what I needed to do to fix and maintain my car and how to do it.If you need anything for your car or truck I highly recommend you go to Genuine Auto Parts in Colton, California. You are not just a number here, you'll be treated like family.

Napa in Colton I love that place now never knew they sold Heavy Duty Parts for heavy duty trucks was In-N-Out in 20 minutes and is very local to me staff members very nice and polite I will start buying my parts for tune-ups for my Freightliner m2 class 106 2008

I came to this NAPA store because online it said they carried a pennzoil type of oil I use but I called before I left to verify after a few times of trying to call I drove to the store just to find out that they dont carry that type of oil at this store I explained about the online situation but they told me they cant do anything about it. Very bad experience its funny how driving there I see all the competition auto parts stores.

I ordered some parts Saturday morning & was told parts should be in same day by 1pm & that I will be notified as soon as they were in. Well I never got a phone call so I made the drive to that auto parts store & it was closed. Who would think that on a Saturday your auto parts store would close at 3pm, and to make matters even more worse its closed on sundays. So now i'm going to have to call off work on Monday because my truck is out of service, then wait for my wife to get home from work so we can go get the parts. Im sticking to Autozone from now on.

Full synthetic oil under $5. Staff that knows what they are talking about and are very happy to help. I always use napa, but this particular one is my favorite as they are fast to help
