Best hospitality and customer service!!! Especially during these times! I had a flat tire in the early evening and I was put in touch with Juan. He was able to look for my type of tires and open his store early at 8am for me as I needed to get on the road fast to make it to my cousins college graduation. Also he did not overcharge me or price gauged me as I was stuck in a new town and he was there to help. He actually gave me a deal! Its great to know that small town hospitality still exists and Juan is a trusted person that makes sure your car is safe when driving. Thank you....

To start off if u get a flat or your car brakes down on interstate 5 the tow truck driver will take u here like it s set up like that they ended up putting 4 new tires which were two different sizes front were 235/45/17 the back 225/45/17 they were suppose to be name brand tires instead done cheap off brand not to me to mention two different brands! They were supposed to do synthetic oil change and alignment which were not done I had to wait to get back home and took it to a real shop and they took care of me! The owner Juan and his assistant Cali (Juan) are liars and thieves . I didn t notice all this because I picked up my car at night ! When I confronted them they blamed each other no refund at all nothing to make it right ! This place will rip you off BEWARE YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN WARNED THIS SHOP IS CROOKED and I feel obligated to tell you guys the truth !!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

The owner is polite and tried hard. However, the length of time it takes to complete a job is insane. Simple or complex it is only taken care of when you are there asking questions. He's had my car over 2 weeks Just to fix a hose and the last time he took one week for a tire issue. He needs to get additional staff or not take on so much work. This will be our last time using his shop for any services and it is unfortunate.

Do not trust this place! I took my 2000 ford f 150 in for a 3" lift kit that was supposed to be torsion keys.new shocks and blocks in the back ... I was then going to purchase larger tires for my truck from them. I paid him..Juan aka beaver 700.00 up front. My estimate was 700.00 for lift and 1600.00 for rims and tires. he said it would take a day to do it I dropped my truck off at 10 am.and at 900 pm he said to come get it.. so I did. When I got there he said he just needed to test drive it... So I said I would walk to store and come.back.... I arrived back and the truck didn't move so I said who better to test it than me he agreed. I hit the road going down Jayne ave towards I 5 freeway and I hear something fall off the truck ...I turned around and headed to my garage .this is all in a one mile radius I parked the truck the same place where I measure it before I dropped it off. it was 1 inch higher in back and the front was exactly the same . So I took it right back and told him and with. Flash light we seen the shock feel off. I looked under truck and no lift kit was installed ...he told me there was a miss communication with his workers...and promised he would fix it as he showed me a part of the lift they didn't put on...I gave him a chance to give him the benefit of the doubt..... He gave it back to me a second time.... This time it had the lift on it ... unfortunately... It was put on wrong... My truck swayed and to make a long story short... I took it the next day to a reputable shop here in town... where they told me that this truck was going to kill me if I keeped driving it. They showed me the shock washers were on top of my leaf spring bolt that wasn't supposed to be mounted there .. and they put only nuts ...no washers and the y were already working there way thru .... And I could turn them by hand...it cost more to fix there work than I paid them....and almost cost me.my life.... Do yourself a big caved don't go there

This place is great! I had gotten a flat and the tow man recommended that I call them. They were so helpful and nice to me especially as I was really flustered from the flat tire experience I had... I can't say how appreciative I was that they helped me even after closing time for them. The pricing felt fair as well, if you need work done I'd definitely recommend them!

Juan does a great job; however, when he is not there, no jobs get done. I've had my windshield fixed there before when Juan is there and he took care of it personally. I went to get my window repaired again, it has a small crack that needs to be fixed. Talked to someone who was not Juan, told me a different price than what Juan has charged me in the past, then asked me to come back when Juan was there if I wanted to discuss the pricing with him. Said they would call me back when he showed up. Hours passed and they never called, I called, and asked if they knew when Juan would be in. They said he wasn't coming back today. Didn't even bother to call and let me know he wasn't coming. I've been trying to repair my windshield with them for almost a month now, trying to see when Juan will be there and he's not always there. When the employees say they'll call me back when Juan's there, they NEVER do. I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Juan is an amazing person on customer service. Tire quality is great wouldn't change it for a different place. They don't just have tires, they have window tinting, radio installation, etc. And, they're great on prices too.

My experience with American Wheel & Tire was excellent. Juan did a great job replacing 2 flat tires and fixing a bent rim at 1am in the morning! Juan gave me excellent service when I needed it . great job!!

This place takes way too long to get ur car fixed my radiator broke down first it was only going to b a week but it ended up taking 3 weeks n charged me almost 500 dollars just for that. Don t waste ur time going to this place people

Great little tire shop! We come into town to buy a old OLD trailer we brought trailer tires but they were way to small... The guys quickly put on new trailer tires and we were back on the road!

I went to get my car checked because there was an issue with the brakes, i thought they were personally gonna do all the checking to tell me whats wrong with it but instead i told them to my knowledge what were the issues and so the guys went from there (young mechanic the brother of the owner) okay so they do something to it and i trust he fixed the issue and no they didnt fix anything. So i call and the guy tells me come back tomorrow at 11am on saturday. So i go from huron because thats were i live and the guy doesnt show up. I waited about 20 minutes and then i decided to leave. Before i left i decided to dial one of their personal numbers cuz he told me if you need anything just call me and ill help you, So i called and i got my call forwarded. So after i left a message stating how its unprofessional and inconsiderate how they made me go over and not informing me they werent gonna be there. So yes im very displeased with this shop.

Impressed! Guys waited for me after hours. Greeted me with a smile, didn't try to tack on fees or upsell. We need good honest people like this in texas! Don't hesitate to call on them.Thank you for getting me back on the road

Came from Socal headed up north toward Oregon. Ended up getting a crack in our rim and the tire kept going flat. Stopped in real quick and swapped some rims and tires out so we can be oh our way. Thanks!!!

Talk about customer service! Our tire blew out on the highway and this place had us back on the road in a half hour! And they gave us Capri sun while we waited! Five stars!!!

Never dealt with such an unprofessional place before in my life . Save yourself frustration and time! you are better off travelling a little further n paying a little extra money trust me. Takes them 2 weeks to do a 2 mins job that won't come out right after all the wait. Let's not even get into the Tardiness of hours of operation
