I took my car in for a well maintenance check. My appointment was at 9:15am. Jesse Lopez helped me out this time. I got a text from him at 9:45am saying my car was ready. Jesse was friendly & very helpful. Love their quick service. I m so glad I bought my car from Toyota of Clovis. I ve always had great service here.

Jason Davis at the service desk is amazing ! Answered all my questions, when I took my 97 4Runner in for a recall for the rear suspension. He communicated with me the whole way even when things took an extra day for parts to come in. Toyota replaced my rear coil springs and bump stops for free. Very friendly and professional ! Highly recommend asking for Jason when getting a service done at Toyota Clovis. Toyota tech Jeffery did an amazing job on fixing the recall issues on my 4Runner and got me back on the road in no time

I had a 9:30 appointment. I was there about 9:15. I was told my car would be ready between 12 and 1 o clock. I called about 3 o clock and was told my car was not ready yet and The girl I spoke with didn t know when it would be ready. I called back about an hour later, and was told that my car would be ready at the end of the day. It was taken in for an alignment and airbag recall. recall, work was not done because parts have to be ordered. We drove directly to the Toyota dealer, and miraculously, my car was ready. I m upset because I wasn t given any kind of updates during the day about my car. Plus the girl I talk to was pretty condescending.

I was helped as soon as I arrived. Had to wait at dealership, but there were comfortable seats and some free beverages available. The service time was slightly less than what was told to me. The only con I have for servicing is they should wash your vehicle. The vehicles aren't inexpensive and it what place Clovis Toyota ahead if the other Toyota dealerships we could of gone to.

Blake was awesome. I had an appointment to go to and he got me signed in super fast. He also let me know about a recall that I didn t know about. Also received video of underneath my car it is very informational. Thanks Blake

Easy to work with and communication is great! They send videos of items that need replacing on my vehicle so that it isn t just a you need to replace this type of deal. The assistant was very nice and helpful with getting me in and out.

Well, this isn t the absolute worst experience. It was well below average at the service center. I cannot speak to the sales team because I did not buy my Toyota here. While the service member helping me was very nice and he did apologize. I still don t think it makes up for my experience. I had an appointment for 10 AM. When I arrived, I was just getting the typical Toyota care maintenance done as well as getting a new key fob because when I originally purchased, it only came with one so I asked to get that done while I was there. I get a call about 11:30AM saying my car is done. I asked him if he did my key. He then told me no. There s was probably a miscommunication on my part or his but he assured me that it was fine and that it would be 2 to 3 more hours 330 comes around. I text my advisor asking if my car is almost ready he says it will be done at four 4:30 at the latest. I then receive a call roughly 15 to 20 minutes later about him telling me that they are all out of key fobs and I have to return and get my appointment done at a later date. I understand mistakes happen just frustrated with the experience as a whole.

Everyone was awesome. Again. Ejay was just as awesome as the last fellow. Their desks are next to each other. I feel bad for forgetting his name.. First time i took my son and he loved the kids corner. I also ran into my salesman and it was nice to introduce him to my son. The tire specialist was very helpful as well. He answered all my questions and was super cool..

Love the Service Department at Toyota of Clovis. They keep true to their appointment times and routine service is done promptly and professionally. My service rep, Jon, is awesome. Keeps me apprised of all info regarding my vehicle.

Great work and next day service for a recall issue. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service tech. Jason explained that he couldn't guarantee it would be done by closing, but it would be done by noon next day. It was and issue was solved. They made other service recommendations, and were fine with us postponing them until we had more time. All in all, a great dealership service experience.

Toyota of Clovis is just top notch. Easy scheduling and quick efficient drop off and pick up. Everyone is courteous yet expedient. They keep our Prius problem free with regular maintenance while being budget conscious.

I needed to be out of the Toyota service department in a timely manner for an engagement later in the day. The check in assistant was very polite and helpful in getting me into the shop as soon as possible. My paperwork technician, Elias was very polite and pleasant to talk with. He moved up my 4th service with additional maintenance so that I could take advantage of my purchased maintenance program before it expired. It was a pleasure working with him.

Excellent customer service. I like that they recommend based on their expertise but not impose as long as it doesn t jeopardize the safety. I planned my day before I made my appointment. I didn t mind the 2.5 hrs coz I made myself occupied with school homework. Service done & homework done! Toyota of Clovis has attentive staff. Keep up the good work!Service: Oil change

Everything from scheduling to the organization of drop off and customer service was great. I love the transparency of the service department and Joey was very professional and considerate. I will continue to make the 36 mile drive to Clovis because they are the best compared to other Toyota dealerships.

The customer servive rep was personable, smiley, and knowledgeable. However, for having an appointment just for an oil change at 11am and did not finish until 130. I think there is a time management problem with your staff or they get paid by the hour. Also, your customer service techs that help check you in or out all seem or act like they are busy on the computer and supposedly the only person that can help you is your tech that was assigned to you. That customer service part needs to change

I had warranty work that required engine replacement and took 3 months but they gave me a loaner (smaller truck) . Can not believe that the team got the truck back together with no noticeable repairs done. Runs great! The only gripe would be they didn t detail it before I got it. ( outside for a few weeks, then in shop the remainder. Service crew was efficient and courteous. Good job!

Toyota of Clovis is where I ve been taking my 2013 Camry since it was purchased. Very satisfied, I feel that their prices are competitive and they offer service coupons online and through the mail. They have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and the staff is friendly. I ve yet to have a bad experience at this dealer location.

I was really happy with my service. Billy Vang did a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my truck. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

On the very morning of 2/20/24, I tried to schedule an appointment with this service department. Waited for about 10-15 minutes just to speak with someone. As soon as I finally got connected with someone and barely started scheduling...they hung up the phone on me. Ended up scheduling at another Toyota Service center that's a little further away as a result. And I was able to do so in just mere minutes online too. This is very unacceptable. While I'm hoping to get some answers for why this happened, I'm not exactly counting on it. Thanks for nothing Clovis Toyota.

Clean location, professional and knowledgeable staff, notifications/communications via text, up-to-date history of recalls and service of my vehicle. Even got a free Carfax. Check-in was like clock work, extremely organized and zero wait time. Very efficient, my Toyota got a lot of work done in a short period of time. This is how you put a million miles on a Toyota. Teamwork at its best. I highly recommend this location and will return. Jason you rock!!!

All of the staff were above and beyond. The guy who assisted with my car went beyond his title to make sure I understood what was going on with my car and made sure I had peace of mind before leaving. Not only a great product but a great customer service.
