Speaking of service only, this place is night and day compared to Fresno Toyota.I have had my Toyota Sienna serviced twice by Clovis. Quick, fast, responsive, professional and each time I was able to make the appointment over the phone. I'm not sure if it's an AI system but it's pretty good. Literally don't have to talk to anyone and can get an immediate appointment pretty much the same day.They offer ride share and have a very cozy wait room. Based on a very disappointing experience previously, I knew there was better service at Toyota just needed to go somewhere else.I have had service with BMW and Tesla in the past so my expectations were pretty high to begin with. But at the minimum your service manager should let you know the condition of your car is and be responsive. They shouldn't make you wait in the driveway confused and lost at what the next steps should be. At the minimum you should be greeted when you arrive with a plan of action for the day.Happy to continue giving my business to Clovis Toyota, keep up the great work.-review from a small business owner

Excellent staff in every way! They made buying a new car stress-free and I never felt pressured like I have at other dealerships when I ve bought new cars previously. Clovis Toyota has a customer for life now! I ve been telling all of my friends and family about them!

I came by multiple times in the past month looking for my first car. Everyone was very helpful to the point where I will never forget their hospitality!! They always kept in touch with my visit and had really great customer service. I finally purchased a car and even though it wasn't a Toyota, Thai was able to help me every single step of the way! He tried his best to be very knowledgeable of the car and answered my questions, being very patient with me. I appreciate everyone I met there and is definitely satisfied with my purchase!!!

We had not purchased a new car since 2,000. We used the Costco car buying discount and with David it was really easy without the old negotiating process that at the end I always felt ripped off. I look forward to visiting Clovis Toyota for service.

I recently had my car serviced at Toyota Service Center and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and valued as a customer. My service advisor, Carlos, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and in a way that I could understand.The service was also very efficient. I got my car back much faster than I had anticipated, and the work was done to a high standard. I am confident that my car is now in good hands.I would highly recommend Toyota Service Center to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused service center

Took my 2020 Camry hybrid for 40,000 miles service. The wait time to get your vehicle checked in for a service advisor is way too long. I waited an hour in line. But other than that, the service to get my vehicle done took them about 1.5 hours. I would ve given a 5 stars if the wait wasn t too long to get my car checked in!!

ONE STAR - (tried to do a zero star) A complete disaster! Took our pristine, brand-new vehicle in for its so-called "complimentary" check-up, only to be met with sheer incompetence.After picking up our truck and unknowingly gambling with our lives for an hour on busy roads, we discovered to our absolute horror that one wheel was a breath away from disaster, hanging on by a single lug nut! This wasn't just an oversight; it was a colossal failure by the service department, a blatant disregard for human life and complete negligence. They forgot to securely attach all wheels except one before giving the vehicle back to us.Their shocking inexcusable lack of service, safety and oversight put us in mortal danger, transforming a simple service visit into a potential death trap on wheels for us and everyone else on the road.When we tried to discuss with the head person at Clovis Toyota, Mr Jason McCormick, we were left very little options. He explained that this happens and there's nothing much they can do. Basically go pound sand.

I recently had an experience with Toyota of Clovis that compels me to advise potential customers to exercise caution before agreeing to services, particularly those overseen by the service manager, Keith Kamimoto.During a routine visit, I was quoted an astonishing $2,890 for a car repair. Concerned about the high quote, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. To my relief and surprise, the repair was completed for just $330, a stark contrast to the initial quote provided by Toyota of Clovis.This incident raises serious concerns about the pricing integrity and business practices at Toyota of Clovis. I am sharing my experience to inform others and suggest seeking multiple opinions for car repairs, especially when the quoted prices seem excessively high.While I believe in the value of supporting local businesses, it is equally important for these establishments to practice fairness and transparency in their services. My experience unfortunately fell short of these standards.Please consider this a cautionary tale and take the necessary steps to ensure you are receiving honest and reasonable service for your vehicle needs. April 4, 2023I was looking for a newer vehicle then what I had which was a 2010 Toyota Corolla. My boyfriend took me here to Toyota of Clovis to look & as we walked up to this vehicle a 2020 Toyota Corolla; I loved the way it looked. As I looked inside it even had what I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase which was a navigation system & a sun roof had to be a must. Josh the sales agent approached us & let me take it for a test drive (Josh was fairly new to the team he was very helpful, friendly & if he didn't know something he asked another agent who did know). I absolutely loved all specs this vehicle had. I love the leather & heated seats for those cold days. I have driven this vehicle for over a month now & I love all the features & the fast get up this car has. It rides smooth. The gas mileage is poor tho & that's the only thing I don't like about it. My other vehicle was very good on gas where this newer vehicle is not. I recommend your next vehicle purchase go look at Toyota of Clovis they will take care of you & Toyota vehicles keep their value so you can't go wrong. One last thing I love that they sent me the history of the vehicle from Carfax it's got the car care tracker where It basically lets me know when the vehicle was serviced & when it will need servicing again etc.

Recently purchased my new GR Corolla here and had a great experience. One of the very few Toyota dealerships that DOES NOT charge mark-ups and honors MSRP. Special shout out to Joy, Jeng, and Daniel for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Coming from out of town, they graciously made arrangements for me to be picked up from the nearby Amtrak station. They all kept their word in honoring my specific requests for the car I reserved. I was not pressured into purchasing anything I did not want and was in and out of the dealership with my new car in no time.

Received a coupon for an oil change in my email, a "gift" from Clovis Toyota. Went in around 10 am today (Saturday) without an appointment and was told they could have it done by the end of the day since I didn't have an appointment. I waited in the drop off lane for 30 minutes. Once I reached the front, I was told that the oil change couldn't be completed until Monday. Had they led with that, there would be no problem. However, I don't like having my time wasted. I won't be going back.

Service for a detail was terrible. Blake from the office was awful. No respect, didn t care about the work being done, and thought he knew it all while trying to explain why it was bad. Called another worker and they got it taken care of immediately. Dude needs more social training won t recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a new car on 2/16/24. I had not bought a car in 9 years. I decide to buy a Toyota Corolla cross. Tommy Logn is great. He assisted me with the whole process. He was upfront and honest, he let me take my time. So many things have change since last time I bought a car in 2015. Tommy Logn was patience with me, to make sure I made the right choice. If you are looking to buy a new car definitely go here and ask for Tommy Logn, he will take care of you. Two thumbs up.

After an accident I had no choice but to purchase a car. I hadn't purchased a car in over 10 years and was super confused about the process. However, Eddie was great and made the process so smooth. He is kind, patient, and has his clients best interests at heart. He is very knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel comfortable about our purchase! Very quick and easy service! We booked an appointment and we're helped as soon as we arrived. There was free wifi and drinks so I was able to work on my studies while waiting for my car to finish. Mr. Vang was also very reliable and explained everything to us quickly and efficiently! Pleasant experience overall.

The employees were knowledgeable and easygoing and I liked how they gave me some space and time to look at the cars for a while. There was a wide selection of Camrys, Corollas, and Avalons. It was pretty busy but they still came to assist me. The lot s pretty small and the aisle between cars were sort of cramped, so watch out for cars! Also spotted the scratched headlights of an Optima another good reason to come in person!

I had the worst experience with Andrew Keith, the salesman. He himself was very arrogant and giving the rudest remarks anytime a question was asked. Not only did he make it uncomfortable to continue to want to conversate but it came to the point where I no longer wanted to make the deal due to the unsatisfaction of customer service. i have been a faithful customer to toyota since 2003 and this is the worst encounter ive had.

Excellent service experience! Jon made sure we were up to date on our Highlander's maintenance. He gave us recommendations on things that needed to be addressed. We will definitely be returning the next time our car needs to be serviced.
