They gave us different prices first it was one price we said go ahead do it the they came back with another price which was fine wasn t to much of a difference but then they came back and told us it would be 3 x the original price we were quoted. We are a small business and we don t have that money laying around. We told them we will just pick it up and again we got one price to just leave it as it was with the motor taken out then when we called again we got a total different price. Which is crazy. I suggest if you work with them either get a written quote or don t do business with them !Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have Carmax Care. My deductible was $150. I took my car in for air, and there was a sound coming from one of my wheels.They fix the sound same day. Going in to fix air on Tuesday.Staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. I gave them a four and not a five because I believe there s always room for improvement and no one is perfect. Definitely would recommend. Not even a year later, and it is experience Ensing the same problems as before.They said it was no longer under the warranty .My car experienced some damage while I was being fixed ..Someone fixed someone was not .

Just an FYI. Very nice people but the money didnt add up.Took my truck in to have an issue with my serpentine belt diagnosed. My belt kept shredding even after having all my pullies replaced (at a different shop) several times under warranty. But the belt keeps shredding thought I'd take it to a shop that works on diesels to get it properly fixed. The diagnose the issue as needed a new OEM tensioner pully. This would have been the 3rd OEM pully I dont see how 3 pullies could be bad, but if they did it at least I'd have a warranty. They wanted 800.00 do this job. The old pully was already off and would have to go back on so it couldn't of been any additional labor right? New part on or old part back on same labor. My old part was only 2months old so I could have taken it back to ford for a replacement. 200.00 to diagnose a new pully. 600.00 to put a new pully on. (lithia ford 155.00 for new pully) 445.00 labor to put a new pully on or 0.00 labor to put old pully on? Granted they probably mark up the price of the pully as well but still over 400.00 in labor to but a new pully on but 0.00 to put the old pully on? I dont understand the pricing. Everyone has their own experiences and this was mine.UPDATE: took my truck to the dealer hoping they could get to the bottom of my problem told them what Quality Automotive and Diesel said was the problem. Ford charged me an hour labor to diagnose it.( about 1/2 what quality charged me and I thought dealerships were more expensive!) They said the tensioner was fine and didn't need replaced. The belt was off alignment due to the power steering pump pully not being aligned correctly. They aligned the pump pulley and installed a new belt. No more shredding no more squeaking. I've put about 1000 miles on the truck still no issue. The repair from the dealership with diagnostic fees new belt and labor......257.88 about 500.00 less than what Quality wanted to charge and the problem is fixed. Quality's 800.00 fix would not have fixed the issue since it was not the tensioner pulley. Maybe Quality new it was the power steering pump pully and they were only going to align it and just charge me for new parts? Just wanted to update my review.AGAIN I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

These guys saved the day. Traveling from Arizona, my Ford truck sprung a diesel leak. We were stranded and they got us right in and made it a priority to do the job, correctly. Brought my duramax in with a check engine light and they scanned it for me on the spot to see what the codes were, then they scheduled me an appointment for a full diag. Great service, I will definitely be bringing my cars back in the future. They could have turned me away and had me schedule an appointment first but they were nice enough to take a couple minutes and do it right then and there just so I had the piece of mind that I shouldn't do any damage if I drove it around anymore before I could get in for the full diag.

Good prices and honest mechanics are hard to come by. These guys are local, honest and do a great job. Definitely recommend!
