Great customer service! Thought I needed a plug but turns out screw didn't punctured all the way in. They made sure tire wasn't leaking and sent me in my way.

Absolutely horrendous service. Called to schedule an alignment at 11am. The manager said they were busy but scheduled me for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25pm and was told "I can't do any more alignments today, we're too busy". When I told them I was specifically told to come at 3:30 and my name was taken down, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said they couldn't do it. No apology. No suggested alternative. Nothing. Just brushed me off nonchalantly with zero care. Needless to say I, nor anyone I know, will ever visit that place again.

Great service and support! I travel regularly from SoCal to Fresno to visit family and after a long trip, I found I had a flat tire. I was desperate and helpless. I was referred by friends to Mac s and was not disappointed. Despite being a walk-in, and seeing that they were extremely busy, Matthew helped me, and provided his time to immediately check the tire and determine it could be fixed. He repaired it, and within just a few hours, I went from completely overwhelmed to extremely grateful. They made the experience easy. Just as someone recommended Mac s to me, I will be sure to pass forward the recommendation.

I didn't want to write this review but leaves me no choice. My first time, great job. Alignment was perfect. Took my vehicle there 2nd time, car keeps pulling to the right and steering wheel is off to the right. Took car there to have it correct. They said they couldn't do anything to fix the problem after realignment unless they break down the control arms or parts. Just don't know why they couldn't fix this issue. Look and decide to see if this is wrong.Thank you for your response but, I fixed it myself by watching YouTube.

The customer service is good. It just sucks that when I got an Alignment it was still moving the left while driving. Had to get an alignment somewhere else

Mac's Tire Pros don't just do tires, so give them a call for other car care needs! I was first referred to them for an alignment with no following issues (I've had bad alignments before, but not here). I then reached out to see if they would help me diagnose a noise, and it started off as a "Customer states" situation, but soon after reproducing the noise, my tech Josh was very persistent to figuring out the cause of the noise. Unfortunately, it's nothing now three people couldn't figure out (and they're all experienced), but he had given some great tips and what to consider and watch for. The shop is full of kindness and they took care of my car care needs for the past three visits for various and follow-up things. This is my place to go.

The only shop in Clovis that could find these rare small tires for my tent trailer. They set an appointment for two days later and right on time they promptly put the new ones on so we could head out on the road! Super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks so much!!

Went there to get my truck looked at. Thought I had a broken cv axle in the front. After letting them know the symptoms it sounded like my front passe get tire never disengaged from 4 wheel drive. They took about an hour and replaced some vacuum lines and got it out of 4 wheel drive, and they did this all for free! Real nice and helpful workers, I'll definitely be back if I'm ever need of work again!

The shop evokes small town, nostalgic vibes of yesteryear. Rodney, a third generation mechanic and owner, is a smooth, pleasant and honest guy. Seems like a man of great integrity. Impressed with the work. Punctual and quality. Highly recommend.

Our experience was great, because @ first we didn t realize that we almost had a flat tire due to a nail. It wasn t even 7 In the morning so in our area, most tire shops don t open until 8-9 in the morning except Firestone, so I went their first, but they wanted nearly $300 for a new tire. So they referred me to a shop around the corner that had used tires but they didn t tell me they removed the nail, so when that place didn t open on time that s when I found Mac s on google & seen they where close by & they saved me $150.00 & got me back on the road safely. Thank you for your early & professional service.

My first experience with Mac s tires was excellent. New tires at the lowest price, in and out, not too bad a wait. This is an excellent place to buy tires.I thought I d give their mechanics a shot and had them replace bearings and u-joint on one side. They did the work for a reasonable price ($350 ish for bearings and ujoint). I made the one-hour drive home okay, but when I went to use the car again, it had no brakes and was vomiting transmission fluid. It was so bad, I thought someone had sabotaged my vehicle. When I was able to get a look, I found that the transmission fluid cooling line had been knocked completely loose. They had me bring it in and they fixed the broken things but that represented a two-hour round trip for me. (The broken brakes seemed to be unrelated to their work and just, by chance, went bad when they were working on the vehicle.) They do not test drive vehicles after having completed mechanical work. Had they test driven, they would have caught the knocked-loose transmission fluid tube.

At Mac's Tire Pros in Clovis, California.The name of their Business IS EXACTLY what YOU Get!!!Professional, SERVICE from the moment you Drive onto their property, and YOU WILL be a SATISFIED Customer when you drive off. They are the Best in my Book. From the Front office Staff to the Crew under the hoods, and under the vehicles outside they all are Dynamite GREAT at WHAT THEY DO!So remember if you need something fixed on your vehicle GO to MAC'S in Clovis. Awesome staff! This shop is like in-n-out for cars! Came in today for a cmc replacement, and some minor issues the dealership wanted $800 out of me for just 3 jobs! Came into Mac s and they took care of it for $600 less than what the dealership asked for. They also wanted my car overnight and I had to be somewhere the next day. Mac s had me ready in under 2 hours! Definitely coming back.

These guys know their stuff compared to store chains. I was referred to this shop by 559Yotas. At first I was hesitant because I've been chasing my alignment problem for years. Been to many big name shops and been told everything is in spec. Even Toyota dealer said the same thing. I went to Mac's by chance because I called a store on Shaw and Fowler. They told me to come in only to find out the tech guy just went out to lunch. I was upset for wasting my time. So i decided to call Mac's Tire. Price was cheaper than the shop I first went to. So I went and spoke with the gentleman there(Rodney) and immediately I was impress with his knowledge. Go to any shop and they would just say we'll check to see if it is in spec. But that didn't solve my problem. Rodney told me what should work better for my truck and had his tech do his magic. Man, I've been wanting to get rid of my truck for so long and Mac's tire changed all that. Truck drives fantastic.

Mac's Tire has done a great job for me. They have good products and good service. I'm a local contractor and they've done all my tires for 5 different vehicles over the last 10 years. I especially appreciate that they are a local company! Rodney is customer service orientated and does everything he can to take care of your tire and service needs.

I had to have my oil pan and axel boot fixed and was recommended by my boyfriends dad that this was the place to go too, Rodney has always been super friendly to me and I feel like I can really trust Macs. It was also very affordable I will always take my car here.. not your typical mechanic that tries to charge you for anything

Great customer service and very proactive in finding a solution for their clients. I have been to my fair share of tire shops/mechanic shops and I am used to the hard sale. Mac's Tire Pros come from a place of contribution and put their customers first and do not force the "hard sale" on you so you can make educated decision on your vehicle needs.

Fast, Same-Day, Walk-In Service! We needed an alignment and went in without an appointment. They were able to get us in right away at a very great price! Highly recommend them.

Be very careful when leaving this shop.They do not double check themselves to be sure all lug nuts are tightened. Twice, not once but twice, my tire fell off while driving right after picking up my vehicle. I figured the first time, hey maybe stress. Second time, nah. Carelessness.

Fair prices, knowledgeable, and honest. After a very bad experience with a chain store (involved a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and them refunding money) Mac's will get all of my business.

Made an appointment for an Alignment, check in at the right time and was told 2 cars in line. Waited for 2 hours and was told next but instead they did an alignment on another car. Better go somewhere else. Will be my last visit...
