Ordered a belltech 4/6 drop kit and received everything in less than 2 weeks. Installation was easy and high quality parts. This is the second lowering kit I have ordered from KW. I would definitely order more kits in the future. 2020 Silverado RST, belltech 4/6 drop kit, 24in Asanti ABL-29 295/35r24.

Horrible customer service. We had a bad experience with Noel! One of the sales reps. He gave me some part numbers for a lift then after I ordered them. Told me they couldn t sell them to us. They will lie to you. So be careful ordering parts. They might cancel your order and say you they never told you anything

Recently purchased bell tech suspension from a vendor (TBSSOWNERS.COM)and had horrible experience on getting my shocks replaced as they were still under warranty. I reached out to KW automotive and had a conversation with Javier Gomez in regards to my issues. Javier assured me that my shocks will be replaced under warranty and even had them shipped overnight so I can drive my truck again. The customer service Javier had provided was excellent and he should be recognized for his service. Truly grateful for Javier helping me out and not waiting for a month for a response. I highly recommend the company and Javier for any of your vehicle parts. Thanks a million Javier and hope to do business with you soon.

I recently ordered a belltech drop kit and sway bar kit for my wife's 2001 chevy tahoe. I called KW and reached a Sales person by the name of Noel, I have no experience in lowering vehicles, Noel took his time with me and explained what the best kit would be with proper shocks for my wife's usage, and highly recommended the sway bar kit to complete the lowering and make the ride the best possible experience. It is awesome to have someone with such a great knowledge base, we are extremely happy with the service and the product we received. Thanks so much

I have been trying to get my coilovers rebuilt for a couple of months now and keep getting the run around. I am not trying to do a warranty claim. I keep getting told that I will receive my RMA number within a few days so that I can send them in. With as large of a company as KW is, the lack of communication and customer obsession is appalling. I am concerned that once I send my coilovers in it will be difficult to get them back rebuilt, but as far as I know there are no other options. I have owned multiple sets of KW coilovers and this will be my last set.

KW automotive stepped up and helped me out with my belltech kit I bought. They took full responsibility of their product and made it right. Great customer service and support!!They are great people to deal with. It is no wonder they are #1!! Thank you KW!

WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE KW SUSPENSION PRODUCTS! I've had a failure with my KW Street Comfort coilovers, and have been communicating with Braden Gentleman in their Warranty Department. Braden asked that I submit a Tech Sheet per their warranty requirements - which I did. He reviewed and stated I should raise the height of the coilovers - which I did. As this did not resolve the problem (serious clunking over bumps), Braden asked that I take my car to a specified�shop - which I did. They didn't fix the serious issue either! Now, Braden no longer responds to any of my emails as he's decided to cut off communication and not honor any warranty claims per their defective product! The coilovers are less than six months old! This is truly disgusting customer service C/o Braden and KW Suspension. BTW - here's the slogan Braden signs his emails with, "Your complete satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience are our number one goal here at KW Automotive. Have a wonderful day!"� TALK ABOUT A TERRIBLY DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Javier Gomez is the man and a true all star for his product. I lowered my 2006 Silverado Crew Cab with another brand. Then I found Belltech and love the product. The product is made to fit and quality is superior to other brands I have used in the past. The best part of the deal is the customer service I received. A gentlemen by the name of Javier Gomez went over and above to not only find me what I needed, but also to make sure that what he was selling me was correct. Most importantly, he looked up all my previous orders to confirm that what he was selling me was the right thing and compatible with my what I was trying to accomplish. Javier Gomez is a star and should be made mgmt. and given a raise!! Cheers, KW/Belltech!!

Ordered shocks June 20th. Didnt hear anything for 2 weeks. Decided to call this past Thursday. Was told they're waiting on parts to build the rear shocks. I asked to cancel the order and get a return. Ordered different shocks. Then the next day I got a ship notification and a email from KW automotive. I called fedex friday had them stop shipment and had the packaged returned. Emailed KW automotive about what I did and that I wanted a refund. I called today. hopefully i got somewhere. Hopefully i get a refund soon.

The most arrogant, lazy, and rude people I have ever in my life dealt with!! belltech sales people are too lazy to even attempt to help a customer with info. I was in the process of placing a $400 order but instead got nothing but mouth and disrespect!! they didn't want to help me find the right part but instead they wanted to warn me about not taking a return bla bla bla!! they lost a good sale due to stupidity and being lazy. stay away from belltech they don't care about customer service at all!

I was having some issues with some kw clubsports for an s2000. It had some minor scratches on the springs. I reached out to Braden from KW. At first he was little hesitant to help me out but in the end he made everything right and I m completely satisfied with the purchase.

I used the online Customer Service portal to inquire about my truck and why there are issues in trying to achieve the lowered stance I desire. I received boiler-plate replies from the Belltech support person without understanding my problem, or seeking to further understand my issues. Here's a copy pasta of my actual interaction (so far):"Good morning. Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening with the CV, or any other concerns or problems, when you attempt to lower a 4WD GMC 1500 (2013)? I've heard reference to binding, vibration, or even breakage of the CV, but I haven't heard exactly why. Is the angle too drastic? Is the CV too long/short? Are there any workarounds for this problem? I would really like to see at least a 3/5 drop, but ideally 4/6 on my truck, but I want it to be dependable and be able to achieve alignment.Thanks so much,[Me]"Reply:"Hello,Thank you for contacting Belltech. I'm not sure where you are hearing this information. I have never heard of this being an issues with our kits. The lowest we go on a 4WD is a 2/4" drop. This is done with a 2" drop spindle in the front. When using a spindle it is not changing the suspension geometry so you don't tend to have the same issues as you would when dropping it with a spring. The part number for your truck is 641SP.Regards,[Belltech]"My return reply:"Thanks, but I wasn't insinuating that your kits had problems. I'm simply interested in why the 4WD can't be lowered more than 2" in the front. I'd like to find out what is keeping this from being a possibility. Thanks"Belltech replies again:"Hello,There are many people that have lowered their 4WD more than 2/4 . We do not design 4WD kits lower then the 2/4 because of the alignment and driveline issues it creates.Regards,[Belltech]"and my latest response (this is ongoing at the time of this review):"I know this. That is why I am asking what these issues are. Again, I want to know what the issues are that keep the 4WD from being lowered without potential for issues."As you can see, I am not getting any help here. This is ridiculous. I figured I'd ask a company that is supposed to be a major player in this game for any technical information they had on my situation. But I receive boiler plate BS without any attempt to understand my problem. Take it from me and focus your business elsewhere. Cheers.
