Steven is really fantastic, he isn't a snake oil sales man, but very informational and easy to have open discussions about all aspects in the car buying process. He helped us get all the bells and whistles we could have dreamed of, and made sure we got the best deal possible. He made the whole process easy and treated as like people and not another commission. We couldn't be more pleased. He even let us keep all the stickers on the inside on so we could have fun removing them. Such a great experience, and we feel confident in the aftercare and maintenance and warranties. Highly recommend

Have had nothing but good experiences here. Very knowledgeable staff on the Sales, Service, and Parts side. Definitely an establishment that wants to care for you and your vehicle from the point of purchase throughout the the time of ownership of your vehicle. I recommend seeing Louie in Service for someone that is always friendly and helpful about your vehicle every Service to help you get your vehicle maintenance done to get back on the road. Everyone that was involved in me getting this car was outstanding. The service that you get here terrific. You couldn t get better service anywhere else. You don t have to worry about them being fake or trying too hard. I was nervous at first but after the approvals were done it was great. Wonderful place. Got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I had shopped around at dealers down south and up north before I came here. The first offer I received here was the most competitive of them all. The buying process was rather quick compared to past experiences at other dealers. All in all, it was a good experience. My sales representative Edward was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating. I highly recommend you buy your next vehicle here.

Went in to get a Kia Carnival, already knowing exactly which one I wanted and was approached by Evan. He helped us out and got me in a 2024. On top of helping us out like he did, my daughter was going nuts and bored because it took awhile with me getting a brand new one, but not once did he complain or anything about how she was being! Instead he d stop talking to me and my husband then engage with her while I was signing documents and doing everything else needed. Usually my daughter is not very big on new people but even she took a liking to him!! Evan was absolutely great and if I ever needed another car or if anyone else needed a car, I d definitely send them his way!!

I recently came back to Future Kia of Clovis. They have the best customer service. I was very impressed after my service, I was walked to my car and the door was opened and closed for me. You have a repeat customer. Keep up the good work.

Second time purchasing a vehicle here at this location, and again it was a great experience! Richard was patient and kind during the process of looking at the cars and options, and George wad amazing in the financial portion in helping us get a better rate and lowering the payments! Both super friendly and personable!

I had my electric car serviced at Clovis Kia. I was late for my appointment but they performed the service promptly. It was done much sooner than I thought it would be. All issues were taken care of and the staff is friendly. The waiting room is pleasant. Everything is attractive and clean.

My experience with Future Kia was exceptional and this was my first time of working and then owning a KIA. The sales manager Jose was keeping everything honest and up front and made it work. Evan and Roy as salesman met our expectation and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with no haggle or pressure to purchase. I went back to Future Kia 2 days in a row but kept in touch with them through text message and then came and closed the deal and drove away with a brand new EV6. I recommend if you are looking for a new car and maybe never thought of purchasing a KIA might want to go there to look into it. Iam officially in the KIA family. And it was worth it all. Paperwork with George was professional and fast and very thorough as well.

Thank you Johnny and Curt I was approved after a week of messing with other places after having my car wrongfully taken from me I had no choice but to get a new one and I was exhausted from all the lots and hearing no or giving me some funky cars to chose from then I heard from curt and he said he was gonna work on it and a few days later I was approved for a car way more than I had been trying for a reliable car with low mileage 2018 fully loaded car and worked with me on everything u dunno how much I appreciate u helping me out during this hard time I was having Thank You JOHNNY AND CURT I OWE U GUYS LUNCH FOR SURE !!!! Picking up car tomorrow will add pics then

Future Kia of Clovis sales reps were super understand. They did not push for a sale, instead listen to what we wanted and went with what we want. Anthony Cantu was our sales rep and he did not pressure us into anything. He was very calm and was always very accommodating. All and all their staff were great.

This experience was tedious. We dealt with many staff members and the salesperson, Eddie, gave us the run around. After entertaining them for 3 hours we left because they tried to increase the interest rate despite my good credit score. After returning home with no vehicle, we received a call from the sales manager, Jose, who made the deal more acceptable. The finance manager, Jared, was very friendly and professional. After a total of 6 hours spent with Kia we got a car.

Big town, small town service, we felt comfortable when we arrived to look. Richard Lopez is awesome, answered questions, took the time to look for what we were looking for. George in Finance was awesome as well, lookin for the best to help through this stressful time of car shopping. Looking for a car, come here, you won't be disappointed

I have to say, best customer service experience i ever had buying a car! Talk to richard! Funny, outgoing, honest as can be! Worked with the finance manager George, down to earth, friendly and most of all, caring! Both these gentlemen, were patient, have the most outstanding professionalism, genuine and the qualities anyone would want to work with! These two really have made car buying, easy! Thank you! This was my first experience at Future Kia of Clovis and would strongly recommend this dealership. Our salesman, Evan was friendly and knowledgeable and made the purchase process easy. Likewise, the financial guy, George was quick and to the point. In-and-out in under 4 hours including 2 test drives, trade in valuation, and all the paperwork.

Well, usually you get a pushy and time consuming car dealership.THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE!These guys were absolutely amazing.Not only did Future Kia make everything convenient for buying a new car by starting legal and financial paperwork online, but they were super attentive when we finally came in to sign paperwork. We were in there maybe 90 minutes tops.Thanks to all the staff who made car shopping a pleasant and easy experience!

Feb 8 2024I spoke with Robert Even text and sent him information and pictureOf door lock and vin # per his requestAdvised him of my door lock issue . Some one tried to break in1st contact I'll get back to after I sent picture.2 days later i contacted Robert by text he said only one person working in maintenance. But was checking in on on it " I'll get back to you".Last attempt. I had to call. Robert said said they have been busy in the parts department and he looking online for a white door know replace out for two weeks said he was working on it ( and it wasn't even white). Today is Feb 28, 2024No response no update no contact from the rep Robert in the service department.My next stop will be going to speak with the manager directly inside the store.This is poor service, poor follow up and poor customer service in the Kia service depart from Robert. Lack of detail and follow up.Service manager departmentIf u would like to see full conversation via text I have that information for you.

Of all the cars that I have bought I would alway feel pressured and rushed to buy the car. But not at Future Kia of Clovis. They were patient, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. . The finance Agent was very understanding and helpful with my concerns.. He made everything honest and clear with me on choices of warranty coverages. I felt very comfortable and reassured. I am so happy with the warranty protection and the car. I told everyone at work about my New car and how well I was treated. If anyone mentions to be about getting a new car , I m going to tell them to go to Future Kia of Clovis. God Bless you guys . Ps Thank you Vincent for the hot tea and coffee for my wife and I. Vince at Future KIA was great. He found a Sportage EX Hybrid that had the packages that I was interested in and recommended some items that I hadn't considered. He took the time to explain some of the technology to me and invited me to call him with questions or to make an appointment to go over anything that I had a question about. It was refreshing that he let me take my time making a decision and didn't try to rush me.

My wife and I purchased a 23 Kia Soul at Future Kia in Clovis, Ca. Our salesman was Stephen Vercoe. Stephen was awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, and didn t pressure us all. The whole experience was like buying a car from a friend. We love our new Kia Soul. It s a great little car! I would recommend Stephen Vercoe and Future Kia to any of my friends, family, and coworkers. 10 out of 10!!!

Just picked up my second Kia vehicle from Future Kia of Clovis. Second time I have a great experience here,, from the time I walked up to the door, to the time I drove off with my new vehicle. Will definitely return if the time calls for another upgrade. Had a 2hr30 drive to get here from Salinas and it was worth every minute of it. Thank you again

Salesman Anthony is excellent. He knows his vehicles, and believes in what his company is doing. Finance department Joshua is excellent, and on point with his department.. Very fast and efficient. The team at this dealership is very professional, hard working, and take care of business. I felt like I was a valued customer through my entire process.. Kudos to this dealership, it was a refreshing experience versus what the other brands are doing currently.
