Heath helped me get 4 new tires and a car alignment he helped me get the best deal for my money. They were fast and professional. He explained everything on my papers so I understand the prices brake down and warranty that came with my tires. I took my one year old with me and they were super sweet to my baby girl. I will recommend them to family and friends for sure!!

I had a TPMS warning light on my Toyota Tacoma. Javier was able to determine that I had a confirmed bad sensor and that the other sensor's batteries were getting low. He was honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return for future truck needs and would recommend Discount to anyone else looking for an honest shop!

Good location at Willow and Shaw in Clovis with easy access to Hwy 168. Hard to beat prices, discount coupons galore. The 3-way guarantee is probably the best in the highly competitive tire business: lowest price, 100% satisfaction (30 days or 500 miles tire test drive), ENTIRE PRICE - "The price we quote is the price you pay". Highly recommend!

Great service! Rouben, new management, took care of me. Website stated in stock but Rouben clarified to me that the website is quoting what they have in the warehouse, not on hand at the store. Not a problem. He ordered the tires and updated me with ETA of said tires. I came the next day and Rouben and his crew had me and my GSF in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place for your tire needs. I will be back the next time I am in need of tires. Can't recommend this place and Rouben enough.

Great customer service. The showroom was very clean, the staff Heathe and Reuben were very friendly. My tire was fixed in no time. I will back for my car services due to the great service. They are always helpful, honest and friendly.

Don t waste your time coming here. If you want Leo to try to upsell you on a totally different job that you came in for, and then when you refuse, he refuses to even touch your vehicle. I took mine to Les Schwab after and they told me no issue. Very unprofessional here. This place is a dirty shop. All the staff are.

This place always helps me out, explains things and has good prices/deals. I know about dental, not cars.Special thanks to JOSE A. at this appointment I lost the lock to my rims and can't wait on my tires anymore and the alignment is terrible. He gave me advice and said I can get a lock set and even where to get it at a good price. I wouldn't have known about any of this otherwise. He also explained it's better for me to get this lock myself in case I get a flat tire one day. I'm so happy now with my new tires and lock it's riding smooth The mechanic who rang me up also said he's a good guyThank you Jose!!!

We asked for tires change service and the installation of the missing bolts.They charged us FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for changing ALL of the pre-installed bolts on the tires. (Service we obviously didn t request)(From the photos you can see that there are still missing FOUR bolts, and they charged us almost ONE THOUSAND dollars in total for the job.)UPDATE: They didn t install the tires properly, because now we re having problems with the sensors, we first thought that they didn t inflate them properly, but even after regulating the pressure the TPMS check light still persists.2ND UPDATE: They were available and they explained us the situation well enough: the problem with the sensors is not with the wrongful tire installation, but the simple fact that the battery of all the sensors has run out, therefore dead. So in short, we need to install new sensors because the ones we have are not functioning anymore. A thanks for the detailed explanation is in order.

This was my first time at this location and I could say it was by far my best experience I was told by Les Schwab I wouldn t be able to get my tire fixed however store manager rouben at discount tires personally saw to my vehicle being immediately serviced even providing me with the nail that was in my tire

They have repaired my tires so many times in the last 2 years! They are wonderful. I must have bad luck needing so many tire repairs but they always turn it around by helping for free. Great place!

I really wanted to give Discount Tire a chance and man I sure made a mistake. I called Saturday to get a quote on 4 new tires and schedule an appointment (For Sunday). The cheapest tires for a standard car was $512 and of course the buy 2 get 2 free promotion going on right now, they were out of all the tires and didn't know when they would be in stock. I showed up Sunday to have the tires put on and they only had 3 of the 4 tires. The sales person was insisting that I let them put the 3 on that day and come back the following day to get the other one. Of course I didn't let them because I didn't want to put new tires on if the alignment was out of wack. Will the next day they install the tires and when it came to pay the sales person (Leo) was extremely rude. Leo demanded payment. Didn't even ask my sister what she would be paying with. He looks at her and says you have to swipe your card to pay for it or you wont get your car. My sister explained to Leo that she was going to use my credit card (she's an authorized user) but doesnt have the card because I applied for the credit card on Sunday when they were suppose to of put new tires on. She explained that the sales person from Saturday was able to look the account up on the computer. He quickly replied will I can't find her account. He did not ask for her information. I then gave him the information and he still "couldn't find the account" at this time he said you need to give me another form of payment or you won't get your car back. I had to call my sister at work to try to get her to talk to him so I could get my car and leave. After rudely going back and forth he was able to find the account and then commented the system has been slow all day. The way he talked to me and made me feel was not acceptable and not professional. The work they did was not professional. I left with my now check engine light and low tire light on (how if new tires were put on my car). After looking over the paperwork when I got home I read the comment that there was "major leaks" but no one came out to explain or discuss the findings "major leaks" with me. I will not be returning to Discount Tires for any services.

Just needed to have one flat tire replaced. Overall, the service at the tire center was very courteous and quick.However My initial call to Discount Tires had me on hold for 29 minutes! I decided to call back, go thru the menu, wait, another 10 minutes, and Javier picked up and was able to assist me.

Been here twice for oil changes, notice my car would die when first started cold. Didn't think much of it till I took it to another mechanic and the oil filter hadn't been changed in quite some time. It was almost completely stuck on my car they said.

They fixed my flat tire, aired up my spare tire, and checked the codes my spare tire caused all for free. I have never had a bad experience with discount tires and I have been coming for many years. 10/10 would recommend. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

Went in to have brake service and check the oil light sensor. These guys are great at working with me!! TJ explained why my brakes were making a squealing noise and why my oil sensor light came on! They are accommodating and gave me great service

I had an issue with my brakes, and David, the mechanic at this location, was able to identify and fix it very quickly. Javier, the manager, is very professional and went over everything with me when the work was complete. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a reliable team. Thank you

This place is number 1 to me in customer service and car repairs. They get you in quick and don't try to intimidate you, just because you're a woman, unlike Clovis Auto. They don't discriminate against your gender and overcharge you either. I feel welcome every time I walk in and they make me feel like they actually care about your concerns. One time someone even stayed late, after they already closed, to work on my husband's car just so he could get it back the same day he took it in. You'll never find amazing auto and customer service like that anywhere else in town. Thanks guys!!!
