Completely satisfied with the work done on our 2018 Toyota Camry. Amber was super friendly and helpful throughout the process from beginning to end. Amber took all our questions and concerns off our shoulders; and kept us updated constantly throughout the process of repairs giving us peace of mind. Vehicle repairs were completed few days sooner then promised. Highly recommend Amber and Caliber Collision to anyone in need of any body work done on their vehicle.

Truck looks Beautiful. Billy(Service advisor), Lupe(Master tech) and Eddie and team ( paint crew)did a fantastic job. Jesse Moreno made sure my vehicle was returned like new. Janie at the front desk assisted with getting me scheduled like a true professional. My back was injured so Jesse Settle the GM returned my car to my home and picked up my rental as a customer service option they did not have to do. The rest of the team really lived up to their reputation. Highly recommend

This shop did a great job on my car. They dealt directly with my insurance company and made the process very easy for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They did a full inspection and kept me updated on anything they found while repairing the damage on my car. Thank you Caliber Collision for your help.

Professional, kind and honest repairs. From the first phone call throughout the entire repair process, everyone at Caliber Collision was a pleasure to work with. They were communicative throughout the repair process. There were no surprises. They were kind and compassionate. The work was impeccable and was finished ahead of schedule! From Minor Damage to New Side Repair! Great Job. I Am Happy with The Body Work. I understand it takes time for the car to be ready. I suggest next time check items after ordering parts, make sure they fit.Car kept getting post ponded a few times for pick up on the day they say it would be estimated ready, but they did a great job on body work.Thanks to Amber She took her time with me while I kept bugging her by phone about my car.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly people. They kept us informed of the progress on our car. Very handy having Enterprise car rental company pick us up from the business to take us over to pick up our rental car. Then just leave the rental at Caliber when the car was beautifully repaired.We will be recommending Caliber Collision on Minnewawa and Herndon to everyone. Thank you for a job well done!!

Caliber Collision is the body shop you want to take your vehicle to if you need any kind of body work done. If you need to have a rental car while yours is being repaired, Caliber Collision will make the arrangements for you to be picked up and taken to the rental car agency where you can rent a car. There is no need to worry about a thing. Caliber Collision will take care of you. A couple weeks ago I took in my grandfathers car. I don t know a thing about cars so I was really nervous. I met with a very educated guy but I don t remember his name because I swear he was talking car in some foreign language. Thank the lord a very nice lady named Debby came around the corner and must have seen the blank stare on my face because all of a sudden she was speaking car in desperate grandson. She took care of every single step of the process and made sure I stayed in the loop the whole time. I didn t even have to really contact my insurance much because she handled it all. Highly recommend this shop! Debby says she s been in the business for over 20 years and I swear she can t be that old but she really does know what she s doing and is much less intimidating to deal with than all of the other men there. No offense to any of the men who work there I m sure they are just as educated, but it was definitely nice to deal with a gentler touch as someone who was clueless going in.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Great customer service and thorough communication. Unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss. All that aside, I had an excellent experience. Caliber Collision showed me the damage and worked in an efficient manner in conjunction with the insurance company and car rental company as well.

Great experience. Kind and helpful. Kept me up to date what was happening with the vehicle. Not all Caliber Collisions are the same or give the same treatment. Caliber on Minnewawa was outstanding and will be the only place I take my cars for repair. And Jesse was amazing. He was so sweet and kind. He made us feel welcome and he was so helpful.. Jesse walked me through the whole process start to finish. Answered all of my questions. Told me he would take care of it all and he did. He kept me up to date on the status of repairs. I like how I was able to sign the papers electronically opposed to going down to the office. I was able to check status via a link that was texted to me. When I went to pick up my car, Josh was very helpful. He took me and my son outside to show us the car. Asked if we had any questions. Told us about the warranty. Showed my son and I the tires and recommend getting some new ones to avoid a blow out. Went over the final paperwork. This was a stressful time so not having to worry about the repair was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Very fast and courteous. Went above and beyond on the repairs. Helped me with items left in the rental. The only thing I wish is that the inside of my car was left in a cleaner state that what it was, but only took me a couple minutes when I got home to wipe it down. Definitely come here for your repairs!!! Will leave your car looking like the accident never occurred :)Service: Body & Trim

Last week on November 22, 2022 I went in to turn in my car for a front bumper repair as well as the hood of my car and was greeted by the nice front desk employee. I was then helped by Joshua Bryant and he was really kind and helpful with the information he gave me. Although they weren't able to take in my car due to their space being filled up Joshua was kind enough help me find another location in the Fresno area to be repaired. This Caliber Collision definitely puts their 100% to make sure their costumers are satisfied and happy.
