My wife went to AutoZone today with three little kids in the car because she went to get an oil change and they didn t have an air filter and she really needed one. Jose M was the rep that helped her at AutoZone dude was awesome because she had all the kids he went out to the car change the oil filter for her made it really easy didn t charge her for it, I m super appreciative of Jose.

I needed windshield wipers. I was given the choice of three different brands, and each one was explained to me. Amanda installed them after I paid. She was quick and efficient and personable. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.

Well if your looking for good customer service don't go to the AutoZone by Blackstone & Clinton!!! Fig garden loop and Herndon and Sunnyside have very friendly & helpful workers!!

I just wanted to let you know how terrific Mgr Jose was and his staff in assisting me with my multiple Acura parts I needed. My son and I came in to replace his car battery and Taylor gave us the best customer service! He was very knowledgeable and it wasn t easy to replace the battery in my sons car. He was cheerful the whole time and Morgan even came out to see if we needed help. It was a very hot day and I am surprised you don t have a covering so employees aren t in the hot sun. After my great experience today I will only go to AutoZone and I will tell others to come here.

Store Manager Jose M is amazing. He helped my teenage driver with diagnostics and taught my son some basic skills having to do with our visit. He helped us get a simple solution to a car that needed some basic knowledge to keep it running without the engine light coming on. We had a wonderful experience and will come here again in the future! Thank you Jose!

AWFUL SERVICE. STOOD AT COUNTER AS EMPLOYEES TALKED AMONG THEMSELVES WORKING AT REGISTER. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WALKED IN AND THEY GREETED GIM AND BEGAN TALKING. NOT A SINGLE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED ME EXCEPT TO TELL ME TO GO WAIT AT THE EMPLOYEES DESK WHO HAD ALREADY IGNORED ME. 220PM 10/21.

Today I had a problem with my rear brake pads that I purchased 2 months ago. I needed to return them because I needed the pads not the shoes. It was a problem but the auto associate name Morgan got it to the computer and figure it out what another AutoZone store Did. That was on Kings Canyon and Clovis. They put in the wrong phone number sir that's what the problem was. Morgan So smart and so kind and that just means the world to me treated me like I was family. Morgan was so kind and patience with me it was unbelievable. She said no worries sir I will figure this out for you within a matter of minutes and that's exactly what she did Very professional god bless you Morgan Thank you for making my day fantastic.

Had some electrical issues figured I needed a new battery went into AutoZone and Morgan was able to help me get not only the right battery but also some random E6 starbit that i would of totally of forgot. Awesome customer service ill keep coming back to this place.

I went in at 7:30 p.m on 11-2-2022 and was greeted horribly. I asked the guy ( Jesse) working at the front if he could help me with something as simple as windshield wipers and he said sure but never came to help. A call came in and he answered .....got done with that call and still stood behind the counter but luckily another representative came to help and I believe her name was Vanessa....I just want to say thank you for at least having one customer service representative willing to help me.

Manager Jose M., saved me a trip to the autoshop!! TripleA roadside previously told me that I needed a new battery and terminals as they tried to sell me a battery. I knew my terminals were bad but my battery is fairly new so I held off. I went into this AutoZone with my 13 year old son to buy new terminals and ask about my battery. My battery was in fact still good!! With my permission, Jose, patiently instructed my son on how to change the terminals. He was very detailed, informative and patient with him. Thank you soooo very much!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATIONIt s amazing to see the dishonesty in this world today. So get this. I just recently got a new battery from autozone. I hadn t installed it yet so it sat in my garage for a little bit. I knew it was a good battery because it s new. I just needed to give it a little charge. So I went to my nearest autozone. Not my regular one.I walked in at 230pm March 30thThe manager was in front. I mentioned I needed a battery tested & charged. The manager didn t check the battery for voltage. Just said he would charge it. To Come back in a few hours.I returned at 530. (3hours later ) & a nice employee brought my battery to me and did a voltage check (standard procedure). He said it s reading zero .Like how s that possible. He said maybe it was never put on the charger. The manager comes over and says it s a bad battery. Recommends i buy a new one. I explained to him how it s never been installed in a car yet. It s new. He says it s bad. Gotta buy a new one. He seemed so shady I took my battery and left.Went to my regular autozone and they charged it and said it was good. Please beware of this autozone. Great employees. Dishonest manager.

Commercial driver Jarrod went above and beyond on last Saturday. Due to being in the staging area for the Rodeo Parade Jarrod was not able to easily reach my shop. He took it upon himself to park as close as he could and walk the parts the rest of the way. Multiple times. Much appreciated Jarrod!

Employee's were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day there, so with a little patience and wait; they tested my battery and installed my new battery. The employee that changed my battery, walked me through how to remove all three battery holders and reinstall them!! Just remember they can not replace all batteries because of location of battery, so always verify with them first before assuming they will!!!
