Went in on a Saturday afternoon, not too busy. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by a representative who was very polite and helpful. The team patched a tire for me, evaluated the tread wear, and had me back on the road in a very short amount of time. I noticed that they also filled all the tires to the appropriate pressure level as a courtesy. Top class service and expertise here at America's Tire!I'll be back any time I need tires, these folks are very professional and thorough. Look no further than America's Tire!

I want to take this time to applaud the professional & friendly service of the store's staffs. Chris is doing a good job running the store & Anthony was super kind & professional in providing assistance at the tire check station. God bless!

I called this location spoke with Juan about price matching a local competitor. He asked who it was and what the price was. I informed him of the business and he said sure we can match that. Confirmed the out the door price and made the appointment for the next day. Called back to make sure about the order and spoke with Jeremy. Confirmed the price and time. Seemed pretty easy. The following day they call my wife at work telling her that the tires are in. I proceed over and wait in the front for about eight minutes for someone to come out. I tell him I spoke with Juan and Jeremy the day before and that I was there for the tires. They pull up my account and the price match isn't there. They then tell me a quote three hundred dollars more then I was quoted. I say there is a mistake. They then say do you have a screen shot. I said Juan never told me I needed one. Now while we were discussing price the previous day Juan told me he needed to verify with his manager in the tire bays about the pricing and placed me on hold. Now today Juan isn't there but Jeremy was. He comes out and again asks for the screen shot. I say again I didn't have one but could pull it up. I then tell him Juan never informed me that I needed one. He says he was standing there for the entire call and remembers Juan telling me multiple times for the screen shot. I then point out that he was in the tire bays when I first called and I spoke with him directly the second time. I even told him about the pricing quote provided by Juan. He says that I never spoke to him about this. I then see that he is a liar and ask for the area manager as I see that he is bate and switching the pricing. He tells me that I will never get his regional managers contact information! I teh. Call another location and get the regional managers number without any issues. Then proceed to call him in front of this liar. He was not happy to say the least. If you deal with these liars at this location make sure you get your quotes in writing!!!!

I was impressed how big, clean and spacious this tire stores was. It's very different than the Clovis location. The customer service was excellent. I was surprised when I was told that my tire pressure "fault" was due to old sensors when it actually turned out to be a reconnection issue. I will downgrade my review if I come out of there with under/over inflated tires after my rotation though. This keeps happening at the Clovis location.

Above and beyond customer service. Had a flat, walked in at 1:10pm and out at 1:40pm. They repaired the tire, and suggested a rotation based on the tread, free of charge. And then courteously checked and replaced my wipers right before a rainy weekend which I did not even realize I needed. A reliable tire place right around the block with exceptional customer service... what more can you ask for?

Incredible Incredible Service! Kyle and his whole team were incredible, I gave them a call at 2:30pm and by 3:00pm we had an appointment and was out by 3:30pm it was quick and efficient service thank you for being so kind, genuine and welcoming!

Kyle here is really great. He gave me an estimate for new tires and 2 new sensors. There was some confusion on what sensors were to be replaced and instead of charging extra Kyle had the tire sensors replaced and didn't charge extra for the confusion. Really great company and really great service. I have never had an issue with America's Tire and they always will repair your tire before they try to replace it. I will always come here for service on my tires.

Went in today, to the Herndon location to get my flat tire assessed and ultimately replaced. From the phone call, to the in person interaction , everyone was super friendly and helpful, plus super quick. I don t think I waited more than 15 mins to get my tire replaced and tires rotated. They turned my super stressful situation into a super simple solution. Thank you to the team that helped me out!

I would highly recommend this place!! I came here for a free air check because my tire sensor was going off. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it for free! Excellent service.

Be careful with the cowboy, he goes for up-sale. I went for one thing and he started saying my tires are bad and I need to be replace them (which it is not true previously I went to the one at Clovis and they check my tires and not mention nothing at all about the tires...) this cowboy just want to up-sale and he recommend and goes for the more expensive tire for replacement that I don't want Michelin or Bridgestone tires and again I do not need that I want to fix the sensor... and got upset as I was did not accept his up sale... he change his demeanor.. I told him I want to pre-order some tires for my other car and he didnt want to take my order as he want it to see a car... why he need to see my car they do not carry any tire that size what unreasonable cowboy... Avoid that location as is new and need to do numbers, be careful for the up-sale a bit pushy...

I had a great experience at this newer location. They were informative and thorough about the whole experience. Everyone was super courteous. I came in an hour before closing and there were no issues. I have bought tires with America s Tires before and I like them. I especially like that you can buy tire certificates which saved me $40 on this occasion. Great job! You stand out in a world where good customer service is scarce! I ve already recommended this location to my family.

Cole and Albert were really helpful and informative. I would recommend this location and would definitely recommend America's tires to everyone. Their customer service is terrific. They put their customers' best interests first without hesitation. The quality of service is beyond 5 stars. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and they have never disappointed me once.

These guys at Americas Tires are a class act!Came in about a year ago, had some wheels and tires put on, there was a clearance issue with the wheel weights hitting the caliper, they fixed it right away. About a year later I get the tires rotated by the dealer and the rear tires had the same weights and were clipping on the front calipers again. I go to Americas tire and tell them, completely expecting to pay, and I did. Then when they give me the keys they gave me my $ back. They told me they should have done it right the first time. Outstanding customer service! I won t go anywhere else!Thanks guys!

Had such a wonderful experience at this store! My husband was just here a week earlier for his vehicle and had nothing but good things to say too. They are so helpful and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the music they played as I waited.

Yesterday (5/2) at 5:50p, I stopped there to get air in my tires when the service tech told me my front passenger tire was so blad it wasnt reading and i needed to have it replaced ASAP. Well I decided to do it right then and there not knowing the stores hours. I parked and went in and noticed that they were putting chairs up. I asked if they were closing cause if they were i would have came back the next day and they flat out lied to me and told me no! They proceeded to help get me in 4 brand new tires on my fleet car. Not once did they make me feel like i was an inconvenience to them and they all helped me with a smile on my face, they made me feel valued, and most importantly that my service mattered to them. The people you hire for your establishments always have the best attitudes and make you feel welcomed. I thank each one of them for looking out for my best interest since i have a 300 mile drive coming up. It is service that keeps me coming back to your establishments for the past 20 years. I ALWAYS recommend your company over my own because of the exceptional service i have always received.

I recently had trouble with a flat on a brand new car, this location just opened up so I went ahead and tried it out, they were able to take care of me even beyond their closing time and displayed great attitudes and a strong will to help get me back on the road despite their hours. Definitely going to continue to go here.
