Staff is not very well trained. They do not know how to complete a warranty exchange at this location. I brought in a defective part for warranty exchange and after waiting over 40 min for them to figure out how to complete the Exchange I was told to come back two days later. The reason was only the manager knows how to complete warranty exchange!!!! Everyone in the store should know how to do a simple warranty exchange not tell people to come back days later. Horrible customer service!!!!

Today, I brought motor oil and 2 car batteries to be recycled and was informed by the manager that I'll have to come back when Pepboys (next door) opens to recycle the oil and Advance Auto does not recycle car batteries. I'm never going back to an Advance Auto Parts store again.

Great experience for me. The manager saw I was struggling to make up my mind on some product and came over and spent about 15 minutes explaining to me. Why some were good and some were not.The customer service I received from the manager was over the top. I would recommend this place highly.

BEWARE: my first time ever going to this advance Auto parts store and it will be my last time after purchasing a alternator which turned out to be defective two times and I was not going to get the 3rd from them so I went elsewhere can you imagine how much money I was out of I had to get my car towed every time and pay for labor every time three strikes you're out

The guys at Advance Auto Parts saved my day!!! My battery died at the Costco parking lot. Roadside assistance refused to change my battery they only jumpstarted it I came to advance auto parts where they replaced my battery right away at no cost!!!! This made my day!!!

WORST STORE EVER! IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY, NOT GIVEN YOUR TAX MONEY BACK FOR A REFUND AND NOT GET YOUR ITEM DUE TO THEM ORDERING PARTS WITHOUT CHECKING IF THEY HAVE ANY IN THE INVENTORY, THEN TRYING TO STEAL YOUR SHIPPING PAYMENT(EVEN WHEN THE ITEM WASN T SHIPPED) THEN BY ALL MEANS, GO AHEAD!

I normally do not come to this place i purchase a car part that I needed i payed the mechanic to put the car part on only to find out that the car part was defective so needless to say I had to pay the mechanic again the same price to put the good car part on I will never purchase anything from advance Auto parts again

Definitely cheaper then the main auto parts stores around here the had what the others didn't and couldn't get I highly recommend especially for diy
