Finding a trustworthy auto shop is hard to find nowadays. I took a chance and went here with an issue with my truck. They were friendly over the phone and got me in right away. The found the issue i was having quickly and my truck was fixed. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they were not trying to get extra money out of me. They seem knowledgeable and I feel I now found my new local go to shop. Definitely recommend these guys.

Way to much for spark plugs. I had my 2005 Dodge ram1500 spark plugs replaced the plugs only 16 of them replaced to put them in cost me close to $600 bucks that's no wirers no coils no nothing just plugs.16 NGK spark plugs and coils online NGK and coils$150 at the highest.They called that a Tune up no wires no coils nothing else.Took them 2.5 hrs to do 2.5 hrs for 16 spark plugs that's a trained person.I pulled one out today took me a minute with so so tools.Hey I get it inflation but that was crazy more of a rip off if you ask meNever again.I've been checking around and people are like what !!!!I'm like I know .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was told by Big O Tires that I had a bad head gasket and water pump. Took it to One Stop and they replaced my water pump and had me back on the road within two hours. Nothing wrong with my head gasket. I love these guys they are reasonable , honest, and didn t keep my vehicle all day! So Glad your here thank you so much.

One Stop is fast and thorough, responsive and flexible to customers' needs. We wouldn't be happier with our recent service there, how willing to accommodate us the staff was (I believe the person we interacted with was Mario, and we will be calling them first in the future.

Awesome service! My alternator went out on a trip from Santa Rosa to Chico and One Stop sourced an alternator and installed it within an hour and got me back on my way home! They also provided a warranty card for the work that can be used anywhere! Amazing! Thanks so much for getting me home!

It took me over a year to find out y my would shake. Took it to a few other places. They never fixed it and over $1000.00 dollars later. I took it to One Stop Automotive. Hallelujah finally my car doesn't shake anymore. I want to thank Mario and his crew for getting the shakes out of my life. Let's give them a 10.

I have a handicap accessible vehicle that the PCM went out on it. They did a complete on my vehicle and found out that my tensioner ea the only other thing wrong with it and did the job quickly and professionally!

Very inexperienced tech and as a master certified tech myself I gotta warn you. He has no real idea how a steering system actually works.... Blamed his inability to align my truck on a faulty rack and pinion seal.... This is impossible because the steering gear inside a rack and pinion is designed to still be able to steer in case of pressure loss..... The tie rods are what adjusts toe alignment.... The alignment issue I was having with my truck was camber which is adjusted with eccentrics on the upper a arm on this particular truck..... Rack and pinion has nothing to do with.... After that he refused to make it right which is poor business.... I've also looked at several vehicles he's charged customers boo koo bucks to fix by throwing parts at it.... None of which actually repaired the issue.... One in particular resulted in internal engine damage costing the customer an additional 5000 dollars to repair the burnt valve which occurred overtime from the engine running lean due to the failed maf sensor

Needed an alignment, best deal i could find in town and fixed my backing plate that was toughing my rotor with no extra charge. Perfect mom n pop shop. Thank you one stop auto!

These guys worked there tails off. What started out as an one hour job turned into six hour job through no fault of there own. Jay made the correct diegnostic and replaced the part with a new one from AutoZone that was defective when this was discovered another part was obtained from AutoZone. That was also faulty. In the end Jay pieced the two parts together and made an operating part from the two. I tried to leave a tip that was not excepted. I highly recommend One Stop Automotive in Clearlake Ca for all your Automotive needs. The team is professional and curtious. Exellent experience

Living in a small city with a lot of shops that work on cars, but they are the best people I will let work on my car, these people are always their for people. I will recommend them if anything is wrong with you re car.

With a $60 test they appeared to find a block failure in used car I just picked up for $15k. Staff is friendly.
