Very personable and professional. My windshield was replaced with a short amount of time. I'm very pleased with their work. They also have a fantastic antique store with the office.

Had a windshield that needed replaced and another that needed repaired. Brenda in the office got things ordered and dealt with the insurance company so the new windshield was here within a few days. John and his partner installed it and they were great! They did an excellent job putting in the new windshield, and John even checked/fixed a couple of side windows for me that I had questions about. Very personable, knowledgeable and kind!! It was a great experience from beginning to end!

I highly recommend this place. they ordered my windshield. called me and made the appointment to come in and have it replaced. was in and out in a day. My Appt was at 12 noon , got there appx 5 minutes early , they evaluated the chip in my windshield , and immediately jumped on the job , I'm impressed , the quality of the repair was excellent, by 12: 30 was back on the road, THANKS GUYS !!!! ROB S

I do not recommend doing business with JT Auto Glass.My insurance company recommended them because they said their work was guaranteed. Thier quote was the highest of all the local shops.I paid them a $250 deductible and my insurance company paid the balance. They replaced my windshield and a few days later, 2 body parts that they had removed and replaced to put the windshield in went flying off as I drove down the road.When I returned they told me that I would have to pay for the replacement parts. When I told them that I felt was their responsibilty, they attempted to charge my insurance company. When my insurance company denied the claim, they claimed the part which they had removed and replaced was faulty due to "wear and tear." They were extremely rude to me in a 3 way conference call with my insurance company and the insurance agent told them so. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes but it is unprofessional to not take responsibility when you do. Don't spend your money at this shop. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give them zero.Services: Installation, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Was not happy with the way things,watering for to and for someone to get my Windshield fixed on my Dodge Durango. They somehow couldn't communicate with claims for Triple A. Very very bad operation seemed to know nothing

A passing truck threw up a rock and cracked my windshield. I called JT Auto Glass and the set up an appointment to have my window replaced. They worked with my insurance agent to get this done. They came to my home and replaced the windshield.Rick, their employee, showed up on time and quickly replaced the window. He was courteous and explained everything to me. I will definitely use JT Auto Glass in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Best auto glass shop around. Period. Family owned. Great customer service, replaced my broken windshield the morning after I called for a quote. They also handled my insurance claim so I didn't have to sit on the phone with my insurance company. All I had to do was drop my truck off and pick it up a couple hours later. I send all my friends and family here. AND they do mobile, will come to you and fix your car/truck on the spot. No nonsense. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. Don't waste your time haggling with other shops. JT is solid and dependable.

Really nice people who actually made me feel like they cared about helping me get my windshield fixed as fast as possible. Honest, very upfront about the costs and polite. And they do mobile installations too. Guarantee their work. And they have a warm fireplace and a big screen cable TV to watch while you wait for your car to be fixed! Hot, free green tea and coffee too!

I recently suffered a windshield rock chip. It was just bad enough to radiate cracks so I felt I'd better get it repaired. To have a reference I contacted Satellite Glass but really wanted to spend my money locally. I called Jt Auto Glass. Teresa took my call. She was both cordial and professional while offering an estimate. The price was fair so I booked an appointment. Heather was at the desk when I arrived early. Same thing.., cordial and professional. She took me right in to start the repair. Richard, the tech, did a great job and had me on my way in less than a half hour. Of course I'll recommend Jt Glass without reservation. Thank you all. I see this is a family run business and the owner has responded and does care about the shop. I have changed the review to reflect this. Hopefully others will not have the experience I did.I had a bad experience with the office staff and their customer service. Went in for the first time ever, and was greeted with an irritated stare by an older woman who acted like I was interrupting her conversation with her friend who was sitting there. I had to ask if I was in the right part of the glass shop to ask about work as they just stared at me. Told her I had a glass window track I needed urethane added too, it was as simple as that and she said it would cost $85 for a diagnostic or she couldn't help me. That makes no sense, its literally applying glass glue in a canal, nothing to it. They had no work going on in the shop and lost out on an extremely easy job.

They came to my house and installed my back glass that was shattered last week from a deer. They came and cleaned up all the broken glass and installed the window super fast and it looks good as new!

I called to get a price on a side window for my truck. I was priced at 590$ I was told it was a special window. I proceeded to price check other business every body else even the Chevy dealership priced it at only 200$. This place is a scam.
