It seems they have new employees. Not happy. The old manager quoted me $350 for 4 replacement goodyears.( New manager)Over charged me $ 30.00 a tire. Upsold me . I wanted 2 . Ended up with 4 .I had good year they replaced it with Capricorn and advantage. One odd tire ,? Never told me it wasn't Goodyear. Never gave me a choice. . I called ahead they knew I had good years on the car. Sold me a tire I've never heArd . I kept one tire But I was charged for disposal.My daughter in law bought tires. Then A stem was leaking. They tried to charge him $25.00 to replace it. Not happy.I'm going to Walmart from now on . They sell the same exact tires $ 30.00 $ cheaper. No one on line sells these tires for $94. 00?.At $94.00 a tire for a basic 205 65r 15. It .I feel cheated. I wasn't quoted different prices . Different brands. Never given a choice.Not happy. .

I came here to get my tires rotated and balanced plus I needed my alignment done . They told me my tires were so bad that they should be replaced instead, this was true, I hadn t checked the tread in a long time.They gave me a quote for new tires and alignment and everything seemed great. They said they d throw in alignment with a new set of tires so that was awesome.I called to schedule to get the tires put on and they tell me I ll be getting four new Laufenn brand tires. But now they are charging for the alignment regardless of what my paper estimate they gave me said Ok whatever, I moved forward, I didn t want to be a difficult customer.They put 4 new Kenda tires on instead without asking my consent first.I have no way of knowing if it was their fault or bad luck but one of the brand new tires blew out on the interstate my second time using them . This place informs me their tire warranty wouldn t cover flat repairs or pretty much anything? They said the tire warranty only covers uneven wear after a certain amount of miles.Which is fine but was pitched a different way when being sold. I feel like communication was lacking and I wouldn t recommend this place. I felt misled and taken advantage of by the end of my experience.

BEWARE!!!!! YOU MUST TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ANOTHER TIRE AND OIL CHANGE PLACE TO MAKE SURE B&G DID THE WORK YOU REQUESTED. I FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER TIRE PLACE THAT MY TIRES WERE NOT!! BALANCED AT ALL WHICH I HAD PAID B&G TO DO JUST WEEK BEFORE, THEY LOST MY TIRE KEY AND DENIED IT, THE GUY AT THE COUNTER LIED ABOUT THE OIL CHANGE ALWAYS BEING $60 DOLLARS WHEN I HAD PAID $53 JUST MONTHS BEFORE. I TOLD HIM I have THE RECEIPT IN MY CAR AND THEN HE CHECKED HIS COMPUTER AND I DID PAY $53 before and not $60 ,instead of telling me that it has ALWAYS BEEN $60 ,don't lie just say it went up by $7.I have REPORTED them to the better business bureau. They even gave me my $20 back for the balance they didn't do and said they did even before I found out by the other tire place that the balance was never done.I am going to have my mechanic check to see if they did the oil change at all. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know my own car,nor does it give them the right to take advantage of me and treat me like I don't know what I am talking about concerning my own vehicle. This is why if I have the time I take my car out of county for service. I can count on my one hand how many tire/mechanics are honest, trustworthy and professional in lake county, sad but true.They are HEADED for small claims court soon for their DECEITFUL business ways. Don't trust any of these guys that work there AT ALL!!!

Had to stop here on our way from Reno to Fort Bragg as we blew 2 tires on our RV. They were so friendly and helpful. They had us in and out in a half hour. Never had to unhook or take our animals out of the truck. Price was reasonable too. Great job guys. You saved our vacation. Thanks!!

Great service, in and out in 30 mins. Was sprung on me that I needed a new tire asap @4pm on a Friday, everyone closes usually at 5p, no one had my tire til Monday, B&G were able to do it Sat morning. Little bit more price wise then I expected, but we'll see if it last longer then previous cheaper tire.Update: 2-1/2 plus yrs, still have same tires. At the other place I'd be on my 6th tire. Great customer service. Can't begin to say that enough.

The staff was very helpful. It was very warm in the store, and I was concerned about my groceries being in the trunk of my car, so the manager offered to put them in their refrigerator. They got to my car right away. The only concern I had was that NO ONE was wearing masks.

Went in for an oil change, Today 6/7/2022, dropped my car off, not even 10 minutes later i get a call back saying they broke something during the oil change they "cracked" something. Proceeded to try and Charge me for the replacement part. I found that super shady, Especially when it was caused by them. Get a return call to come pick the car up after it was done, I asked him why he thought it was ok to charge for something they broke, regardless if its some plastic piece or not, it was in there hands being worked on.He then proceeded to not charge me for it once questioned, just a simple question, and said he will take it off and we can find another shop to go to from now on, Or we pay for it and can come back another time, like an ultimatum, Not how you treat customers.everything was civil no raised voices or anything.Just very strange, dont know if thats business practice there or not but that is not right at all. and ill glady take my business elsewhere

Thank you B&G tires.I had a tire that needed air. It was an inner tire on my dually. I had never done this before and needed help. At the same time, my pet temperature alert system was telling me that my trailer was too hot for my animals. Every few minute, my phone report an increase of 2 degrees. I was still half hour to my trailer. The men were so so nice and understanding of my situation. They stopped what they were doing to get me on my way ASAP. I can not thank them enoughI need my tires rotated and was finding this to be a challenge in Lake County, CA. I'm going to schedule my appointment now.All of my animals are fine.

Wow, these guys are so nice! I had a nail in my tire and called first to make sure they had time to fix it. The guy answering the phone sounded surprisingly chipper for a tire shop . They fixed my tire lickety split and even checked the air in the other tires. Next time I need tires, I m coming here!

Great experence from the phone call to the front desk. JR. remembered my tire size as soon as I walked in. He gave me the same great price as stated over the phone ..Out the door price :). The staff was fast and friendly. I had my 2 tires removed and new tires mounted in 20mins. I will be coming back . Thanks B&G Tires.

I have lived here 14 years.This place turns my brake rotors for me, I do some my own work.No issues so far with the rotors he's done for me.Done several oil changes there,with several my cars and trucks when I can't because of health issues.No drips,no loose filter , no stripped drain plug.Give Marvin a chance. He's really a good guy.He has given very prompt service often at little or no advance notice.

Great place. Got stuck in the city needing to get a tire fixed, only place that was able to help. Went in ordered what we needed and they had the parts in by the next day. Fast on the fixes and were even able to stretch tires. Nice staff as well. Honestly the best car shop in town and good pricing to go with the quick service

Thought they were a good place...bought new tires from here. A week later one of them shredded. Was told something punctured the tire and because I "drove it on a flat tire" that the inside had shredded so they couldn't say for certain.Today my husband's tire shredded in the same way mine did after he bought tires from them about 2 months ago.They fixed my tire at a "discount" which wasn't really one but my husband had to go to a different tire shop to get his.I'm suspicious of this shops work, visit with caution.

Went in this morning. Price was unusually high. I noticed it was taking a long time for an oil change. So I asked the guy what was up, and he said they had to retrieve my oil filter from across town. Sat for quite a while longer. Got it back, turned it over, got about a block away, and my check engine light came on. I was already late for work, so I kept driving. Gearbox light came on halfway up a mountain about a half hour later, went into failsafe mode. No previous running problems. Parked it and waited half an hour. Drove off, made it another 30 minutes until gearbox went into failsafe mode again. Happened twice on the way home too. Decided to call and leave a message but I got a fax machine noise screaming in my ear instead of an answering machine. I'll update this review with the outcome of my repeat visit.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE, BUT CHARGE ANOTHER AND GET AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT.ALSO, MUCH HIGHER PRICES THAN COMPETITORS.

They met and exceeded my expectations the service was outstanding the time I was there was wow and they did the work on my cheap correctly I would still be needing a new set of tires PECO is down the street but I'm coming here BNG tires they've got my business if your tires are not becoming to you then you should be going to them

The people at B&G tires are family and they take care of their customers very well and I wouldn't recommend any other tire shop around Clearlake California other than these guys I've had nothing but great experiences with them .....

Found a nail in my tire, and was headed back to Bay Area after Thanksgiving vacation. Called and they said, "Sure, we can help you. Come on in." Nate, the new manager, immediately got us taken care of, and one of his many employees went to work. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes. VERY HELPFUL, VERY EFFICIENT, and VERY REASONABLE! Thanks, Nate!

Got a Safety inspection and was informed that it safe. It was NOT. Put my family at risk on their word. AND... They broke the hinge to the door. Don't trust this place with your vehicle. They are downright shifty.
