We had a storage ask customer about a problems on the roof making leaking.on their stuffs got wet she wont.ker us move dry storageits been rude..

Impressed by the size of the unit for real and it cost 100 a month. That is twice as much space as my unit in Yuba City that I pay $75 dollars a month on. I am not changing locations my is packed tight. From top to bottom and side to side. No room left at all.

Had Storage emergency..They waited after hours to help.Today I ended my need. Thanks to Big Oak..stress of the move from Antioch was greatly reduced.Need Storage...check them out...new doors and locks on units..my 10 � 20 unit was well priced...if needed, I will checking with them first.

We have periodically rented storage space from Big Oaks Storage during the past 10 years. Units have always been clean, dry, and without odors (one of my pet peeves!). Never had any issues with pests - nor did we see evidence of them anywhere. Staff provided us more than ample number of blankets for padding (we did not have to ask for them). Always very friendly and helpful - which was nice to experience, since we were already tired and stressed from moving. Highly recommended!!

Overcharged one month after.rental of Uhaul truck NO NOTICE.NO EMAIL JUST TAKEN WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION OR REASON LEFT US WITHOUT ANY FUNDSNO JUSTIFYING TheyCHARGED.US ADDITIONALLY ONTHE25TH OF JAN AND ALL IF A SUDDEN ANOTHER 64.APPROX IS TAKEN WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY EXPLAINATION OR NOTICE THIS IS NOT ETHICAL OR PROSSESSIONAL ETHICS.VERY SHADY

I do not have any info about this business. It is near where I reside, So somehow GM is associating me to it. However visually it is well maintained & locally convenient for Clearlake Oaks residents

If you aren t a shady person, this place is for you. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is nice for the price.
