Just got my oil changed at Walmart prices are very inexpensive. Jose the service tech was very friendly. They keep you updated by texting you what's going on.. I purchased a few items with my oil change Jose helps me load them in my car and took my cart. Great customer service

I have always walked in for an oil change without an appointment, but now they have decided to do it by appointment only or walk in, Depending on how much work they have, You have to call to see if they are busy or not, and if they are busy, they won't serve you, you have to make an appointment and if they are not busy, you can walk in without an appointment., it seems like a ridiculous decision.It is not the store's decision, it is an order from the Corporation.Apart from everything, they only had one car in there, I think they could serve me because they had four more spaces.Okay Maybe it's not that they lose a lot, but I'm going to another company to change the oil.

The price was right on point I ordered tires and did not take long to arrive the only negative was the online app cancelled my appointment by accident but it's cool Walmart customer service took care of me rescheduled my appointment the app was not able to let me reschedule that's the only negative and thay don't answer the phones nore is there and operator

Very bad customer service! I call every day! No answer! I call more than 20xs and no answer. They need to learn how to pick up the phone when people call! It s very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone

Yesterday afternoon at about 5:40, I rushed there because I found three nails in the two tires on the back of my car, and the right one was severely deflated.Luckily for me, I didn't have to wait and they patched both my tires very quickly and very cheap. Special thanks to Jose!

I went in for an oil change and when I got my car back, here was damage to my driver's side door. It makes noise when I open it now, the sound of metal on metal. And the paint is even chipped a bit there, where the door bends. They also got some weird residue on the area where I switch gears. I mentioned it to the mechanic, and he tried to tell me it was there beforehand. ON MY OWN CAR. I think I would know. Never going back there again.

My wife arrived 9:40am for our 10am appointment for tire installation. However, they could NOT find our appointment on their system. They said for sure the service can be done before 11:30am, So we decide to let them do it. However, the installation is NOT yet done at 12pm. We are late for our next appointment. Very disappointed. They are slow and they don't care. We will never come back. A local tire shop will do a better work than them. I made appointment with Walmart because I purchased the tires from them. My mistake. I should take the entire business to somewhere else.Service: Tires

I purchased 4 tires on Walmart online , the price is good but auto center is bad , I checked in on time the worker took my information, and ask me to come back in one hour, but when I returned the car still there, he said the car lifted support is missed one parts so they can t lift the car to install the tire . They have my cellphone number but they didn t call me , and waste my time . So I took 4 tires went to American tires store near by , they installed the tires with no problem. Conclusion: the service is bad , the worker don t have common sense .Service: Tires

Today 2 pm went there for oil change. Just 2 young Latinos work. One of them talked to me unclearly so we couldn't communicate well. Besides, his attitude was commanding me where to and what to in unclear English. I gave up and went out! Walmart needs to train these workers how to deal with customers kindly and effectively in nice English.Service: Oil change

The tech was arguing with me that my battery is not within warranty and that no batteries come with one and I had to buy a new one. I explained I purchased the Gold which came with an extended warranty because of the price. He stated to me "well my manager has never done a warranty replacement and the customer has to pay for a new battery. Requested to speak with the manager directly and the manager confirmed that it was indeed covered under warranty which the tech seemed surprised by his answer. Received a new battery but something was off as the car felt like there was not power being distrubuted. Example: HUD would dim when headlights are on. Come to my surprise the battery is smaller and I am sure is not the correct size and wattage. It is supposed be a 24F battery, but doesn't say it anywhere and doesn't look like one. Felt like I was at one of "those" mechanic shops when this is supposed to be an honest corporate WalMart.Service: Auto battery replacement

" Good Deal and Fast Service "My car had a flat tire. I took it to Walmart Auto Care Centers City of Industry at 7:00 am in the morning as soon as they opened for business for tire inspection, rotation, and Oil change. My tire needed to be replaced with a new one. They texted you to keep you constantly updated on the progress. The whole process only took one and a half hours. I am very happy with their service and found the cost very reasonable, not to mention it's reliable and trustworthy . I always come to this Walmart for all my cars' tires batteries and oil change.Service: General repairs & maintenance

AVOID THIS WALMART AUTO SERVICE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I walked in 4 weeks prior to place a special order for tires, lady placed order took my info and said they will call me when they arrive the following week. I waited and called and a man picked up the phone and rudely told me that if I didn't get a call the tires still didn't come in without checking! I waited 3mote weeks and still nothing! I called and a young lady picked up, she admitted to me that the tire shop inventory was a mess and not organized and she will look for the tires. After hour she calls back to tell me the tires came in, but where ordered wrong different brands and they had no contact or customer info. She placed a next day order for the correct one and I told her I wanted an appointment for the next day as I waited weeks already. The next day I show up to get my tires installed, and they REFUSE to install my 2 rear tires for my smart car. The lady I made the appointment with NEVER TOLD ME they do not install smart car tires anymore. I had come for years and had them installed, they guy gave me a lame excuse stating oh 2 weeks ago we stopped..... This auto shop doesn't have a simple car jack to install a tire???? Lame unprofessional excuse, I was burdened then with going to a local shop and paying to get the old tires disposed of and the new ones installed. This experience is frustrating from begining to end, save your money and time and go somewhere else, there are hundreds of other tire shops that will offer better customer service then this place.Service: Tires

Do you know what makes this auto center horrible and plagued with issues? It all comes down to the incompetence of the management especially the person who is managing the auto center. Don t blame the workers who are only making a minimal wage. They re just following orders and reflecting the attitude from management.Service: TiresService: Tires

Oil change no nonsense crew. Checked in and done less than an hour. They're getting better.25 Aug 22 update.Now I'm taking my new used 2016 Lexus here. It was a good day 1st in 1st out. Less than 45 minutes for a full synthetic oil change. Their team leader runs a smooth operation as I've seen her from my previous services here. I am grateful for her continued service. Kudo's

I bought four tires and it took nearly 4.5 hours to balance and install. I saw a technician take 1.5 hours to change a tire. Why so long? Don't know , but it is absurdly slow...Not worth the "savings".By the time they end up charging you for: installation, balance, warranty and taxes. The price nearly doubles on the tires.Kevin the assistant manager is cool and helpful.

Bad choice to come here! Waste of time!!. Outside sign says wait for attendance. I waited for 20 minutes.I decided to come in. I asked the person behind the desk how long is the wait for oil change? . I also explain to her I was waiting outside but nobody approach to me. She response me with unfriendly attitude. " I am pretty sure it wasn't 20 minutes. There are people outside. Go ask the technician outside, ok!!.I was about to leave then I saw one technician. He said to get any service at least 3- 4 hours.

Was a Great Visit this time. The wait wasn't very long for the oil change. The lady that received my car was very helpful & answered my questions w/ knowledge not sure of her name but she had colored hair & piercings. Thank you to her for making it a Great Visit.

Worst service ever. I want to give no star but cannot. Maybe bad service is a common phenomenon for all the Walmart Auto Care Center. Ordered a set of four tires through Walmart.com, and set pick up at this location because I need to install all the tires.When I arrived at the Auto Center at about 10:15 a.m., they quickly found three tires, but they couldn't find the fourth one. Finally, it took more than 10 minutes to find the fourth tire from the big warehouse behind.Perhaps more distinctive things, whether good or bad, are always easy to leave a deep impression. The staff Stephanie impressed me with her attitude, this time in a negative way, of course. Her impatience gave me a new perspective on Walmart's service. The other attendants at the counter told me that it would take about three hours to complete the tire installation because there was an appointment today. Then I heard a completely different story at Stephanie, who repeatedly reminded me that it might take five hours to change a tire because there were so many appointments today."It doesn't matter," I told her. "it's less than 11 o 'clock now, five hours later at 4 o 'clock in the afternoon. You will close at 7 o 'clock. So I ended up getting bored with her talking straight away. I took my tires and installed them somewhere else, and they were done in half an hour. I really don't know whether Stephanie's time estimation ability is suitable for this position, or because she is so experienced, she can accurately estimate the time required for each car and the efficiency of each technician.Conclusion: the working attitude of the staff in the Auto Center is polarized, and the technicians give people a feeling that they love their profession very much, because when they came to ask about the tire problem before, they patiently gave me explanations and Suggestions on the tire problem, and gave them a thumbs up again. The staff at the counter, feeling very tired of this job, as a consumer, can only suggest to them to find a more suitable job, so that the guests and these staff their own mental health is better, win-win.

Terrible place to go for oil change... i definitely won't recommend this place... my experience was like a hell. I see no body is attending to my car ( for oil change) it takes more than 3 hrs where in my car was just standing inside , open hood with out any body attending to it. I asked one of the technicians why no body was attending to my car ? He just ignored me. More than 3 hrs of waiting... too much for me, so what i did was to full out my car with no job being done. I hope that the Higher management would do something about these.

There are some lazy people much awful. They ve replaced tires over 4 hours. That s incredible. My grandpa will be faster then them.After few months, I want to tell you:Never go to here replace tire. See photo below.

This was my first and my last time at this facility to get new tires. The whole process is soooo slow. I waited 3-1/2 hours to get two tires done. I'm usually in and out within an hour or less. Very unorganized and nobody really cares. They don't even look at you, like you're nothing.

Got the tires I need. Went to 2 other tire places tried to upsell me high price tires because the lower priced one is low stocked and I wanted to get 4 tires replaced. They were slow in the morning so I was in and out fast. Mon-Sat 7-7 and sun 8-6

Was helped with a battery warranty replacement in a timely manner. Was explained the process and possible wait time but fortunately avoided the battery charging wait time since the initial battery test result showed bad battery. I got my replacement swiftly and was on my way. Thanks.

Went to the Walmart auto center, for a estimate for new tires, and was told, that I had to go inside the store, to get a tire estimate..so I went home, instead to call, and after no success, on the automated phone call that they offer, I gave up..JHERNANDEZ

Dropped off my battery for cycle charge after failed battery test. I came back 2 hours later for update. They couldn't located the battery, no record in the computer either. The last shift has gone for lunch and I was just wasting my time & wait. For giant company like Walmart with such inventory tracking error isn't acceptable.

I purchased four tires from Walmart online then I went to this place to get them mounted on a Friday in late April 2018.One hour after they started working on my car, the mechanic came to me and said he had a problem with one of the wheels. In fact, he'd bent the wheel so badly then forced the tire on and now it's simply unable to hold air. He said "I'll fix it" with confidence and turned back to work. Then I saw him hammering the wheel enthusiastically for a while, and guess what? The wheel was beaten out of shape completely! Absolutely irreversible damage.He tried to convince me this wheel, as it's not leaking any more, would last "a long time". I was not sold. If anyone is traveling around the world with family in this car like me, he/she would not be convinced either! No, I'm not going to continue my trip with this knackered wheel. So I talked to their manager Omar who did not believe his guy destroyed my wheel until the mechanic confessed. Then he said, "well, your other wheels are also dented." Yes, my other wheels were damaged before but none of them was as bad as this one; more importantly, the fact that my other wheels were damaged does not give you the right to add more damage, not to mention this one is completely knackered by your guy! Then he insisted I would have to order a wheel myself and come again with the receipt and old wheel so they could reimburse me. This won't work as I am traveling and I was leaving US for Mexico in two days time. After a long and painful negotiation, he finally agreed to give me a gift card worth a new wheel.Finally I left Walmart at 4PM after 6 hours, with a destroyed wheel and a gift card.The next day, On my way to Mexico border I had to do a detour to Yucaipa where I could get a second hand wheel thanks to a friend's help in locating one for me. Mind you getting a Citroen 2CV wheel in the US is not easy! And in Yucaipa I found out another wheel was also bent by the Walmart mechanic but the damage was not big enough to cause leak.Walmart, you really should train your staff and make sure they know a little bit about what they are doing! By the way, I just had a tire mounted at a road side shop in Mexico, which took the guy about 45 seconds to finish.

totally terrible place, the staffs here play with each other, not focus on their work while trying to scare off customer by ultra long waiting time, so they can have more free time. even take me one hour to check in and let me wait for 4 hours to just get a tire change done. And the price is not that cheap. save ur life and spend extra 20 dollars to find somewhere else to have ur service done quickly and nicely.
