Came in for parts that they didn t put in the order during the first time. There are some accessories on a some shelves that looked pathetically empty. They had a gourmet coffee machine but the mochacinno was the worst I ve had in any dealership. The coffee product in this maker seemed subpar.I asked about car services fees for my two Hyundai but the advisor didn t seem enthusiastic. I guess I don t need their service either.

Today's customer service was not that good. Not to mention my car was detailed but I had to go home and clean my windows cuz they were dirty. Even the side mirrors I had to clean.I don't mind paying for service if it's done well I just think I should be treated respectfully. When I try to pick up my car the customer service section acted like if they were doing me a favor. They were quite disrespectful today.

I took my car in to get an alternator. They also replaced the rack & pinion, radiator, and a motor mount. Both the rack & pinion, and radiator were installed incorrectly. The motor mount that they installed was up front, but the rear mounts were broken in half and not touched. So after 10 months I got my car back in worse shape than when I took it in. I took it to Danny @ Alamo, He had to remove and replace almost everything that was done by Puente Hills Hyundai. I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option......Service: General repairs & maintenance

Isaac was great. Took a long time to get my Ioniq 5 recalls done but at least they were able to do it on short notice.

Terrible place they only want to use your insurance to overcharge them so your rates go up. Stay away from this place!!!They won t fix there mistakes after they overcharge your insurance. They will ask touse your insurance to fix what they never fixed.I was charged over $7,000 for replacing a wheel rim and my car had a rattle and alight not working after they worked on my car.They would only look into it if I gavemy insurance info. When they caused the problem!Service: Wheel alignment

These guys take care of my car needs BUT I'm not afraid to negotiate prices and fees because I don't think it's fair to price gouge and sell on ppls emotional state!I chose the dealership because an oil change fee was literally a hundred dollars cheaper then a jiffy lube!!!!Every staff member is courteous, and accommodating, even with renovations, they will offer a ride to Starbucks to work/ chill while waiting since renovations are going on.

I have a issue with my back tires. It's been 2weeks this Friday will be 3 weeks I've called been hung up on and when I do get someone I'm transfered to a voice mail. I'm a really patient person and I'm starting to lose my cool with this place

DON t EVER GO HERE!!! They will rip you off!!This is the worst service I have ever hadand overcharged with not fixing the problemproperly. I have taken it back in 3 timesand got tired of getting ripped off withouthaving my car fixed properly!!! My car is less than2 years old they kept my car over 2-3 weeksBacking out of a parking spot, I rubbed on the sideof the parking block and the cheap wheel rim came off!!! It cost me $7,000. 1 month later I kept hearinga rattle from after the repair and the wheel rim came off again just driving. They charged me $200 which IFelt was wrong!!! The rattle is still there andI took it back, they wanted to bill my insuranceagain when I should not have to bill my insuranceat all!!! They never gave me any quote but justasked for insurance information. My insurancepremium went up a lot just from the first attemptof repairing the wheel well. This place cheatsnot only customers but illegally billing car insurancecompanies!!! Please do not buy a Hyundai and PleaseDON T EVER GO TO THIS DEALER OR SERVICE CENTER!!! PLUS I CAN NEVER CHARGE MY CAR BECAUSE THE PLUG-In door never opens properly!Get a Prius, I had to use my 2014 Prius through outthis ordeal. I have never had any problems with my Prius.
