Great service! They helped me bought my car and were honest about everything including recalls and car issues. Ms. May provided me updates while I wait for the car maintenance and repairs prior to purchase and she answered all my question regarding to the car! Mr. Manny helped the financing the car and got me discounts that saved me hundreds!

I went in for a few recalls on my vehicle.I had called the day prior to see if I could schedule an appointment and Ken was able to get me in at 7am. Honestly wasn't expecting such a quick date, I had called around to other dealers and they wanted to schedule me in for the end of March.I arrived earlier to make sure I was the first to be seen and someone attended to me quickly. Once again I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and smooth everything went. I wasn't expected my car to be ready till the following day but was called later that same day to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I asked if I could pick up after work and they were really nice about letting me know I could come on by anytime from now till closing.Five stars across for the employees here at Puente Hills Ford Dealership.Five stars for your customer service, for your hospitality, for work done on my vehicle and the respect of my vehicle. I did notice a seat cover and floor cover were put and left in my car, showing me, my car was handled with care as well.Once again, the whole experience was amazing and a great start and end of my day.

Very quick service! Oil change done on my bronco within 1hr. Only improvements id recommend is to provide mechanics with plastic wraps and towels for themselves so the insides of the vehicle wont get dirty. I had to clean up my seat since the mechanic had to lay on the floor and get in and out of my vehicle. Overall very happy with the service provided.

In all honesty my experience began horribly. My car had been there for a few weeks with no real updates and there were 2 different guys in charge of "gettings things handled" in that time, but nothing got done. Then, by a total miracle, Harmony was put in charge of my car and she was an absolute angel sent from above! She apologized for how long my vehicle had been there, let me know that even the service manager was also apologetic and that she made sure my vehicle was already being worked on. She gave me thorough updates anytime anything was disgnosed, a part was ordered, or anytime she spoke with the people from my extended warranty, and she made sure to address all of my concerns. When I told her how the wait had impacted my ability to handle things for my dessert catering business, she made sure to get me a rental for the week so that I would at least have a vehicle until my car was ready. Harmony was wonderful! If you ever need to get work done on your car I hope that Harmony is the one handling things for you because she will make sure your vehicle is prioritized and she's an awesome person to communicate with in general. She deserves a raise because she is literally out there doing the Lord's work! Thank you Harmony!!! You're the best!

Had a great experience here at Puente Hills Ford. Called beforehand on some recalls I had on my vehicle. I was assisted by Michael and he notified me to just bring it in and they would take care of everything. I had multiple recalls on the car and Michael did it all in a great time, and even ran my car through the wash. Always great customer service at this dealership.

Received great service from Ken, the service advisor. He understood my problem, and went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. He kept me in the loop as to the status of my vehicle. Though it took longer than I had expected, he pushed for a whole new block , not just a partial long block. Puente Hills Ford should be glad that they have a service writer like him, who really took an interest in my concerns and made them his own as well. I was in customer service in my last form of employment, so I know what it is to have someone stand up for you and what you believe.Respectfully,Ernie Martinez

I usually don t comment but the service dept was absolutely top notch. They always got back time and kept me posted on my vehicle. It was first rate service, especially Peter and Dave for getting me back on the road with my repairs. I bought my car from them back in 2017, Ford Escape. I love my car! Ken was my advisor and did a great job from the moment I called in to the moment I walked out the door with my truck tire replaced. Friendly and knowledgeable, even as he juggled multiple customers. If I need service, I ll definitely return to this location and would give the dealership a try for any purchases too.

I started going to this location/ dealership since the one I went to in the past closed its doors. Thus far, I have enjoyed their service. They do good work, and they do know what they are doing. They have worked with me with most issues that arose with the repairs to my vehicle, and my most recent visit was no different. They do great work, and I will keep on going there to continue having them work on my vehicle.

I recently purchased a new vehicle. Every effort was made to accommodate a payment plan I could afford. I was not pressured into buying the vehicle rather they supplied me with information to help me make an informed decision. I appreciated this because making a large purchase can be a very stressful situation. The salesman who assisted me was Terrell Williams. He answered every question I had about financing the car and after the many questions I had on operating the vehicle. The important factor for me is that he made time for me despite his busy schedule. He made me feel that as a customer my concerns were important. I highly recommend Puente HillsFord based on the good customer service that I experienced.

Sent my truck in for some recalls. Also inquired about an oil change. I was quoted $250 which is incredibly high. Most places are around $180. So I declined.

Wow, where do I start. Our service advisor was so transparent. My wife and I were amazed. She new her job and we feel comfortable letting the technician work on or vehicle. Richard did an awesome job servicing the vehicle and recommend other work. Michelle Sanchez stay positive and test negative. Thank you very much!

I ve been taking my Ford Explorer Sport here for service since 2018 and each time it s a great experience. The advisors explain in detail what s needed and why. (I ask a lot of questions.) The whole team is friendly and helpful. I always need a ride home and back, which they do promptly. A few times I needed to rush back home quickly to take a meeting and they had an office employee take me because their drivers were not back yet. All with a smile. Ken in particular has worked hard to keep pricing down when things that needed fixing were out of warranty, saving me hundreds so I don t go broke. Even the service manager, David, has helped with discounts when too many large but important services were due. They really work with you to keep your car in good repair. It s a sharp team.

Michael in the service department was great! I had several factory issues with my mustang and he not only took care of every issue but also explained to me in detail what the problems were and what caused them. Definitely coming back hopefully not for mechanical issues .

The oil change service was quick, and my service representative was very polite, professional and helped me use my points from my Ford card. I was prepared to pay for the service but he suggested we check to see if I had points which I fortunately did. So I was very pleased with the service. Maurice is a great salesman, who was up front and honest about the car I wanted to purchase. He helped design, order and receive the car I wanted. He kept me informed of every step of the process. When the car arrived, the finance and delivery of the car went very smooth thanks to the rest of the team. I highly recommend Maurice and the rest of the team at Puente Hills Ford. I had a really good experience with my service writer Ken. He was very communicative and kept me posted along the way. My truck came in for cam phasers which is a multiple-day job and they were great. The truck came back in great shape and drives and sounds good. I have been taking my truck here since I bought it there in 2020.

Not happy, there is a deep scratch on the passenger door that was not there when I dropped my truck off for service. I took it back but Paul was not very helpful. Hope to hear back from you about this incident.
