I do not understand why this shop has bad reviews, I for one love this auto shop. I brought Chevy Blazer first when I had my accident and Mike was OUTSTANDING! He called me with updates and notified me when it was getting closer to pick up. I brought my second car recently to fix a dent, I kid you not took him only 3 days!!! There pricing is fair, they are honest about what they are going to fix, and break down all the costs in the estimate. THANK YOU MIKE, you are by far the nices technician I have ever met, GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE.

Worse place to come so disappointing tried to over charge me to get my vehicle fixed and when I said no I m not going to pay that they billed me $1240 just to take my vehicle back the lady s in the front are sweet and great customer service but you could even see the shock face when they saw what the guy was charging me even when I told him how ridiculous the bill is he just smirk and said oh well this is what we are charging if you want ur car back don t even bother coming unless you don t care about money also wanted to add brought my car in at 10:00 a.m picked it up at 1 p.m same day and they had the nerve to charge me $500 storage fee !!

Overall the experience is OK. I would have given this a five star if not for the 50 minutes wait on the pick up date. So, their system sent me an email at around 12 noon saying that my car is ready for pickup. I went there at around 3:10, finish all the paperwork at 3:20. Receptionist said the car should be out in the front in a few minutes. Keep waiting, ask twice, finally was able to drive off at around 4 pm. That is 50 minutes for pick up. That is a little bit long especially when initially was told to wait a few minutes. Few minutes should be no more than ten. Workmanship is good. Price is $1500+ to fix a medium size dent on a door.

Went here when insurance recommended it, told me they would not fix the damage to my truck and would just paint over the scratches, went to a different place after that

Someone scratched my car and I had my touched up here. Everyone was great! Mike kept me updated and my baby came back looking like new.

My car battery was dead after my car sat for 37 days in their shop it's called parasitic drain. I picked up my car and that same night I was stranded because the battery was dead. My battery was only 1 year old. Also my car has water spots on both sides of front and back doors from their sprinklers system.

This place was way over priced, and they are super unorganized. And on top of that, the work isn t even worth it. I took my grandma s car there and it took longer than expected and it was not done right the first time when we went to pick it up we had to leave it there so they could fix it right and they still had some run and drop marks in the paint. When you talk to the manager, he is rude and disrespectful. On top of that he has no idea what he is talking about. The place is shady and I will not be going back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in after a fender bender, need a new headlight too. They were polite when I dropped it off. The place is nice and looks professional. I noticed they had a lot of cars there ready to get fixed. Culd have taken it somewhere else when I saw how busy they were. I'm a rideshare driver so them keeping my vehicle 3-4 weeks, has a big impact on my finances. It's been almost two weeks. When I had my vehicle serviced, I had told the service manager that the vehicle's system kept restarting automatically and asked them to double check and fix it. However, the phenomenon of the vehicle's Bluetooth system restarting worsened after I retrieved the vehicle. I was unhappy about this.

I pick up my car hit after almost 2 weeks. The service was poor, the adjuster hardly communicated with me with updates. Promise the car a day before but that did not happened. When I picked up the car today I inspected and some parts were not put together as I thought would be, if I was told the car was ready. Well ready mean check the car thoroughly before telling the customer is ready. The thing you did not forget is charge my car insurance money but the service was done so poorly. I won't recommend this place beware with your insurance.

They left a fenderl8ber in the bed of the truck after acrepair and m9nths later I figured out what it was and where it belonged. Took it in and they dropped everything and installed it for me in 10 minutes.

First of all I didn't leave my car because I was thinking of still using it but I didn't. Just placed an order for a catalytic converter and a month went by and never got an update on where my part was.So I called Mike the person assigned to me there and he was short with his response and offered no help at all. Second time I called it was a month and a half later and nothing . I asked if I could still go with the after market part and Mike said he'll call me back and nothing....no call back. 3rd time didn't even remember me but finally he passed me off to David and he answered all my questions and got my car fixed in 2 days. Thank you David. If I never had to deal with Mike I would gave it 5 stars because the rest of the staff were great.

I just cannot understand how this shop does not have 5 stars. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my son & brought it to the shop for an inspection & some body work. Rob & Mike were awesome! They took the time to lift the vehicle & look it over, then wrote me a fair estimate to complete the necessary repairs. When I picked up the car I hardly recognized it! They had it washed & even buffed a couple of scratches that turned up. The work looks great AND the customer service was great! I will definitely use them again if necessary & will refer them to anyone who will listen!

the guy in charge of the repairs did not do a good job Linen is his name I left with my car still damaged when I told him to fix it all I got was an attitude and accusing me of lying when the car was still damaged they got paid but didn t satisfied the customer. Don t recommend unless you want to give your money free and not get your repairs!

First, I dropped off my car on Feb 28, 2017 at Auto Body Shop. My insurance company call to get approve to fixing/repair my car. They said no my car on the system, so it waste time for couple day to get approve. (I tried to call and checked. This is your system fault).Second, after get approved. Leo, estimator, would like to contact my insurance company to get supplemental approved (more repair). However, he was missing communicated with insurance company, so the case not go thru the insurance system. That is cost me total 2 week without fixing my car. My car got approve on Mar 14.Third, Leo told me to finish repair/fix earliest on Mar 21, but The car finished on Mar 23.As the first estimate time frame shall be approx. 10 days, but it took 23 days to complete. The question is who would responsible for the time loss which I had to rent a car total cost 500$. Two week of wasting time cost me more 300$.The Last, when I went to pick up my car, they forget to re-install my trunk mat (they put somebody else mat in my car) and took my battery cable.

This auto body was recommended by my insurance so I thought it was a good shop, my car was promised 6/4 & is ready today a whole month later. My insurance tried to negotiate them to pay rental & rhri declined. I asked if they d at least work with reducing the deductible & they won t budge. Instance paid them over 15k & yet they won t negotiate to help the consumer. Beware if you bring your vehicle here.

My dad went to go get his car fixed right here they did it way before the time it was estimated Mike was amazing very kind very informative kept us up to date with everything all around great guy great establishment very clean the stuff there was very polite

The staff at the shop are awesome, especially the shop director Rob Huntington!! The issues for my Volvo were taken care of promptly by the shop. If I needed repairs to a car in the future, I would hesitate in taking my vehicle to their shop!

Mike Larabee is the best of Customer Service. I never called the Body Shop to check on my repair, he made sure to keep me updated by voicemail and email. He is a super !

Great service from Mike L. He always ( 3 different accidents) helped me get my B M W looking perfect again. My car looks great, my service was on time and the people are pleasant to deal with every time

Had a collision involving front and rear. Figured if the other party is paying for the repairs why not take it to an official toyota shop. Bad idea. Picked up the car after 2 weeks of repairs. Engine sounded funny. Apparently they missed the radiator fluid that was leaking everywhere in engine bay. Ok fine, mistakes happen. They replaced the radiator and a few months later i go to do my own oil change. They are super sloppy, didnt put any of the button tabs back on. Flappy plastic underneath car. Now i need to order plastic tabs online to fix what they didnt. Wouldnt advise this shop.

I been to a few bodyshops and I must say Puente hills auto body is one of the best outhere, my car not only does it look great but it seems as if my front end wasn't replaced, I hope to never come back, but if I need a body shop, for sure they are my 1st choice.

Crooks. Seriously. I don't want to write out the stories and my own encounters in addition to others' encounters I witnessed while there because it'll get me wound up all over again. But Rob (or is it Bob?) Huntington is beyond rude and an absolute dishonest thief. Even his staff apologized to me on his behalf when he wasn't there.
