I'm giving this place 1 star only because it's required to post a review when it really deserves a big ZERO and twice earned. All I went in for was an oil change. First occasion was a few months back when one of the "techs" left the cap from one of the empty oil bottles sitting under my hood. Just what you need, right? Loose debris floating around waiting to jam up moving parts. Good thing I happened to notice while looking under the hood the following day. More recently and most significantly, with the same vehicle they did not reassemble my undercarriage shields correctly after accessing my oil drain plug and as a result, less than 20 miles later, one of them came off while I was driving on the freeway and almost caused me to get into an accident. The undercarriage shield was partially shredded and jammed stuck under my car (see attached photo). So now I'm out $250 in estimated damages all because these guys do not take the time to do things correctly and put things back the way they found them. There was no one waiting in line behind me at the time so I don't know what the hurry was. Or perhaps they just don't give a damn about their work? This was my go to place for over 15 years and I don't know what happened to it since then but it's no longer anything to be admired. And rather than argue about who's accountable they will simply never get my business ever again.

There is no 1/2 stars or none stars, I would give it, if you want your car to last I would not rely on them to change your oil.1. One of the tech did not even know how to close my air filter.2. I asked for higher mileage oil they don t even care, they put conventional oils.3. Drive off a day later oil light come on. I have to go 3 quart of oils at auto zone. I paid $68.00 and have to $37.88 to add more oils4.. at the same date I saw my coolant was empty, so I call if the check my coolant ( they said yes but we don t add nice).5. Now my van got crack piston , I think if they were to put my higher mileage oil like I requested I think my van still drive able.But for sure not come back to this place again.

The price goes up, and they do less work than before. I've been coming here for over 20 years. They just lost a long time customer.

Overpriced & didn't check fluids. You think paying almost $100 they can do at least the minimum service but no...car over heated because they didn't check the water level.

Brought both my cars on back to back days. First time here. Great and really fast service. Cool service people too. Their prices are VERY reasonable. ATTENTION TRUCK/SUV OWNERS: They don't charge extra if you have a skid plate or under engine cover!!! But, they don't do 4X4 transfer case service or radiator service. Use Valvoline oil and filters here.

They don't accept coupons from Valvoline, heads up if you plan on using coupons! I got advised by young lady with red hair, they don't accept coupons. They charged $59.45 for a synthetic oil change + oil filter, they were quick

This place has earned my respect hands down! My truck broke down and while working on it in there parking lot I realized I didn t have a wrench I needed so half expecting to be asked to leave I walked in and meat a young man named Adrian (I think I m terrible with names) not only did Adrian not ask me to leave he stopped what he was doing and went and got me the wrench! I was able to fix my truck and I m currently driving it the rest of the way home to the inland empire! Thank you so much Adrian and everyone else at pit stop for showing a little kindness and compassion when it seems like that doesn t exist anymore I m going to make pit stop the go to place for not only my trucks by my entire work fleet too THANK YOU

I've been coming here for the last 6 years, my grandpa used to bring his car here before that and we've never had a bad experience. The guys are affordable, quick and check everything really well. They have been kind enough to mention potential issues that they may see under the hood or near the oil tank. Love this place.

This was my first time at this oil change place. The good: the great part is, it was very fast. Another great part is, they don't even try to up-sale you on type of oil change they want you to get or other stuff they want you to buy; like they do in so many other places. Only one downside: they didn't top off my coolant. So, if you're looking for a quick oil change at a fair price, this is the place.

VERY FAST & AFFORDABLE! Only charged $23 for an oil and filter change. I brought my own oil and filters from Autozone handed over to the techs. The guy worked quickly and gave me back the left over oil in a matter of minutes! Can't wait to go back for my next oil change!

Absolutely love the people and the great service. They are always eager and ready to assist, making sure the process is quick, easy and I respect the teamwork I see every time. They are happy doing what they do, in making you and your vehicle's needs their priority.

If you need a quick oil change, this process won't take you more than 10 minutes tops! It's the type of place where you drive thru, sit in your car and let the guys handle the business of oil change. It's a quick fix for routine maintenance and will cost you about $30.The location can be easy to miss depending on which side of the street you're coming from. It is most visible from Turnbull Canyon and you will basically arrive at Lube Pit Stop if you pull if from that side. Just remember, it is located away from the main parking lot for the supermarket.If you require any other services outside of an oil change, you're gonna need to go elsewhere.

They are very fast and price is fair. In just a few minutes they would change your oil, and check tire pressure, fluids, etc.I don't want to leave my car at the dealer for hours.

As a longtime customer and having taken a variety of cars and S.U.V.'s to them, I can confidently say that they know what they're doing, no matter the vehicle. Personal or commercial use, they'll always inform you correctly and honestly. Although it's a mom and pop location specializing in oil changes, air filter replacements and similarly related services, they are professional, effective and efficient.

It was fast, easy, contact less you stay in the car and they don t try to talk you into service you don t need. fast, price is right, good service, the technicians were polite, communicated well, $36 for a minivan oil change, even replaced the oil drain plug for free. Definitely come back again
