Had my wife's 2019 Nissan Armada serviced by TOS. I had actually scheduled the appointment for my Genesis on Friday 03/29. My wife was meeting me there Thursday night to pick me up after the drop off. Unfortunately the traffic from work was taking too long for me to get there before they would close up shop. So since my wife could get there quicker we dropped her car, and I picked her up.Here's where the kudos come in! The guys waited for me to get there, and didn't leave my wife waiting alone in their parking lot for me to get there. Now that was highly appreciated! Stars to the team.To add to the praise, my wife's vehicle was ready just after noon, when it was projected to be ready by 3pm!THANK YOU T.O.S.!!!From a happy husband that has a happy wife.Sincerely,Victor Bruce

I love TOS! I have been taking my Toyota there for a few years now. We love the service, the snacks, and the bathroom is beautiful. I went to TOS before they switched to this new location and the definitely upgraded!

Very friendly staff, detailed, and they explained things thoroughly. We re amazed by their organizational skills pertaining to the issues of the vehicle. The report they gave you it is very easy to understand for people who are not familiar with the job of a mechanic. We had issues with our 4Runner for a while. We went to Toyota two times and they cannot find the problem. They told us to buy a new car instead. . We almost changed the transmission. There s nothing wrong with the transmission. Luckily the transmission shop did not take our money and run. They gave us the recommendation to go to TOS. We called TOS took our 4Runner they found the issues in no time. Our 4Runner was ready before we knew it. Now we found TOS, we will never go back to TOYOTA! I would recommend TOS to all my friends and family. Thank you TOS! Andrew Patero

Been going here for years. My mom has been going to them even longer.All the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a point to always communicate with you on the status of your vehicle throughout the work being done on it. The technicians are quick, fantastic, and never disappoint. If you re on a budget they ll help you make sure you get the most important work done on your car first within that budget. I d recommend these guys to anyone with an Asian import in the Sac area.

TOS is the real deal. Best auto service I've ever received. Extremely professional, informative and most of all they seem to really care about you and your vehicle. They do a full inspection of your vehicle and even provide pictures, comments and recommendations regarding the severity of the issues. They also provide a very generous warranty on their parts. I will definitely be bringing my cars here from now on. Shoutout to Rick and Gary!!

Amazing service. This company does a full inspection of your vehicle at no additional charge when you bring your vehicle in for service. The report provided is nothing short of amazing. Includes color photos of area of weakness on your vehicle with descriptions of the repairs recommended. It is not an up sale attempt just an advisory to you of your vehicles well being. And the staff of Rick and Gary make you feel at home. Their prices beat the dealer prices and the service and multi point inspection far exceeds any service I have ever seen. I just had service done on the fitting for my turn signal bulb socket ( wiring) , TOS did the diagnostic on it , replaced it and finished it while I waited. David kept me informed abt the info from the technician. They have helped me in the past with other issues and did a great job. They are all very nice , professional and do a great job. My future service needs on my Toyota vehicles, I will be definitely returning to TOS.

Thank you TOS especially Caleb, James and Nathan - I had an unexpected break-down and TOS made the drop off process easy and I was only 10 min. Late to work because of how efficient the process was. The repairs on my car are quality and got done in a very reasonable amount of time.

This is the best place to take your vehicle on the whole planet, let alone in the Sacramento area. Rick, one of the managers is the most honest & helpful person you're going to find in the industry if you're having car problems. I Found TOS to be Honest, Ethical, & caring of my situation. They will do anything they can to properly diagnose & fix your vehicle. This is place your don't have to worry about being lied to, manipulated, or ripped off.Evan thought they are a bit pricey, they are worth every penny. In my opinion you are paying for it to be done, and be done right. You can always have peace of mind that you are being taken care of properly. Been going to these guys since I was in high school (over 15 years ago). They are simply the best shop in town for Toyotas, I can't recommend them highly enough! Great, speedy service and good prices, especially considering their level of expertise

Called for an appointment and spoke with Nathan. He got me in the next day, helped with check in, called me to talk about the issues, and cashed us out. He is, by far, the best service tech I have ever dealt with. 100% hands down recommend coming here. They gave a full inspection to my Honda Pilot and gave photos, descriptions of the issues, and quotes for each thing. Handed to me all on a printout to take home. They weren't pushy, and he even tried to talk us out of service originally because the issue wasn't presenting at the time of our visit. As long as I live in the area, and Nathan works there, I will be coming back.

100% satisfaction! Took my older car in for some problems and they not only fixed my problems thoroughly, they diagnosed other safety issues. They were professional and communicated with me through the whole process. I will definitely use them again and further will tell family and friends .Thanks guys!

Chris and Nathan were fantastic and super friendly! I get anxiety when getting car repairs and usually feel judged when going into places but they made me feel so comfortable, welcome and treated me the same as any other person walking through the door! They helped me with my car water pump replacement when no one else wanted to because I ordered the part myself. Thank you for all you do and I hope this review makes it to you and to your supervisors!! Give them a raise or a fancy award for their EXCELLENT service! TOS has an awesome team!

Good communication and friendly, but charged me $741 (woah!) to remove a transmission pan, inspect the fluid, put the pan back on with a new filter and top back off the ATF. That s crazy expensive! The work couldn t have been more than a couple hours of labor for a qualified mechanic and not more $50 for the filter and fluid. They don t seem to charge labor by the hour but instead use very high flat rates, as the work they did works out to be like $350/hr!

I gave this auto repair shop a try as it's close to my neighborhood. My advisor was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the work that's required for my vehicle. The repairs report was very detailed and easy to understand. Great communication and my vehicle was ready at the promised time. Let me start first by saying this must be called the Disneyland of car repair shops. Rick and the people working there are super friendly, professional and communicative. The finished my very complicated clutch and master cylinder slave repair in record time, and updated me throughout the whole fix. Fantastic experience with these guys. I hope I never need them lol, but if I do; I know where to go now.Thanks guys

Another great experience with TOS Auto Repair. I brought my pickup in because I had a check engine light on. Turns out the problem was with a catalytic converter that TOS installed six months ago - so they fixed it under warranty. Now it runs great and I'm happy.

Rick was very responsive and helpful with my Camry hybrid's 90,000 mile service. They cost hundreds less than what the dealership was charging. I had used the service department at the dealership for decades but they were charging so much and I couldn't ever talk to a service advisor on the phone when trying to make an appointment.Rick arranged Ubers to get me home and back to retrieve my car. The waiting area is clean and very nice, with snacks, tea, coffee and even a massage chair. I will be coming back!

What can I say but WOW, Rick my service advisor went above and beyond what I classify as customer service. Did a very detailed search for a part to my car which was very difficult to find, but he never gave up and found a new part yesterday. Would certainly recommend anyone needing service go to this location they go above and beyond. Also wanted to send a big thank you for adding all this repair work done to my car fax report, for future reference if I ever decide to sell this beautiful car, which I don t LOL

I ve been trusting TOS for over 10 years with my cars. From my 2006 Camry to my 2018 Nissan rogue. I esp appreciate the photos of each service item needing review and if you don t know what the repair is they include a short video on the importance of the specific part in question. Dave was very professional about taking care of my problem, answered all my questions. I felt like in 5 stars hotel lounge while waiting at their facility. I really enjoyed the response by detailed text message advising the problems and recommendations. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I have finally found a reputable, professional auto body shop to take my car to! The service at TOS is fantastic. I received a detailed inspection report with photographs and explanations of every recommended service. I have never had a autobody shop provide this type of detailed information before. The customer service is unparalleled. We take all of our cars to TOS Auto Repair and they do a great job explaining all the recommended repairs and why. They will email the recommended repairs and include photos and videos that explain what the parts do, how they break down, how they fix it, and why it's important to do so. Their prices are reasonable and they won't pressure you to do all the repairs at once. They will actually prioritize the recommendations to you so that you can bring your car back in stages if you need to.Thanks, TOS!
