It is extremely difficult to chat with someone! I am a plus member and pay for it and get charged for shipping! It is impossible to talk to someone, customer service sucks. It is basically walmart!

Tire specialist at this shop helped me identify the tire manufacturer date. That was very helpful. I appreciate your help very much. Found out this tire was so old, it was illegal to have on the road due to safety concerns. Thanks again for your speedy helpful service.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Came here when they opened at 8am to have my tires rotated. Was told to come back at 11am, and they would be able to get me in and do it really quick. Asked if I need to set an appointment they said no. When I showed at 10:55 they said they were fully booked and wouldn't be able to get to my car for a few hours. I would not recommend the service here. They definetly lack management and customer service.

I thought their battery prices were pretty high. They also did not have the one for my Lexus.

Thank you to Amanda and Eral at the Citrus Heights Sam s club tire shop. They were so amazing fixed my tire and showed me what was wrong. I have always gotten my tires at Sam s club and this is why

Not near as busy as Costco. Took me immediately the two times I've gone. Great standard warranty included covered replacement of a flat but unrepairable tire.

Needed a car battery. Was told they were too busy to do install, I was the first customer of the day. Not a big deal, did it myself.

Called for quick question ended up being on hold for 30 minutes after the call got disconnected. Poor customer service.
