On the car wash which is okay but when using cc or debit card transactions. Keep in mind you will be getting charged $10 dollars vs by the minute. Which I think is quite unusual when I only used it for a minute or so. However, getting overcharged is not good for business.

I was so very impressed today as I arrived, asked questions and waited for my car to be smogged. I received clear answers and excellent and quick service today. There's nothing better than great excellent quality service these days. Thank you, Citrus Heights Smog!!

This place is awesome. I took my truck to another nearby smog shop and they said they wouldn t smog because the label on my vehicle indicated that it was supposed to have an EGR but my vehicle clearly didn t. Citrus Heights Smog went above and beyond and researched the issue thoroughly and eventually called the dealer and confirmed that my VIN has no EGR. Efficient, knowledgeable, and professional! Good rates too. Don t go anywhere else.

In approximately 15 minutes, I had everything and had left. 1997 SUV. Priced reasonably compared to what the market has to offer, but you don't require a coupon to obtain a decent deal. I frequently use their car wash. I'll use these people once more. These people can work on pre-2000 autos because they are STARs. At the time of writing, they are within $2.00 of what I discovered. Once more, no coupon was required to make their pricing reasonable.

My experience at the smog place was perfectly fine, and they completed the service quickly, HOWEVER, I used them in January and made the payment for service. In April, May and July I noticed small charges from them. They have been continually charging me small amounts of money and had I not gone over my credit card statement I wouldn't have noticed it. I'm having to dispute it with the bank and I'm extremely upset with this company.Service: Smog certification

I toke him two trucks with in hours. One was a 96' one a 2010 (3/4 and 1ton dually) in and out in no time. Awesome customer service, and talked to me about a wrongful fail smog from a previous shop. Along with actions needed to follow-up with my trucks. Little place but nice guy. Family friendly. Totally recommended....

I go here for the car wash. Have no issues with equipment and someone who works there isnalways there if you donhabe an issue. Very clean and they keep the riff raff out..

This was my first time here and had a great experience. My car had been sitting dead for over 18 months prior to getting the smog done. After it was finished, the owner Brian took the time to chat with me and answer my questions regarding getting the car running its best after such a prolonged period of not being used. I really appreciated that. Will definitely be going back.

Had to get a smog check and was able to come in at about 10:00 in the morning and there was no one else there. I was curious how long it would take so I literally set a timer and from the time they went out and then came back in to get me checked out it was only 10 minutes. Only have come here once but the first time they were very nice and so fast!Service: Smog certification

Citrus Heights Smog is as good as it gets. It s a one-man show running this place and he is arguably the quickest person to ever smog a vehicle. I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. He has very reasonable hours being opened Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5 and Saturdays from 8:30 to 3. Best of all, after you get your car smogged, they have a self serve car wash with vacuums that are opened 24 hours. I highly recommend this place to anyone; fast, inexpensive, and efficient.

Good place to wash your vehicle. Spray and foam brushes work pretty good. The vacuum works for a reasonable time for 4 tokens. And usually the car wash uses about $8 worth of tokens

In and out in no time at all. Proffesional service. He even helped me find a better oil for my diesel! I'm going back to smog my wife's SUV this weekend!

The guy running the shop seemed like he had as much personality as a grapefruit. I tried multiple times to engage in any form of cordial customer service based conversation and at every turn he acted like watching his murder mystery tv show was more important than a paying customer. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth for ever using this service station again.

Fast, friendly, and competitively priced. Great smog service, highly recommended. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.5 years now, getting my cars smog'd at Citrus Heights Smog and still a great place to go. I will go here as long as I live in the area.

Got it, got out in about 15 minutes. 1997 SUV. Priced right for what the market offers except you don't need a coupon to get a good price. I use their car wash all the time. I will use these guys again.These guys are a STAR so they can do pre-2000 vehicles. As of this review, they are within $2.00 of the prices I found. Again, no coupon needed to make their price competitive.

This shop was great.. Thank you Kevin for all the great knowledgeable service and quick turnaround time on getting the vehicle back to me immediately. I have had to smog two cars the same day before, and let me tell you I walked nextdoor had a burger and came back to both finished!! I highly recommend this shop. My wife Brought my daughter's car in. The man tells her there is a fuel smell under the car and take it to a shop right away. Turns out the intank fuel pump was cracked and leaking. After repair we take it back to finish smog, it passes and the man pressure washed the underside of her car to clean up the fuel mess from the leak. Wow!What ever happened to people like this man! Honestly were are you people! It certainly wasn't the mechanics who charged me 800 dollars to fix it! ...Thank you Citrus Heights Smog man!

Got there right when it opened at 8:30, service was straight to the point. Only to 10 minutes and was done with the discount from Yelp. The kind of experience I want when smogging my car.

Place is clean am I love that s it s 24/7 but it is 3:39 am august 24th an the car wash has took my money can I please get my wash tokens so I can receive my wash I m at the 2nd door from the roll up door in a gold ChevyThank you so much for your time and patience
