After looking far and wide I was able to find a reliable and trusting shop that was able to align and get some other work done on my 66 galaxie.I think the gentleman in the front was named George and I appreciate him keeping me up to date every step of the way as they moved forward working on my car.Overall, I couldn t be happier:)

Love the service here. The customer service and the people in the environment are very friendly. They did an alignment on my car even though it was super lowered when alot of other businesses wouldn't. Service was fast and the quality of the work done is perfect. I will return if I need to get work done on my car because I fully trust these guys. I highly recommend this place.

In November 2021, I bought new tires and needed an alignment. Discount Tire recommended this place and I used the coupon offer: $50 for an alignment. The person (I believe Jorge) told me the type of car I have only needs a front alignment. What a huge mistake listening to this guy. Two years later and only 20,000 miles and the tires are shot. So worn that no shop, including Discount Tire, will rotate them. Had to buy new tires and a four wheel alignment at Honda (because my Honda Civic needs a four wheel not two wheel alignment according to Honda). I will never go here again. My tires lasted only 20,000 miles, despite rotating the tires EVERY 6,000 miles, when they should ve lasted 40,000 miles. For all I know, the two wheel alignment could have been done poorly or not at all.

Great shop. I ve taken my family car and work truck. They re up front and honest. The cost reflects the good work. Would recommend Trueline to anybody. Thanks guys

May be a great deal if you have a regular car. But these guys completely wasted my time. provided a quote over the phone that they did not keep valid upon drop off.I will find another place to get my alignment done.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here to get aligned for years. Jorge is always sweet, professional and gets your car in and out with in an hour. He s very trust worthy. If he finds any other issues with your car, he ll make note of it on the receipt. He doesn t try to up charge you or fix it and then throw a huge bill at you. His work is always fully warrantied for 3 months after you drive away as well. Highly recommend if you re looking for an honest auto mechanic.

Was referred here to align my jeep after getting tires at discount. Fantastic service! Quick to get me in and out. Very fair pricing. Really nice guys. Very thorough. Great communication. Much much better work than a run of the mill type place like Evans. Came back the next day for more work on something else. Very happy with this place.

Was sent to this shop bc Discount Tire couldn't get my wheels off for a tire install. Headed over and met with Chris, who was able to get both front tires off and back on within half an hour. Now I know where to take my vehicles for future service.

I made a same day appointment & came in early & they started the work right away & completed it while I waited at a much lower price than I had been quoted at other places. My car is smooth as silk after the alignment & there were no hidden fees. Excellent work.

They were quick and affordable with my alignment. Plenty of space to pull in and park. Jorge, the service manager was, as always, polite, friendly and informative.

Trueline is legit, the real deal!!I have had work done here twice. The first time after taking my 2005 4Runner in for service at a well-known Toyota Dealer, they recommended thousands of dollars in suspension work.I drove to Trueline, and they gave me the real story.It was a loose bolt in the rear end. They tightened it and charged me $50.00 for the inspection. Tightening the bolt was included.The second time, I took the vehicle to a "Mom and Pop" Toyota repair shop near Miramar Road. They recommended over $3600.00 in suspension repairs and replacement of the rear brakes.I took it to Trueline. They inspected my vehicle and said most of the items were good. They did replace the front hub and bearing assembly, the rear brakes, and performed an alignment for $1800.If you don't want to get ripped off, go to Trueline!!

I stopped by for an alignment...the guy at the front wanted $300?!?! The local mechanic down the street offered $69...either the employee tried to pocket some cash or this place is a rip off....shady at best!

They could not align my car. After a few thousand dollars and a handfull of trips. There was a loose bolt on the sway bar end link, an area they were working around and overlooked. I tightened it and it fixed 90% of the issue. My alignment is still off though.Services: Steering & suspension repair, BrakesServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Fast and professional. I made an appointment and was a little early. I just wanted my front end alignment checked and adjusted. I was not aware that they do a four wheel alignment to make sure your vehicle is rolling down the road straight..Other places might be cheaper, but after watching these guys work, I will never go anywhere else. I watch efficient staff do a great job. I trust my life with these guys!!

Be careful how you do business with these guys, sure they can give you an alignment but if they try to tell you something is wrong with your car, double check somewhere else. They tried charging me $400 for an alignment because they needed 4hrs to do the job, their machine was bogus on the toe and camber, I took it were I originally do my alignments and their was nothing wrong. Only paid $90Let s not forget the owner hates communicating with the customer when he is really like 4ft away, he tells his mechanic & walks away. Hey dude, smile a bit, you are the foundation & what brings customers back how you communicate with them, they won t if you are mostly in a shell

They told me it was ready, I came by a few hours later and they broke some spring part in the steering, come back later. Okay, I call the morning the next day, is it ready? Yes , I come in, the guy is gone on an emergency to get another part. If you need to run out to get a part, have someone available at the window to do transactions, tell the customer sorry come back at this time we ll be here, or send someone else. Don t tell a customer to come down, twice, and both times not be ready. I had to cancel two client sessions, but more importantly is that I had to cancel them so unprofessionally and last minute. I asked for documentation about the parts they broke and replaced, they said sorry we don t have it. Can I talk to the owner? He won t be in until Monday. Can I call him? No. At the end of the days it s not a big deal, it s just a Truck, but do your research and know your mechanic. I followed a recommendation from a well known service store.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took an older car, the staff was friendly and mindfull of other people's property, they did an awesome job and in timely manner will definitely recomend and take my business here from now on

We take all our service vehicles out for service. From time to time we need alignment services and suspension services. Over the last eight years I've used TrueLine on all our commercial vehicles. Very impressed with these guys! Went in for alignment and to check out a squeak and clunk in my suspension. Was going to be $50 for the alignment (with a coupon) and they quoted $90 for the squeak diagnostics. They found the issues and showed them to me (they weren't nearly as bad as I thought) and only charged me $45 instead of $90 since it didn't take them as long as expected. They definitely could have charged the full amount and I wouldn't have been mad, but they didn't. Will definitely return here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Chris is awesome, I called to let him know I need to bring my vehicle for a brake inspection, Chris brought to my attention of all the things found in the inspection. I asked if they can get it done today and he said yes!Fast and Friendly! I recommend Trueline for your vehicle's, brake problems! they get vehicles in and out, running good again!

Terribly dishonest shop. Alignment went out less than a month and a half after they did it. They voided my warranty on the alignment because I replaced the tierods BEFORE they did the alignment. Makes no sense. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they gave me the run around. ZERO INTEGRITY. Never going there again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! After a misunderstanding and error. I returned back to then after they reached out to me and more than made up for it. They took care of my car, even gave me multiple discounts. I was allowed to watch them diagnose the issue with my suspension which is important to me, and watch them fix plus Aline my car. My 20 year old car runs like new now.

Been taking my car there for 3 years and every year I still have to replace my tires. Took a different car that I just got and now it pulls. Took it back and it's my new tires. Took the tires back and it still pulls.

I took my 97 Chevy 3500 dually down to get aligned. After a test drive, they turned it back over to me and I went on my way. While on the freeway I noticed that it was still off a little bit. So I called them up and they told me to bring it back right away. They made it right with no fuss or blame.

I ve been here twice and they have very fair prices and have not had any issues with their work. Wish they did more work other brakes and suspension.
