My car was a hit & run at the mall and this place was recommended to me. The owner said it would take one week and it ended up being two weeks. When I picked up my car the owner did not do a walkthrough with me when he gave me my car but he also didn't do one when I dropped my car off. Shame on him and shame on me for not bringing it up. The price went up a few times with my insurance after my deductible but I didn't care since I wasn't paying. I picked up my car on 12/22 and went straight home, on Saturday I took my car out of the garage and noticed a scratch on the hood and took the car to the shop to 1. show the owner and 2. check to see if he had cameras. When I got there he immediately asked to go see it and right away was defensive making excuses up that it could had happened anywhere. I only drive that car to work since we have a bigger weekend car. He didn't once say he would look at the cameras or try to work with me. I was frustrated and disappointed he wasn't interested in what had happened rather made excuses. I asked him how much he would charge to fix a one inch scratch and he said about 1000 dollars using the excuse that he had to recalibrate the sensors. I was supposed to take another two cars this week to him but decided not to. I hate when people try and take advantage of people, especially your own race. We found another place to take our other two cars for us and they are willing to fix my scratch as a courtesy. It ended up working out but please make sure you do a walk through.

Andres and his team were amazing. I brought my Tesla Model Y in because it was sode swiped. They took such good care of me and treated me great. Great communication through calls,text and email. When I needed rides he hooked me up with those too. I'm very happy with The service and support I received from them and would definitely go back again ..

Fast & efficient. Andres was great and All other coworkers were helpful. Very little wait time considering Tesla parts have to be ordered. Great auto body shop if you have a Tesla.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Superior auto body in Chula Vista has a great teem . Ask for Hector . He is a great guy and goes way beyond his duties to keep you posted on what ever is going on. Great service. I really recommend it .

Took my vehicle in recently, was very happy with their overall service/attention/notifications. I was given a reasonable timeframe for repair, prior to dropping it off with just simply sharing pictures of damages. Then pleasantly surprised with news it would be done sooner. My biggest surprise, was how awesome their repair turned out, looked brand new! I highly recommend this auto shop.

I am totally happy with the body work done on my car. The customer service was great. I was able to get my car in and appraised immediately and get the work started. Work was not unduly slowed waiting for needed parts. My rental car was brought to the shop for me. My car was detailed beautifully, cleaned inside and out --- something I did not expect! Not only that, I can bring it back for another FREE detailing in 30 days. The appraiser, Jr., is a positive, energetic and happy person who makes it clear that he wants you to be happy as well. It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with Superior Auto Body.

Excellent experience. I got a couple of bids for a simple job and Superior Auto Body was much cheaper and did the job much faster than anyone else. They even washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Superior staff are so nice, office clean, work done on my car great. It was done on time and they even sent an uber to bring me in to pick up my car!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced over the phone. I was rear ended and want and out of pocket estimate before I decide what I'm doing. He wanted to talk over the whole time, then said walk in estimates are welcome then in the same breath I had to make an appointment. He kept arguing with me that I needed to go though insurance, he does that because they have higher rates for insurance companies. I'm familiar with a process as I've worked in automotive shops for 13 years. Rude and very unhelpful.

Service is great, reliable, and as usual fast, considering how busy they often get. Regardless, they manage to get you in and out for competitive rates. Staff is professional and friendly too!

Customer service was lacking. What I didn t like is how slow they were at asking what you needed when you walk in but maybe they were busy. Also when I did get the repairs to my car a lot of small parts were missing. I asked about the missing parts and the guy who has taken over my repairs said oh they re on back stock but we have them ordered. I ll call you when we have them in. He never called. I called multiple times after that and got the same run around. So in the end I gave up and just decided I d buy the parts myself out of my own expense. I won t be referring anyone here so if I were you I d look for another place. Save yourself the time and don t go through the hassle.

Customer service is great, unfortunately their craftsmanship could use a hand. We had a bit of a hiccup to say the least, however I will give them the benefit of the doubt to follow up on their word. I would like to consider myself a reasonable man, and plan reevaluating this 2 star review with hopes of adding a few.Update:I originally gave Superior Auto Body a 2 star review for the "Hiccup" . As promised, they took care of the issues we came across and for what it's worth, I must give credit where its due. They went above and beyond on their promise . God forbid I'm involved in another wreck but... If and when, I would bring my vehicle back to Superior.

Customer service was okay, I took my car because I was involved in a extremely small accident, the car behind me was rear ended and he hit the back part of my car, leaving a little bump and perforation. The first time that I took my car, they promised me to change the whole piece to assure the car look like new, when I came back to pick up my car they just fixed the perforation but they never replaced it. I took my car again because I realized they did not fixed a little bump that was in the back. After weeks of waiting for them to accept my car, I left my car with them once again. After picking my car again I made a little inspection, I realized that they just did not fixed the little bump but I found my car with some scratches. If you need to fix your car I recommend you to taking it to another place.

Awesome place. I have used Superior before on a Daewoo Leganza, I do not know how they found the parts! This time I used them to clean up the work of another body shop that were complete idiots. Superior cleaned up all the work and fixed the car to show room specs. I should have brought it here in the first place. Thank you guys, I appreciate the hard work.

They have no mechanics after my accident and for whole year after engine mounts were all lose and that's when i found out no mechanics? Why would any insurance co. Allow this? Its not just body work after accident? It mechanical too.Broke my compartment and seat to.disappointing angry.

I took my car to have it fix due vandalism WHAT A SURPRISE. THEY DID MORE VANDALISM TO MY INFINITY THE STOLE PARTS FROM MY CAR THEY CHANGE ORIGINALS PARTS AND REPLACE THEM WITH CHIP TAWAIN PARTS.. THEY LEFT ALL MY INTERIOR DUSTY. THEY GIVE ME A PRICE AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR THEY RUSH ME AND RIP ME OFF WHIT MORE MONEY ...NO SON HONESTOS SON UNOS RATEROS ROBARON PARTES DE LA SUSPENCION. Y MAS LOS VOY A DEMANDAR
